We had a coupon for a free pizza, we ordered it with pepperoni and sausage. The pizza was a little under cooked, but it was pretty good. We decided to grab some wings to take home with us. I wish that they were cooked a little longer and were crispy. People were friendly, the place was old and filthy. I wish I had gone to the bathroom first, I would of left the pizza there. read more

I'm still waiting for a pizza I ordered an hour and eleven minutes ago. The time now is 7:57 PM, it was ordered at 6:46 PM. The email said approximately 44 minutes. After an hour went by I hit "track" order button. The app told me that the order was already delivered and asked if I would rate them. I made a sandwich to hold me over. I'm really not that hungry anymore. I called and the woman on the phone told me to wait, the driver was waiting on another order to take and then he would take mine. I wish I could take back the 25% tip I already added to the order as it prompts you when you initially pay. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Papa Johns Pizza - Time email was sent and the time now. Way past the 44 minutes. - Pizza Near Me - Evans Mills, New York

I've ordered from here, off and on for years, thinking it might get better, but I always leave disappointed. They are always extremely overpriced. Barely any topings. Topings aren't distributed well across their pizzas. Pizza's are doughy and undercooked. Customer service is okay. Ordering times are fair. You're better off going across the street to Little Cesar's or Domino's; you'll get a better price and slightly better quality. I don't know how they stay in business, I assume it's the convenience of it's location, next to Fort Drum. The great reviews are a lie the same goes for the photo's. I should of taken pictures before we already served the family. Next time we will. Don't waste your $ here; you've been warned. read more

0 stars if possible. I moved to the area from across the country 4 months ago and my first day in NY I had been putting things inside my storage unit right next to the Papa John's. It was rather hot out, the last nice day before the crappy weather began. I had walked up the hill to grab a drink at one of the restaurants next to the pizza place. I wore a low cut back tuck in shirt with black flowy fashion pants and Gucci boots. A rather elegant outfit and not inappropriate to say the least. I part time model in NYC on weekends hence my great taste in fashion. I walked past the employees who all had been outside smoking cigarettes and all over weight and I mention this because being 115lbs I assume they had been projecting their own insecurities. I had air pods in but only to not hear cars on the road, otherwise i could hear conversation very easily. They had been laughing and looking at me as I passed by but I didn't pay them attention. Walking back the stares and laughter continued and then I heard one of the females call me a "fucking whore" I did absolutely nothing to provoke these animals and honestly was in complete shock, so much so I almost turned around and showed them real disrespect, but didn't want to stoop to those low lives level. Find a better place to get pizza like a real pizzeria because on top of awful customer service the pizza is subpar at best. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! read more

We ordered online at 6 pm, at 6:30 we got the message our pizza was ready, we went in and the workers ignored us. At 6:50 we finally got our pizzas after someone in line asked the workers, the pizza we finally got was undercooked and uncut. I am mostly annoyed at the fact the employees completely ignored us even when the room was full and they were clearly able to see/hear us. They had 14 orders laid out before they finally gave us ours. Worth a 0.25 if I could give one. read more

We ordered online and got there after the time online said it would be ready, employees were outside smoking on the side of the building but in the window that customers can clearly see. They came inside and started working on making more food, never once saw someone wash their hands, and we were asked twice who we were picking up before because it still wasn't ready, and no one knew what was going on. The sausage on the pizza is breakfast crumbled sausage, definitely not any kind of Italian. Needless to say I won't go back there again. Very weird experience, unprofessional, and unclean. read more

I have ordered pizza from Papa John's twice in the last three months via carryout. My first time, the pizza was good and ready on time. The second time, the pizza was not ready within the 45-55 minute window and was waiting to be made when I arrived. I waited 15 minutes and the pizza was still waiting behind another three orders. I cancelled the order. I am not sure if I will go back to this establishment. read more

Nasty service nasty food, just got 1 mile up the street and get Pizza Hut, It is always undercooked when you called to complain you are treated poorly, I just paid $18 for a pizza that had no sauce on it and the management staff would not correct it for me because their app as defaulting read more

Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and I'm very pleased with my order. The cashier was polite over the phone, the order was baked fresh and quick, with little to no wait time when I arrived. I even got extra marinara sauce free of charge! Definite place to go back next time you're in the pizza mood! read more

My mom and I came in here today; she said she'd seen some not-so-positive reviews. Well, the inside was very clean and professional-looking. The person who took our order was nice enough and polite enough. We ordered and they went right back to what they were doing, getting orders out. They told us 10-15 minutes. We walked around and went to some other places in the plaza and by the time we got back to our car, the pizzas were ready and they walked out and handed them to us. The quality of the pizza is very good and fresh. We would go back. read more

After reading all of the horrible reviews, I had to see for myself. I placed my order for carryout (as I'm was staying across the street) via the Papa John's website on a snowy Tuesday night without issue. I arrived to pick up my order about fifteen minutes later, and it was just coming out of the oven. I asked the only staff member onsite if he was more busy than a normal Tuesday night and he said very much so. Apparently, Domino's and Pizza Hut halted deliveries in the area, and Papa Johns was the only place still delivering. He was still very polite, and explained it was a great decision to order carryout as deliveries were a forecast wait of over an hour. He was understandably a little rushed, and multitasking while assisting me. Through it all, he did get my order correct and was professional. Sometimes there is more going on than just your pizza, and I'm glad I asked about it. Four stars because it's still only a Papa John's Pizza. read more

Bit of a disappointment, Papa Johns is suppose to be one of the nicer pizza chains. To start, I only live about 2 miles away and it took an hour and a half for them to deliver a small cheese pizza. The pizza was cold by the time it got here and it look like and tasted not to different from Little Caesars. The difference is, I could have bought 3 large cheese pizzas from Little Caesars for the same prize as the small cheese pizza from Papa Johns. I also would not of had to wait for such a simple pizza. I wanted a small cheese pizza that was worth $15, not one worth less than $5. This was my mistake, don't let it be yours. read more

Slowwwwwwwww! 129 minutes for $50 in pizza! Wish I would have known before I tipped online.

I honestly wish they still had the hamburger pizza. The best pizza I've ever had and it was my first pizza at papa johns so the standard was set pretty high from them. Great place though read more

If you have at least 2 hours to wait for your pizza to be delivered than this Papa Johns is for you. Ordered online and after 2 plus hours and 2 phone calls our pizza was delivered. This was a great experience and a great pizza. The workers were very friendly and helpful. We chose to eat in the waiting area since we just moved to the area. The manager on duty was extremely nice and accommodating with plates, napkins, cups and ice. This is what fast food pizza should be like. This Papa John's will be our go-to for parties. read more

Delicious food and great delivery time. I honestly don't see how these guys haven't put the Pizza Hut down the road out of business. The food is way better, they don't constantly leave stuff out of my order like Pizza Hut does and the delivery time is great. Despite Pizza Hut being closer, these guys are always here around 45 mins or so, with Pizza Hut always taking over an hour. read more

It took an hour and half to get out pizza and were about 7min from them. When I called the guy very rudely said it had only been half an hour. Don't think he knows I have the email that says otherwise. If he would have just apologized or not said anything at all other than it's coming it would have been fine. I just don't appreciate the attitude or lying. read more

Last time I ordered both of the pizzas tasted as if they were not cooked long enough. The dough was undercooked and the cheese was not completely melted. Also they got one of the pizzas completely wrong. I wrote to corporate and they replied saying the manager at the store where I ordered from was going to be contacting me. They never did. Would not be ordering from this or ANY Papa John's at all. read more

I dont get why so many bad reviews bit at least my order they said it would be in 1 hour and it came im 35 minutes and they did not mess up anything , and the guy was really nice. Overall soooo good read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. Every single employee I have spoken with this at this location was extremely rude. Also when asked what the specials at the time were, I was given only one option. When in fact, there was plenty more choices to choose from. Will not order from this location again. On my most recent and last order from there, I spoke with a very arrogant woman named Anita. When I told her about the repeatedly bad customer service, she became very irritated with me and eventually hung up on me. read more

Took an hour and 45 minutes to get here when I am less than 5 miles from them. So of course it got here cold and then it came with cheese after I ordered it without cheese. The one star is for the delivery lady who was very nice but the lady who was taking the orders on the phone was so rude. read more

If I could give no stars I would. My husband is a pizza addict and I am from Louisville (where the Papa John's started), so Papa John's is a taste of home. Sadly, in 3 years of living here, and giving this specific store multiple tries, I am convinced that they cannot get a single delivery order correct. Every once in a while I will think that surely by now they have new staff and give them another chance, last month was the last time for them. I have had multiple credits put to our name bc they screwed something up, so that is saying something about how bad the store is. Now, I'm not picky with pizza, but I like my entire order to arrive! We always ordered online and EVERY time they left out something we paid for and once, after 2 hours of waiting for the delivery, I called and they simply lost my order. I'm not talking about forgetting napkins or something, but things like breadsticks, 2 liters, etc, or covering a pizza with an ingredient we didn't order. With the online form, all they have to do is READ the order, because it isn't like a phone order where maybe someone misunderstood the order. One of their drivers also, upon asking me how much my monthly rent was, informed me that the military make too much money since we could afford the place (it's one of the cheaper apts in the area and my hubby has been in 10 years and 3 deployments- we deserve his salary which is pretty darned unimpressive). I love papa johns in general but this particular store is worthless and I would strongly recommend skipping it. read more
