Stopped by this Mickey D's for a quick bite to eat. Thought to myself it was not crowded and I would be in and out in no time. I ordered the popular Chicken Tenders and was glad they did not have a sign out that said sold out like most do. I ordered through drive thru, paid and waited for like almost 10 minutes only not to get a sorry for the wait, thank you and come again, absolutely nothing from the lady at the window with the dry personality. Driving and eating those ever so good fries I was ready to jump in and get to munching on those chicken tenders. Opened the box and was beyond shocked to find my tenders were burnt and extremely hard to chew and taste like a bunch of grease. Already en route to my next destination and pissed off to far away to turn and go back for a refund. Tried calling the number on the receipt to complain it just rang. You guys should be ashamed of yourself you knew those tenders were burnt when you put them in the box instead of throwing them in the trash I should have drove back and dropped them on your counter. read more

I have been going to Macdonal's restaurant a lot lately bcz of the " Oreo Frappe " which is really good. This drink is refreshing & very rich in flavor. Very satisfying and tasty. The only problem that I have with the Oreo Frappe is that it really accelerates my heart beat to the point of literally feeling my heart busting out of my stomach lol. Seriously it was really scary & alarming. I did some research about the contents of this drink. This is a 130 mg caffeine ,coffee drink with lots of caffeine & sugar. The coffee they use to make this drink comes from Brazil which is really rich ,loaded coffee with caffeine. It also contains 270 calories which is not bad. I am 43, 5'6", & weigh 180, I don't think my medium size frame can handle the Oreo frappe so I am eliminating it from my diet. read more

This place always takes FOREVER & the line is always so long. So I decided to go in & order & the lady making my coffee & drinks was sick coughing everywhere. She had no gloves on & no mask. This is the worst McDonald's that I have every patronized. I generally avoid this location because their level of service as always been bad, but unfortunately sometimes I have a child with me that wants fries and I must visit this location or drive about 5 miles to the Carson & Avalon location. The drive thru line is usually to the street and the dining room generally is not crowded yet the wait time as just as long as the drive thru. I always ask for fresh French fries when I order and remind the cashier when I pay nonetheless every time I am given stale fries. After waiting in a drive thru line for as much as 20+ minutes, I am told to pull over and wait another 5 minutes for someone to bring fries to my car. On the rare occasion that I decide to order a sandwich when I receive it is never as I ordered and again I am told to pull over and wait another 5 minutes for someone to bring the correct item to my car. This location has the nastiest filet-o-fish sandwich, I went to this location twice and twice I had a burnt filet-o-fish sandwich with a spot of tartar sauce. Last night my bread was hard. Simply put I hate this location. The McDonald's in Carson off the 91 fwy at the gas station food seems fresher. The filet has a nice color to it and the fries are fresh crispy and hot. McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Carson, California

So this is a retro-look McDonalds, and is actually fairly new. It's always very clean inside, and parking has never been an issue. The food is pretty consistent, which sadly is not the case at every McDonald's (the one in Gardena on Artesia and Normandie suckssssss!!!!!!!!!!!) Even though this is Carson, I've never seen any riff raff here, and the staff is generally friendly and competent. The only thing though....... Late night is a DISASTER!!!! I'm not sure when late night mode actually comes on, but the night crew sucks big donkey balls!!! Of course you have to use the drive thru, and they are really dumb and really slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. You could easily sit at the order speaker for 5 minutes before they take your order. I'm not sure if they realize that this makes your order take longer since they don't start making it. Then you will be in line for at least 20 minutes. When you get to the window, the inbred dumbos greet you rudely, usually get your order wrong, and end up revising the order which makes things take even longer. UGggggghHHHhhhh!!! And I don't know why but the food isn't even made well. I thought McDonald's was the ultimate in assembly line procedure for food making? I guess you still need half a brain to do it right, which explains it. The night crew are not the sharpest pencils in the box. In fact they might be whittled down wood branches with no lead in the middle. Otherwise, no complaints. I still think the best and most consistent around here is the McDonald's on Redondo Beach Blvd. and Figueroa though. Went to this McDonald's Sunday morning, i was in the drive thru and when I got up to the window to receive my food I was told to pull to the side and park because they skipped my order. I stayed there another 15 minutes on top of the almost 30 in the drive thru. I finally just went in to speak to the manager and quickly realized not only could she careless, but she never apologized and didn't offer any compensation, she was rude and unapologetic. 45 minutes that I'll never get back and had to deal with a rude manager that didn't give a shit about customer service, this was Sunday Sept 22 if McDonaldsCoporate is reading this, she needs to be fired cause she clearly hates her job! read more

Getting a little better. I went to get a late night dinner last night and I saw that they hired some new nicer people. The man at the window taking and giving out the orders from 10pm to closing is a really nice man, a gentleman. Very polite, respectful, and greatful to the customers. The food still needs some improvement though especially their fries. They are still soggy and greasy-nothing like the good old days of Mickey-D's fries when they were always golden, crispy, and delicious. The food is passable. Typical McDonalds fare. My problem with this location is their drive-through process. When you drive up and order a standard combo, they take your money at the first window. Then at the second window they direct you go and wait in a designated parking spot. And that wait can be for several minutes. Let me reiterate: The is for a burger and an order of fries. And they never have them on hand?!!! Instead, their customers get to sit in their cars and wait 3-5 minutes for the unapologetic employee to walk out and give me a meal that other McDonald's are able to provide right away. This Mcdonalds deserves a very bad review. Seriously. I just went to at their drive thru 15 mins ago to order a mocha frappe and 3 chocolate chip cookies. The guy manager (I assumed 'coz he's wearing a black uniform) just handed me my drink and walked out. She went back to her station and i screamed "excuse me!" she then shouted "I'M NOT BACK FROM BREAK YET!!!!" the guy she was kissing then said "she's not on the clock yet bro, can't you wait?". I just kept quiet at that time but i was mad. I'm actually mad until now. She then showed herself smiling and asked me what do I need, I said I just want my 3 chocolate chip cookies that I ordered." She then said "It's baking!: then rolled her eyes. I just reached my limits and just thank her for her great customer service but she acted like it's funny and said "Goodbye, take care!!!.." I'm not trying to sound dramatic but It's It's the truth .The reason being, every time I come here my food is cold and disgusting. Came here for lunch. They were crazy busy, which is normal for a McDonald's in Los Angeles area. They were really insist on everyone ordering on screen, which I hate because I feel like they take jobs away. I order a speciality burger and paid. After a few minutes they called me to tell me they don't have the ingredients, so they issued me a refund. I later found out that I never got the refund, even though I signed and entered my card. I ended up getting a Big Mac, this is the second Big Mac I eat in my life and my last. It was nothing special, and I rather go somewhere else. read more
