Wow. Just soooo bad. Their fried (bone-in) chicken is fine- but these $11 chicken strip meals are an effin joke. I ordered 2 for my kids. These are basically chicken nuggets, not strips...but I have older teens. 3 nuggets is not an $11 meal. Some folks maybe need cut/batter retraining, and KFC HQ needs to look at this robbery. I ordered the 8 piece bucket special. Suppose to be 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs. I waited about a half an hour for it. I get home and open the bucket to find 6 thighs, 1 breast and a wing. I'd like to say That I don't have anything to say about the employees...but my chicken that I asked for extra crispy so I can make sure it's hot... ended up being soggy and cold? I don't want to know how old the chicken is from today... as if it's not bad enough to get fresh food given to you under tempted... then I pulled apart the chicken breast... just to see something absolutely disgusting.... A lung..... I am so glad I didn't eat that food.... Absolutely horrible! Have never gotten our order right and the food has been consistently bad. Last order they didn't put half of what we paid for in the bag and the chicken was basically rubber. Figured we would give it one more try since we normally love kfc. Wrong choice. Window guys was rude and rushing us to order, chicken is cold and rubbery again. They gave our drinks with no ice and it is easily noticeable they do not clean their soda nozzles because both different drinks taste distinctively like mold. 100% will never entertain this store again, nor would I recommend it anyone else. This will be the last time we visit this location. Service was ok and the assistant mgr was nice but the back door was left open (no ac I presume) and the amount of flies in the restaurant was disgusting. Couldn't enjoy our meal because of the constant waving them away from our food. Add that to a previous visit a month or so ago at between 6-7pm where they didn't have any chicken which is totally unacceptable, it's in the name on the sign. Imagine McDonald's running out of hamburgers. Couldn't leave fast enough. Wife put in complaint to their corporate office as we were walking out the door. Do not go here especially when it's 30 minutes until they close. This was our 2nd time coming here at night. The 1st time it was around 930pm, we tired to order and they said they have no cooked chicken and it will take 45 mins to cook. We stated okay nevermind and drove off. The second time was Saturday night after out kids tournaments. We ordered the $20 fill up only to be told the don't have chicken due to it closing in 5 minutes. At that time we didn't realize it wasn't even 45 after 9pm yet. Anyway, due to the previous experience I stated oh so you don't want to cook any? In which they replied no they sold out of chicken.
