It's fast food for fast food it's open later the staff was nice and it was a decent sandwich the sauces are delicious I honestly love their shake and I've never been to one before so this is my first Arby's I'll be back to try something else and I did appreciate that it went quickly and the service was done with a smile. read more

Came to this Arby's first time here, and we got our order fast and the food was very delicious!!! Their Gyros are incredible and their curly fries came out Fresh and Hot! It's close to base on Fort Drum but only thing is they could be open a little later. But other than that this place was great! And the service I received that night was impeccable! At the end of the day it's an Arby's so probably never going to be a five star. But they have been cleaning up and making some upgrades at this location. The drive through is very quick, and very accurate. I appreciate that a lot. I wish they wouldn't be so light with the corned beef on a Ruben tho. It's definitely not even enough to cover the bread, half my sandwich ends up being bread and sauce. Happy hour $1 drinks and sliders is great though. read more

We came here after we kept seeing all those Arby commercials about "our" fish sandwich vs. "their" fish sandwich. Restaurant was clean and we were greeted immediately after we walked through the door. We ordered the fish sandwiches from the commercial. It tasted just like the competitors fish sandwich. Always takes forever to get our food for some reason. And with COVID-19- they aren't wearing masks over their nose, which negates the reason for wearing them. Also watched a manager lady yell at a customer for asking about the mask.... poorly handled. And as always expensive! And the french dip au juis was water and powder? This place doesn't rate a stop. For 8$ I got dry, minimum roast beef on my French dip. I had to open the sandwich spread the little pieces of tiny sliced beef to cover the bread. A hint should have been the place was empty hence the one star for quick service. This could have contributed to the quality of my sandwich. Should have gone to Mc Ds across the street. read more

Tried to order a shake. Before I could get out what kind I was told "machine broke machine broke machine broke." I stated ok then that will be all I was met with silence so I said again that will be all and was met with just pull forward with a loud irritated voice. Unprofessional at its finest. Food was sub par. Not worth the cost. Also we ate inside the restaurant and it was unbarably hot. I know its Upstate NY but they did not even have a fan going. It was warmer inside than out. I went through the drive through to grab my son a quick meal. The lady, who turned out to be the manager, handed me one bag and I waited because I was never handed the juice that went with his kids meal. She rudely made it seem like I was unconvincing her by sitting at the window and I told her I was just waiting for the juice. She rudely replied that it was in the bag. I ended up going in and explaining that my son's suppose to be warm sandwich was now not only extremely cold but soggy from the condensation coming from the juice that she had thrown on top of it. She replaced it and I went on with my day but check your food before you leave as no one wants a cold soggy sandwich because the manager is careless. read more

I wouldn't even give them one star. I'm annoyed because when we went there it was about 1057, we did not know the store/drive thru closed at 11. We were actually going to see if they were still open, well they ended up being open til 11, and as we rounded the corner and rolled down the window the woman on the head set immediately said "what can I get you" very rudely. When we asked for a minute she said nothing, not "order when your ready, okay" nothing. When we finally ordered she rushed everything she said to the point where we had no clue what she said, it was something around "go to the window for your total" but super rushed and she sounded irritated. When we got to the window she put her hand out the window and said "4 something" but she grabbed the card and closed the window very quickly and loudly. She then proceeded to rip the door open and give my husband the card, and he asked if they were open later for some reason because their sign on the window said 10 pm. She said "yeah it's 11" and she seemed dismissive and super irritated we were there. Well our bad for going to a restaurant that's open til 11, regardless that we got there with three minutes to spare, we could have gotten there at 1059 and she still should have served us politely, because that's CUSTOMER SERVICE. My restaurant serves people five minutes after we close and we never have problems like this, yes, I know it is late. Yes, I know you want to go home. But you decided to have this job, and I am sorry that my husband and I were such a inconvenience for you. We were not rude to her at all, but we don't eat Arby's often, and we will NEVER eat at this location again because of her attitude. The food was sub par, and adding her attitude made it an awful experience that my husband and I do not deserve. And if she was employed in my restaurant she would be gone. Her name was Stephanie and her name tag said she was the supervisor so that's nice that this place not only employed a poor attitude woman but they put her in charge of a restaurant that is suppose to take care of their customers.
