I had a horrible experience visiting this McDonald's with my family. Once I ordered my order we got it pretty quick but my friends family took an astounding 40 minutes to get their food! They didn't even order a lot. And then finally once they got their food they forgot the drinks. And then my friend noticed he didn't have any bacon on his burger like he request and he needed a different one. This altogether most likely took an hour just for an order. 0/10 would not recommend going to. read more

Our food was not and tasty when we got to our hotel. Saying she needs to fill drive-thru orders when she has 4 to 5 employees at her disposal to do so. She completely refuses to man the front counter, & even if she sees the cust. I am starting to believe that if an order has more than four things something is going to either be missing or made wrong. Or both in our case. One of our burgers was completely missing. Another was not made the way we asked. We asked for mayo, it didn't happen. We asked for bbq sauce & ketchup. We only got 1 packet of ketchup and two packets of bbq sauce. McDonalds is never my choice when asked where I'd like to eat. It was a Sunday morning, Wendy's was closed, so McDonald's it was. We stepped inside and there we met the most patient cashier ever!!! Everyone in her line seemed to have issues while placing their orders, and she handled them all with grace and a smile. We apparently ordered incorrectly, and one meal came without the meat. She hurried and boxed us up some sausage...no charge for our own error. The facility was full of hungry patrons, the dining areas were clean, the workers were hustling: everyone was taken care of quickly and efficiently. As for us; we left with full bellies, were energized by some hot, robust coffee, and we were now ready for the hike that lay ahead. We've been here before when passing through town on our way to the Caves. Usually we have a bunch of kids with us. If I had any complaint, it would be that there is no playland.
