Today is Jersey Mikes Day of giving! I participate every year. No company that I know of ever donates 100% of their profits in a day to local charities. I applaud them so much for doing this and giving back to our communities. This is amazing! I placed my order ahead of time. I ordered 4 sandwiches. I tried to do an off time because I know how busy they would be today. All my sandwiches were perfect and so delicious! I walked in and was greeted right away with a big smile. Which is so nice to see. I love friendly people and customer service. I told her I was early so I understand if my sandwiches weren't quite ready yet, but she had them ready for me. I don't like to have the vinegar on the sandwiches when I pick up because they can tend to get soggy. A lot of times they forget the vinegar that I ask for on the side. This time they had my order done perfectly and with my 3 sides of vinegar. My family all really enjoyed the sandwiches today. I brought home 4 different sandwiches and we had a taste testing. I don't usually get hot subs but we decided to try the chipotle steak sandwich. It was so good! Thank you Jersey mikes for being awesome and supporting local communities each year. Wonderful place I highly recommend their sandwich sandwiches. I love the Italian. I only get meat and cheese and bread only I'm a plain guy. The staff is extremely intelligent well polite the restaurant is extremely clean and they have my favorite chips that gas stations and other places just don't have thank you for their service. This is the 3rd time my order has been incorrect. You have to open up each take-out sandwich and check inside before leaving. Staff has been unapologetic each time and make it seem like I'm being unreasonable or making it a big deal that its the wrong order. Driving back to my office, finding out it's wrong, driving back to the store, waiting until they make it right all on my lunch break during work IS a big deal. No manager on site. Nobody to provide customer service and make you feel better about it all. No coupon no offer no nothing. Their sandwich quality compared to other locations is also not comparable and subpar. The staff is insanely nice just unfortunately ordering online or over the phone is impossible if you call and they will leave you on hold for hours if their phone isn't already disconnected from somebody else being on hold just wish I could put in phone orders so I could go get lunch on my break. Disappointed by my visit to Jersey Mike's in Chatsworth (Topanga Canyon) around 5 PM yesterday. I've had good experiences here before, but this time the service fell flat. No greeting when I walked in -- one guy was on break, which I get -- but the two other employees seemed annoyed I was even there. The young man with slick brown hair and big glasses argued I ordered a #1 when I clearly said #6 and #7. His tone was dismissive and unwelcoming. The other guy making my sandwich looked lost and reluctant, like he didn't want to be there. The whole vibe felt rushed and cold. I still tipped $2 out of habit, but honestly regretted it. The food's good, but customer service should match. Everyone looked like they hated their job. Jersey Mike's is probably my favorite quick service restaurant. Their meat tastes better and fresher than any other. Plus I love the chicken philly since they cook it fresh. The only problem is this shop tends to get orders wrong even when you go in person. I literally have to watch them for the whole process to make sure it's right which I don't like doing since that's awkward. Meh. Oh well. The staff is friendly enough. It's usually youngish boys/men. But they're cool and get the job done. Parking at this lot can get busy during lunch time. Also the shop can get pretty busy so be prepared for that during peak times. read more

As anyone who has tried to order a sandwich by phone at this location is aware that no matter what time of the day ot is, if they don't feel like answering thephone they will let it ring until notification that the box is full (surpise, surprise). But advice, do no complain about it if they finally answer. The retaliation is swift and merciless. My sandwich for on the wrong bread and about half the thickness of the usual sandwiches. It;s too bad that bad staff (not all of them) makes the great JM experience so bad. When I'm in the area I usually hit up this Jersey Mike's location. They have their COVID instructions displayed which makes it very easy for customers to follow. They are always very friendly when you enter the store, they always acknowledge you with a smile and get your order going as soon as possible. I most often get The Original Italian (Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni) and top it off with a Pepsi and a bag of chips. I love Jersey Mikes this location is small and it is hardly every crowded or super busy . The sandwiches are great and made fresh according to how you like it. I don't really like drink options. The place is clean and the staff is nice. Sandwiches are made in front of you. I wish there bread was a little softer and their cheese selection was bigger. You don't taste the cheese I need an cheddar or stronger option for my sandwich. Overall great place to get a sandwich they cut the meat to order it doesn't come out of a pre packaged bag.
