I have to tell you my favorite cheeseburger is a Mc double and I swear to God anytime I come to McDonald's. I love the lobby. It's nice to sit there always comfortable. This one's really big and they got all different types of seating. They're always very friendly here they keep this place super clean, but one thing McDonald's does as they get that good food out fast one other thing after I eat the cheeseburgers would you know we should eat too many of but they are really hard to say no to but I had to have that ice sugar-free large vanilla coffee. The order was placed easily. The layout of the drive-thru is a bit different than my usual location, but all was well. The service was a bit slow for the order considering that there was no one in front of me, but the order was correct. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly. read more

It's a McDonald's. There's nothing great about it, but also nothing wrong with it. I appreciate that it is located on a busy intersection which means it's not only convenient, but easy to get in and out of. The Drive Thru can sometimes take awhile so I tend to order ahead for pickup. Especially since this location's pick up spots are right out front, not tucked away in a corner like other locations. I will say I have never dined in. But things appear to be well kept from what I can see from the parking lot. it's also usually empty so it seems like most people are taking food to go like myself. Food has always been fresh tasting. It seems like it's always made to order (which would explain while the drive thru can take awhile) which I appreciate. Honestly, you know what you're getting when you order from McDonald's. You're eating it for convenience or nostalgia. This locations no different than other locations. First, to avoid a wait in line, I ordered via the app. But then the app wanted the table number inside to bring the food to. So went inside, and all the tables were filthy. After cleaning off a table I got the table number, entered in the app and waited for my order. Then hear the table number being called and my tray of food left on the front counter. So went and got it myself. If you are not going to follow the program, don't make me use the stupid app. Then they had a sign limiting tables to paying customers eating to 30 minutes. If the homeless and vagrants are taking you tables, fix the real problem folks. It's McDonalds so my expectations were already low. Just not low enough. Clean up your act! I never write reviews, but this McDonalds is the worst one I've ever been to!!!! I'm so mad that I'm writing this bc I've been in the food industry for many years and understand some people have bad days and it's forgivable. Everybody that works there is rude as hell and just blankly stare at you. I get McDonald's coffee literally every morning by my house in Chatsworth and Northridge. Sometimes I run late and end up getting coffee at this McDonald's drive-thru since it's just down the street from my job. One time I ordered the strawberry refresher for my coworker, and they didn't even add the freeze dried strawberries, which makes the drink. Another time I ordered the pancake breakfast and clearly asked the guy at the drive thru window if there was butter in the bag and he said yes with an attitude. I pulled over to a parking spot to double check and there was no butter in there, and I had to walk inside to ask for it. While inside, I stood by the counter for a few more minutes while all the other staff just ignored me. Then that guy from the drive-thru came by and I asked him for butter and said he didn't put any in the bag. He gave me the butter and didn't even apologize. My last straw was yesterday morning when I used my app code for my usual $1 coffee at the drive thru. When I drove to the first window, it was the same guy that always gave me attitude the last few times. He asked if I ordered some type of breakfast and I said no I only had the coffee. So then he punched in some numbers in the credit card machine and I just use my Apple Pay to tap. Then I got the notification that I just paid over four dollars and it didn't make sense because my coffee is only $1.08. When I got to the second window, I told them I was charged wrong and the staff just stared at me looking stupid AF. Even the manager just blankly stared at me like an idiot. She then went towards the back to where the first guy was that took my order and must have cleared it with him that he had charged me for the wrong order and she gave me back a few dollars because I had overpaid. I was pissed because I clearly told him I only had coffee and he still charged me for the wrong order. I asked the manager for his name and it's Jeremy. He is the most unhappy, grouchy, hates life, is a loser, and most miserable person I've ever seen in this type of industry. Everything seemed fine at first--until a few bites in, when we noticed a long hair stuck to the spoon, mixed into the ice cream. Genuinely disgusting. Totally ruined the experience, and honestly, I lost my appetite after that. I get that mistakes happen, but this is just unacceptable. Came to get some quick food and went with the drive thru. We asked the server for a special request but she pretended not to her us THREE TIMES. We said it again face to face thru the window and she pretended not to hear us again and finally acknowledged when we insisted. At the end of the order, our order was missing 3 mccrispy strips meal and the special request was not done despite it being written on the receipt. :( read more

The guy behind it asked what her order was checked something and ignored her. After 15 minutes he did the same thing and finally gave the order. Everything was dried, and cold. You should fire the people who worked on 6/1/26. Also, because we ordered two LARGE drinks we noticed that one was smaller. Ma friend went up to the counter again and said that she ordered a large drink and the guy said that it was a large drink. HE LIED. Because there were two labels on the drink one said large and the other one medium and as you can see on the photos the two 'large' drinks were not the same. Again, this establishment hasn't improved. Thus by far the prices are still high, the cashiers and employees seem to not enjoy their job and still charge extra for their sauces. I've called corporate and still corporate doesn't acknowledge their staff and the food. I've ordered several times thru the App and have waited for several minutes sometimes even 15 minutes just to go inside and retrieve my food.
