Furthermore, they no longer have equipment so you can fill your own drink cups. This takes additional time, having to go to the counter and wait for them to come and then asking them to give you a refill. I was in the drive thru and there was an suv in the inner lane, and I was at the order terminal on the outer lane. The SUV was NOT moving, so I advanced, she was able to get her ride engaged then she told me that is was supposed to be her turn. But how there was no indicator as to the order in which we were supposed to go. No signal, nothing. the cashier never asked to confirm, which order was which, every drive through place ALWAYs asks, which order was which, before they ask for payment. They gave me the receipt and it was for the other person's order. I was willing to just pay it forward, but the cashier refuse to let me pay for both orders. I asked for a refund , she had to get her manager they took an extremely long amount of time to do the refund on the order and just charge it to my account. When I tried to explain the situation to the cashier, and the idiot manager cut in and accused me falsely that I was being, "snippy".. They have no way to confirm which order is which based upon order of procedure that is too vague, for anyone to understand. I have Asperger's syndrome. But there is no excuse for this business to be falsely accusing the customer when the customer suffer from mental disability. THEY NEED TO FIRE BOTH THE MANAGER AND THAT CASHIER! Ordered on the app, which is awkward and crashes pretty frequently. The restaurant workers refused to give the order to a family member who went to pick it up WITH THE ORDER NUMBER and who offered to give the worker my number to verify. They would not fill the order "unless the phone (not the person) that submitted the order is on site." They further went on to say that the technology showed whether the phone with the app was in their parking lot and that if it wasn't, they would refuse to fill the order. I went to the restaurant WITH THE PHONE to pick up the order and still had to wait over 8 minutes after notifying them on the app that I was there to pick-up. Extremely rude Employees and manager. Drive through line was long so my husband went in to the restaurant to order. The employees just stared at him. He heard the manager "whisper" to the employees "we aren't going to serve him so don't worry about it." Not one on them came to the counter and told him the lobby was not open for ordering. (There may have been a sign on the door, but he was not paying attention) or even said anything from where they were standing near the drive though. The manager looked at me dead in the eye and said, "I wouldn't eat those mushrooms myself, there is NO way I would let you. I'm making some more right now." I understand it is a McDonald's and my expectations were not high going into the drive through but, after a 25 min wait in the drive through, having to order three different times due to the order being put in wrong and having to correct them at the window on the drink order and what items we got, we finally got out of there and was ready to move on. However, when we got home and gave our kids the happy meals we had ordered we had realized that three of the five milks were sour. I attempted to call them and let them know and I made sure to be polite when they answered because I can understand it being busy and how would they know the milk was bad. I asked to speak to a manager and was left on the phone for five minutes listening to background noise and small talk and no one picked up the phone again.
