Food was okay.. once it was correct...... cooks were putting cheese on menu items that don't normally get cheese. The wait was long. We had to pull our car around and wait probably 10 minutes... every car was pulling ahead and waiting. What made me want to puke though.. was the fact that when the sandwiches were wrong with cheese, etc. I brought them in to let them know.. when handing the sandwich to the worker.. she dropped them on the tile floor. The sandwich was open and had been IN my car..: in my possession.. she then handed them to manager and explained I needed new sandwiches.. manager rewrapped it and place it back into the serving area. I saw this and spoke up and said that they had fallen on the ground and that once food is given to a customer.. and in their possession it's not safe nor sanitary to re give that to someone else!!! I couldn't believe this.. I hope this isn't a practice that happens often. I'm not from this town.. but I was disgusted by this. . I pray no one is eating food that's been given to someone else or worse being dropped on the floor. I think sanitary food practices needs to be revisited in a training here. read more

Every time I come here it's worse and worse, I've been avoiding this place because of customer service but decided to stop tonight and have been waiting 20 minutes for two mcchickens and fries. Restaurant cleanliness was pretty good although no one is regularly coming out to wipe down the tables. I had to wipe ours down before we sat. The bathrooms were stocked and clean. Lighting was nice and they have this cute dot table that changes color. The food was good, but they didn't include any silverware for breakfast, no syrup for the pancakes. My biggest complaint: WHY IS IT 30°F OUTSIDE AND THERE IS NO DANG HEAT ON IN THIS BUILDING??!? We got shivers and sniffles sitting here!!!! Not okay. read more

Nuggets were all stuck together and all of them that were stuck together were undercooked. They were pink inside, as well as having a white slimy substance on each one internally. The service was fine, but these people do not care about their customers or getting them sick. If I could give it a 0/5 star I would have. Overall: Great customer service, good meal. Very good customer service. Friendly and polite. Food came out quick and was fresh. Bought two strawberries and cream pies at 7:30 pm that say "Enjoy by 5:20 pm 7/21/19". Not exactly sure if I wanna eat them now. They're always taking forever to give out orders, there's always people waiting for their food. What a horrible experience. The lady at the cashier did not have any customer service characteristics. She just stared at me until I said something. Overall, not bad. The food is the same crap you get at any Mcdonalds. I think this branch is either suffering from a major barbecue sauce shortage or corporate is trying to cut back on expenses. The only thing I will ever order from any Mcdonald's is their chicken nuggets, and usually the big 20-piece. About 25% of the time they give me dipping sauce with my order (even after specifically asking me what kind of sauce I want). I usually order drive-thru so half the time I don't notice until I've driven all the way home. read more

It's a hit or miss depending on who's working/ cooking. Half of the time our food is hot with good quality toppings and the other half our food is cold with wilted lettuce. Don't expect much considering it's cheap fast food but there needs to be more consistency. Also some employees lie that they are out of stuff or don't make things after a certain time just so they don't have to work I guess. Found out that info from another employee that works there after a bad experience. read more
