No greeting, very little eye to eye contact, no smile, lack of personality. Not everyone, but enough of them from my experience and observation to post this. If Kevin & Amy are so proud of their restaurant, maybe they could tighten the reins a bit and train these young folk up with some BASIC customer service skills.
