After an hour went by I hit "track" order button. The app told me that the order was already delivered and asked if I would rate them. I made a sandwich to hold me over. I'm really not that hungry anymore. I called and the woman on the phone told me to wait, the driver was waiting on another order to take and then he would take mine. I've ordered from here, off and on for years, thinking it might get better, but I always leave disappointed. They are always extremely overpriced. Barely any topings. Topings aren't distributed well across their pizzas. Pizza's are doughy and undercooked. Customer service is okay. Ordering times are fair. You're better off going across the street to Little Cesar's or Domino's; you'll get a better price and slightly better quality. I don't know how they stay in business, I assume it's the convenience of it's location, next to Fort Drum. The great reviews are a lie the same goes for the photo's. It was rather hot out, the last nice day before the crappy weather began. I had walked up the hill to grab a drink at one of the restaurants next to the pizza place. I wore a low cut back tuck in shirt with black flowy fashion pants and Gucci boots. A rather elegant outfit and not inappropriate to say the least. I part time model in NYC on weekends hence my great taste in fashion. I walked past the employees who all had been outside smoking cigarettes and all over weight and I mention this because being 115lbs I assume they had been projecting their own insecurities. I had air pods in but only to not hear cars on the road, otherwise i could hear conversation very easily. They had been laughing and looking at me as I passed by but I didn't pay them attention. Walking back the stares and laughter continued and then I heard one of the females call me a "fucking whore" I did absolutely nothing to provoke these animals and honestly was in complete shock, so much so I almost turned around and showed them real disrespect, but didn't want to stoop to those low lives level. We ordered online at 6 pm, at 6:30 we got the message our pizza was ready, we went in and the workers ignored us. At 6:50 we finally got our pizzas after someone in line asked the workers, the pizza we finally got was undercooked and uncut. I am mostly annoyed at the fact the employees completely ignored us even when the room was full and they were clearly able to see/hear us. We ordered online and got there after the time online said it would be ready, employees were outside smoking on the side of the building but in the window that customers can clearly see. They came inside and started working on making more food, never once saw someone wash their hands, and we were asked twice who we were picking up before because it still wasn't ready, and no one knew what was going on. My mom and I came in here today; she said she'd seen some not-so-positive reviews. Well, the inside was very clean and professional-looking. The person who took our order was nice enough and polite enough. We ordered and they went right back to what they were doing, getting orders out. They told us 10-15 minutes. We walked around and went to some other places in the plaza and by the time we got back to our car, the pizzas were ready and they walked out and handed them to us. After reading all of the horrible reviews, I had to see for myself. I placed my order for carryout (as I'm was staying across the street) via the Papa John's website on a snowy Tuesday night without issue. I arrived to pick up my order about fifteen minutes later, and it was just coming out of the oven. I asked the only staff member onsite if he was more busy than a normal Tuesday night and he said very much so. Apparently, Domino's and Pizza Hut halted deliveries in the area, and Papa Johns was the only place still delivering. He was still very polite, and explained it was a great decision to order carryout as deliveries were a forecast wait of over an hour. He was understandably a little rushed, and multitasking while assisting me. Through it all, he did get my order correct and was professional. Sometimes there is more going on than just your pizza, and I'm glad I asked about it. Four stars because it's still only a Papa John's Pizza. read more

Bit of a disappointment, Papa Johns is suppose to be one of the nicer pizza chains. To start, I only live about 2 miles away and it took an hour and a half for them to deliver a small cheese pizza. The pizza was cold by the time it got here and it look like and tasted not to different from Little Caesars. The difference is, I could have bought 3 large cheese pizzas from Little Caesars for the same prize as the small cheese pizza from Papa Johns. I also would not of had to wait for such a simple pizza. I wanted a small cheese pizza that was worth $15, not one worth less than $5. This was my mistake, don't let it be yours. read more

This was a great experience and a great pizza. The workers were very friendly and helpful. We chose to eat in the waiting area since we just moved to the area. The manager on duty was extremely nice and accommodating with plates, napkins, cups and ice. This is what fast food pizza should be like. This Papa John's will be our go-to for parties. read more

If I could give no stars I would.My husband is a pizza addict and I am from Louisville (where the Papa John's started), so Papa John's is a taste of home. Sadly, in 3 years of living here, and giving this specific store multiple tries, I am convinced that they cannot get a single delivery order correct. Every once in a while I will think that surely by now they have new staff and give them another chance, last month was the last time for them. I have had multiple credits put to our name bc they screwed something up, so that is saying something about how bad the store is. Now, I'm not picky with pizza, but I like my entire order to arrive! We always ordered online and EVERY time they left out something we paid for and once, after 2 hours of waiting for the delivery, I called and they simply lost my order. I'm not talking about forgetting napkins or something, but things like breadsticks, 2 liters, etc, or covering a pizza with an ingredient we didn't order. With the online form, all they have to do is READ the order, because it isn't like a phone order where maybe someone misunderstood the order. One of their drivers also, upon asking me how much my monthly rent was, informed me that the military make too much money since we could afford the place (it's one of the cheaper apts in the area and my hubby has been in 10 years and 3 deployments- we deserve his salary which is pretty darned unimpressive).
