So, let me start this off by saying I worked here for years and I have to say I've seen everything this place has to offer and it all can be summed up as a MESS!!! The managers are not very nice and they treat their employees like TRASH... Unbelievable. This establishment really needs to be evaluated by someone with authority because it is clearly violating many health codes and the terrible managers make it a toxic and stressful work environment. This is my first time ever going to this McDonald's and it was terrible. It was 830 and the first thing that happened was I walked through the door with my girlfriend and the lady at the counter literally yelled at us to leave because the lobby was closed. We walked out and went to the drive-through which we waited in for about 10 minutes before we actually got our service, and then we decided to eat in the parking lot and we saw another man go into the lobby and he got served. Theres homeless kids in the parking lot 24/7. The management treats not only their employees but customers like CRAP off the floor. I am (scratch that... WAS) a frequent customer and I know most of the employees personally. Ive always had a problem with the store managers but nothing too serious until this morning. My Boyfriend (who previously worked his butt off there for three years) and I went in this morning and bought some OJ and oatmeal.. My bf was being a gentleman and went to grab our tray when the order was ready. So being that he worked there for three years he knows everyone and said hello to his previous co worker/current friend up front. Out of absolutley NOWHERE, the corporate store OWNER turned around and screams at my BF "what did you say boy? Get the fuck out of my store now." Thats a quote I kid you not. We had no idea what this guy was upset for. He told ME.. the paying frequent customer to also "get the fuck out" because Im "guilty by association for being with him. I told him I wanted a refund and his corporate information to file a complaint. He refused my refund and info and told me "because I dont want to" I proceeded to say that I wasnt leaving without a refund and apology to me and my Bf for being screamed and cussed at directly after a purchase. He threatened to call the cops on me (Lol for what). Eventually I got my refund and he THREW my change at me... (seriously) I continued to ask what we did wrong. He was convinced that my BF cussed at the guy he was talking to (Who was his friend and co worker) . I reminded the man that my BF had worked there before untill about a month ago. He replied with "yea and theres a reason that piece of shit is gone".... hah WOAH!!! Yea the reason is he got a better job that gave him more than three hours a week and a decent amount of respect..HE quit! Bottom line is I am very familiar with this specific mcds and it is downright horrible customer service horrible food horrible maintenance and horrible management. Sunday June 18th 9pm. We Picked up some burgers and a fish filet at the drive thru. Got it home..we lost power so this was my only shot. It was stone cold hard the cheese solidified and crusty. I became ill eating it. I went back in to complain...about 9:45 pm. Manager wants to see receipt. Nothing in bag...doesnt seem to care. Tomorrow I'll call the county health department. This had to be the slowest McDonald's in the world - stopped there with a couple friends on the way to Apple Hill to use the restroom and get a snack. (couldn't find Starbucks) Ordered the mini meal 4 piece nugget one. After I ordered went to the restroom. Came back meal not done yet. Asked for my drink. Got that - another 5 minutes went by. I asked about the meal - they said they were having trouble with the McNuggets. . Place wasn't even busy. After another 10 minutes - asked for my money back and said I was/t paying for the drink. I went through the drive thru and I was hoping to be done quickly as it was late and I still had a long drive ahead of me. I ordered nuggets and they guy at the window apologized and said they were coming out in a minute. Three minutes later he came back and apologized again and said they weren't ready yet. I ended up parking and using the bathroom because it was taking so long. The nuggets were ready by the time I was done using the restroom, so all in all it was like a 15 minute ordeal. read more

I have been here many times as I live nearby. One of my visits was for lunch going thru the drive thru. The line was way long, but it went ultra fast. I thought these people are pro. Just came to this location because I was traveling and it said it was open till midnight. All the lights are on and I pull up to the drive thru and wait for someone to come on and ask me for my order. 5 minutes goes by and now there are two other cars in line and still no one taking an order. I decided to pull up to the window where I see a girl stacking cups. She did not acknowledge me or come to the window. The hours posted on the window says this location is open till midnight. I pulled back around to see if the othercsrs got someone to help them, still nothing. Needless the other two cars and myself left because the location decided to close early and not put a sign up. Looking at the reviews from other reviewers, it looks like this location has more than just a couple of issues and no one seems to care to fix it. read more

Wow. I mean it's fast food, however I have never dealt with such incompetence, and watched such incompetence happen. Placed a mobile order for pick up and it took them 20+ minutes to figure out how to fill it. Received our order and fries were barely half full, dry, look like they were cooked in dirty oil and sat for days. Chicken nuggets were soggy and cold. Ordered extra pickles, got one pickle. Remnants of lettuce (which should not be on a regular hamburger) was inside the wrapper of two burgers. Gentleman behind the counter as well as the tattoo'd gentleman who stood and watched after returning from his break as I continued to wait for my order didn't know what the heck they were doing. Witnessed people in the drive thru returning to complain about their fries and drinks not being completely full. Also witnessed an elderly gentleman order a combo meal, receive it with no fries or drink, and when he asked for them at the counter the original gentleman tried to get him to pay for the items again. I don't normally write good reviews unless something noteworthy happened. We stopped tonight on the way through, ordered a salad and a meal. Got to the window and they told us they didn't have the salad we wanted and offered a different salad. No biggy really. What surprised me was they opted not to charge us for the salad, and when we left and checked our bag, they had thrown in two more sandwiches for us. The customer service is generally fantastic, with bouts of being above average (I have never had a problem with customer service, even when it was bad it was pretty damn good.) They made me pull out of the drive thru to wait for my all day breakfast order.... The girl at the window said they would bring it to me. I parked on the side of the building exactly where I was told to. Then they forgot about me and I had to go inside and remind them to make it. Thanks. A week later I went here again-God knows why. My meal included a hash brown and large fries. The bag I was handed contained no ketchup. Zero. For a large fry........ Nor was I asked before receiving my food if I wanted ketchup. I waited at the window and was ignored by the bratty, stuck up, entitled kids that work at this establishment. N the guy ask us how big of a mac do we wanted, not what size but ask again how big of a mac do we want??? N order 20 pieces of chicken nuggets n the guy told us to wait cause they have to kill the chicken first,,, it took us about 20 mins to get our order n its not a drive threw???
