Hubby and I ran over to MacDonalds on our way home for a quick bite. We both got burgers (me a quarter ponder with lettuce and he a double quarter - both combos) There was a small group of loud,foul mouth teenage girls in the lobby and a couple guys eating their food, beyond that, it was a quiet time to dine in. When our food arrived, we both ate our fries first.. when it cam to the burgers, about half way through I noticed the center of my patty was nearly raw.. Ordered 2 of the new crispy chicken sandwiches through Uber eats, no changes, subtractions, or substitutions, I wanted them just the way they are listed on their menu. Got 2 completely plain chicken sandwiches. Not only do the photos show pickles, but on the description it has butter and pickles listed as the condiments, a basic southern style chicken sandwich. I got two dry ass plain fricken sandwiches with no pickles. I called them and they tried to say they're supposed to be completely plain and if I wanted anything on them I needed to order the Deluxe Crispy chicken Sandwich. Had to argue- I ordered it in Tacoma and they didn't have a problem with this shit- before they finally looked it up and admitted I was right. Supposedly there's coupons in the mail. I'd rather the manager know what they're supposed to have on their basic orders. I shouldn't have to reach in my fridge for shit I ordered. read more

Not sure what happened to this place. Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes. Couldn't get anyone to take our order. Finally drove up to the window to order. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to cook 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. All this while their only business is drive thru. Maybe they should hire some adults to run the place instead of a bunch of kids. read more

Oct 14, 8:35, I go thru the drivethru and order a big breakfast WITHOUT pancakes. I pay at a window, then go to the next one for my order. The clerk at the last window asks if I had the big breakfast with the 3 burritos as she's ready to hand me a bag with all that foid in it. I tell ger I only had the big breakfast WITHOUT pancakes. She says oh and walks away with the food. A few mins later she tells I'll have to park because my order is not ready (why aren't they giving me the big breakfast that was in that bag???). I do that and then I look at my receipt - it says big breakfast WITH PANCAKES. I am pissed. I go in the restaurant and tell them I DO NOT WANT PANCAKES on my order - I said I told them 3 TIMES that i do not want pancakes. Another clerk comes walking by and tells the one helping me that my order is waiting for pancakes. wtf. I got my money back and left. I'll never eat here again. read more

If you want to wait 15 minutes longer than told, want raw burgers still cold and red in the middle, want burgers that look like they went through a hurricane, if you want at least two tablespoons of mustard on every burger, if you want so much grease it soaked through the box then through the bag then onto my seat, if you want cold hard buns, maybe if you feel like nuggets that are hard and seemed to be about twice as much breading as chicken, if you want to call to talk to a manager to have "the manager" promise to call you the next morning and "make it right" to never hear anything then go ahead and throw your money away at this horrible place. The "manager" tried to lie and say there was a steady line at drive thru as to why I waited so long. Funny because from curbside pick up I could see the in and out of the restaurant. They obviously forgot they'd made my order and then maybe played kickball with the bags? Oh and it also took three trips once she finally brought my food because first trip she forgot the drink, then I noticed we had no dipping sauces. This place should just close. And even though it was nasty disgusting I would've been totally happy if the "manager" just called back and refunded my order as it was so nasty only a few bites were taken. You only got one star because it won't let me do negatives. Just the fact that the burgers were raw tells me you weren't following rules for preparing my food. Hey I get it - it's McDonald's fast food - I don't expect anything much more than hot food (mostly bad for you lol) served in a reasonable amount of time. I went there and they were all cool and this one dude liked my naruto t-shirt and they were all nice.

Never gotten an order correct. After a while you just give up... The management there doesn't seem to be smart enough to understand what's going on with heir staff. When I return with a burger with pickles on it, it takes about two times in store for them to get it right. Seriously no pickles. My boyfriend is allergic. Never had a good interaction with staff. The quality of food is everywhere. The big Mac is assembled in the left and right sides of the box and then smashed together so that's why it's usually spilling everywhere. Called corporate but I don't think they have enough food vouchers for me to ever want to return. read more

I go here often and have the same occurring issue. They never give me a storing straw for my cream and sugar packets on the side. This is very frustrating as I don't have time to turn around and ask for one. If someone asks for cream and sugar on the side you'd think they would also know you need something to stir them in with. I will be continuously asking for straws in the future. read more

This location has many issues. They are very disorganized and are lacking good management. We tried to order 2 different items that were being advertised IN the restaraunt and we were told "oh we don't have that" . One was a Big Mac meal that came with a drink fries and an apple pie She said "we don't have apple pies". The other was the 10.99 meal deal which was being advertised on a video in the restaurant and we were told "we don't have those either". "We have to play the video because of corporate but we don't have those". The lines were extremely long. We waited 25 minutes for our "fast food". We sat at a table and waited amongst a lot of other customers with the same complaints. One of the employees got off work while we were waiting for our food and was talking to another customer. She said she'd worked there long and they were very disorganized. She knew things were bad, slow and confused but said "it's not my fault". While we were eating our food we twice heard someone calling out for apple pie orders which we had been told they did not have. This is the only McDonald's in this small town the customers will take their business elsewhere if things continue on as they are. Brought my grandson here for lunch. A large group of about 7 people are seated in the middle of the dining room. Turns out this is a managers meeting. Mike, the main speaker, spoke so loudly we couldn't hear our own conversation at our table. He even drowned out the radio. For 45 minutes he loudly berated the lower managers at the meeting, talked about "Leslie calling the bank and yelled at them", talked about cash shortages, upcoming food safety certifications, productivity, and the managers letting the crew "take over" and the managers having to do all the work Overall, the managers suck according to Mike, and he is tired of being blamed for their inadequacies By the way, did you know the store failed on cleanliness last year? Also, Mike is tired of having employees calling him all the time when he is off with store problems Seriously Mike, I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR STORE PROBLEMS. I won't come here again. Not even through drive through. Thanks for messing up our lunch date Update: decided to give the place another chance since the kids wanted milkshakes. First they got the order wrong, gave 2 chocolate instead of a chocolate and a vanilla, but when they brought the vanilla there was an inch of green swirled in in the bottom. When I questioned the girl in drive through about this, she said "Oh, that's probably from the shamrock shake" that a different customer ordered and they didn't rinse off the blades for the shake machine in between shakes. Hey, Mike, remembering at your meeting yesterday how you said your store failed in cleanliness last year--- maybe little things like this cross-contamination will add to your failure again this year.
