The prices are way too expensive for this sad/small food. Got 2 more that look exactly like those 2. They forgot my fries and I was the only one at the store. I'm going to Popeyes from now on read more

Wow. Just soooo bad. Their fried (bone-in) chicken is fine- but these $11 chicken strip meals are an effin joke. I ordered 2 for my kids. These are basically chicken nuggets, not strips...but I have older teens. 3 nuggets is not an $11 meal. Some folks maybe need cut/batter retraining, and KFC HQ needs to look at this robbery. Tried calling, just rings and rings. What a shame. read more

I ordered the 8 piece bucket special. Suppose to be 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs. I waited about a half an hour for it. I get home and open the bucket to find 6 thighs, 1 breast and a wing. All super soggy with the skin falling off like they weren't fried all the way. Thanks for the free cake on the way out. About the only thing edible. read more

This was our first time at this location, it was a good experience the crew was nice and got our order right! And we didn't wait that long since we wanted fresh biscuits! Everything was delicious! I recommend this KFC! read more

I'd give this no stars... it was horrific... I'd like to say That I don't have anything to say about the employees...but my chicken that I asked for extra crispy so I can make sure it's hot... ended up being soggy and cold? I don't want to know how old the chicken is from today... as if it's not bad enough to get fresh food given to you under tempted... then I pulled apart the chicken breast... just to see something absolutely disgusting.... A lung..... I am so glad I didn't eat that food.... This is why I haven't ate kfc in years.. but I really wanted to crispy chicken... and I think this ruined all chicken for me...Lung looked like a brain... sad and gross.... Y'all should be shut down...every single one of your restaurants..... read more

Food was cold. Didn't get the sauce. No receipt. And wasn't even busy. I was the only one there to order. Fries were over fried and then cold somehow. That's how I know they weren't fresh. read more

KFC - reason I'm eating it is because I don't want to waste money. Food was all cold. I didn't get the receipt to prove it. - Fast Food Near Me - Evans Mills, New York

My first and last experience it was horrible!! Im not a person that complain about food, but there is a few stuff that I don't stand and one of them is disgustingness!!! I had rotten fries!!! FRIES!!!! ITS SOMETHING BASIC WTF!!! didn't noticed first because as a family we sit and eat watching a movie, but as soon as I chewed the fries instantly throwed up. I don't know if someone else has an experience I hope not. I will never step a foot in that establishment anymore. read more

Twice tonight I ordered a chicken breast and received a thigh both times through door dash. What is the problem. I just can't believe how idiotic that is. Hope this gets resolved and I'm still screwed out of $ and they never answer the damn phone. Horrible management read more

The chicken sandwiches are amazing ! But the drive thru service the guy cut us off before we could finish our order and was rude

Couldn't even order properly at the drive thru because the "manager" kept cutting me off I understand having a lot of orders and wanting it to go by faster but I was the only person in the drive thru and I continued saying my please and thank yous only to be talked to rude at the speaker box and the window first time being there never again . read more

Went to The KFC in Evans Mills, NY and was not happy. The chicken was overcooked and full of grease. Also the biscuits were like hockey pucks, hard. It was the worse KFC chicken I have ever had. read more

For Uber eats deliveries they regularly forget sides, forget condiments, don't include the right one of either. Go to any other location if you have the option, I've had the same issues when ordering in person here. read more

For a KFC this place is pretty good, the customer service here is the best that I've ever experienced at a KFC. Usually when I come in here I get a couple of the honey bbq chicken sandwiches, which Popeyes, or any of the other nearby can compare to read more

Every time I order they never add the condiments, plates or silverware. I don't understand how it's so hard to put into the bag unless the owners are stupid cheap. Please shut this place down or take off DoorDash/Uber Eats. The food is not even that good. Only option sometimes. read more

Stopped in for some chicken after getting to town to help my son. Drive thru line went quick. Ordered a $20 fill up and everything was good, but the wings were a little skimpy but ok. The breasts were really big, juicy and delicious. read more

Ordered a lemonade, got half a cup of sprite with no straw. Crazy because the receipt was on the cup with my whole order and it said everything I ordered. Went through the drive through. Mac n cheese was dry and brown, chicken was old and over greasy. Called the store and was told that "chicken is chicken and it's always greasy and I can replace the Mac n cheese if you want to bring it back." I told the man I wasn't driving 20 min for Mac n cheese if he wasn't replacing the chicken too. He said "oh well" and hung up in my face. I called corporate and made a complaint. I will NEVER go back to this location. read more

Lol as if the previous experience at KFC Watertown 30min prior wasn't enough. This location sucks just as bad. But they had coleslaw. Here's the thing. It's Sunday 5pm. It's Sunday dinner rush. How the hell are you out of chicken???????? I sat in the drive Thru so pist off at this point. So I ask for extra crispy he said 25 min I said ok I'll take original. He said 20min. The parking lot and drive were both empty. Wtf are y'all doing back there??? So I mean at this point I have no choice but to wait. The meal I bought at the other KFC was for my daughter because she had to get home before 5:30. So this meal was for myself and my pop. Jesus Christ when the 25 min I waited was up I go in and he says all the extra crispy is gone. How??? There's no one here!! He said they were parked waiting. They only fried one batch of each. So I said screw it I need a bucket of original. Sorry sir there's only 6 pieces left. It'll be 25 min for extra crispy and 20 for original. Wtf is this Groundhog Day?? So I took the 6 pieces of original and asked for a large mashed and gravy, 6 biscuits and coleslaw. Biscuits are 10 min away and we'll I'm sorry sir but we're out of coleslaw for the night. I swear I will never go to either one of these locations again. I will sneak on base and hit up Popeyes. read more

Absolutely horrible! Have never gotten our order right and the food has been consistently bad. Last order they didn't put half of what we paid for in the bag and the chicken was basically rubber. Figured we would give it one more try since we normally love kfc. Wrong choice. Window guys was rude and rushing us to order, chicken is cold and rubbery again. They gave our drinks with no ice and it is easily noticeable they do not clean their soda nozzles because both different drinks taste distinctively like mold. 100% will never entertain this store again, nor would I recommend it anyone else. Makes much more sense now why they are usually not busy read more

Super quick! Hot food, accurate order and they offer a military discount. Just wish they had better deals.

This will be the last time we visit this location. Service was ok and the assistant mgr was nice but the back door was left open (no ac I presume) and the amount of flies in the restaurant was disgusting. Couldn't enjoy our meal because of the constant waving them away from our food. Add that to a previous visit a month or so ago at between 6-7pm where they didn't have any chicken which is totally unacceptable, it's in the name on the sign. Imagine McDonald's running out of hamburgers. Couldn't leave fast enough. Wife put in complaint to their corporate office as we were walking out the door. Noticed construction around store was completed thought maybe we'd have a better experience. We'll just go to Popeye's on post if we ever want fried chicken again. read more

Do not go here especially when it's 30 minutes until they close. This was our 2nd time coming here at night. The 1st time it was around 930pm, we tired to order and they said they have no cooked chicken and it will take 45 mins to cook. We stated okay nevermind and drove off. The second time was Saturday night after out kids tournaments. We ordered the $20 fill up only to be told the don't have chicken due to it closing in 5 minutes. At that time we didn't realize it wasn't even 45 after 9pm yet. Anyway, due to the previous experience I stated oh so you don't want to cook any? In which they replied no they sold out of chicken. It wasnt until we drove off that I realized they didn't close until 10pm. They do this every time and it's ridiculous. they left stuff off my order when I called the manager told me he would replace the whole ticket the next night so when I came up the following night a different manager told me she would only give me some chicken and cookies she doesn't care what the other manager said and was very uncaring or apologetic they will not see another dime of my money finally got coupon from higher management for new meal in form of email manager same one still had attitude problem I'm sorry my business was an inconvenience for you read more

Horrible service, the people who worked in that place are rude, there was no cars, no persons inside the restaurant and I was waiting too long for food while they used their phones and playing with each other. It is always the emptiest restaurant in the place, and when they have to serve a single person they do it with a horrible attitude like they don't want to work. I asked for the name of the person who was yelling at me and she said NO! Then another crazy women ran and stood in front of my car saying it would call the police.!! insulting me and yelling at me all the time.! It's stupid how people of this type can work to serve the consumer! With an attitude like this! The woman at the window wanted to treat me like I was asking for free food! NO! I pay for it and I will not accept to give my money with such ordinary attention. More than 3 people were screaming at me and one of them in front of my car! that's harassment! After this horrible experience I could sue this place for the treatment I received! In KFC 1004 ARSENAL ST, WATERTOWN NY 13601 read more
