This location is conveniently located along a busy thoroughfare in a major commercial district. I walked in went straight to the counter as it wasn't busy. Think of a Chipoltle setup as far as the arrangement of the toppings, but with an emphasis on whole grains and vegetables. They offer a variety of creative bowls consisting of base options such as purple rice, quinoa, and rice noodles, with toppings that include chicken, tuna, and sweet potatoes. Additionally, they have broths, smoothies, and even tacos. Being at peace with my decision, I selected the Buddah Bowl, a delicious assortment of sweet potatoes, spinach, quinoa, black beans, red salsa, and chick peas! The food is always good, the service is kind and attentive, and everything seems super clean in there. The food, the tables, the floor. I can appreciate the quality of the food. It's all super fresh from what I can tell. I have been here a few times and my salads are always amazing. I get extra protein and there is PLENTY! The drinks are also tasty and refreshing. The flavors are always very differnet. I had a hibiscus tea last time and it was delightful, just watch for sugar content. read more

I am absolutely disgusted by what occurred at this establishment. While customers were waiting in line, an employee behind the counter openly celebrated the death of another human being. Regardless of anyone's personal views, to cheer for someone's death is vile, hateful, and completely inappropriate--especially in front of paying customers. I later called the restaurant to ask what disciplinary action would be taken. To my shock, I was told this employee was simply "talked to" by the general manager and instructed not to say such things in front of customers again. That's it. No termination, no real accountability--just a slap on the wrist. This kind of behavior should never be tolerated in any workplace. Allowing someone to spew such hateful words with no consequences not only reflects horribly on the employee but also on the management that enables it. This is not a safe or welcoming environment, and I will not be returning. read more

I have now eaten here twice and although my food was not bad, it just did not wow me. The first time I tried a broth bowl and did not find it very flavorful at all. This past time I got one of their grain bowls (southwest chicken bowl) and it needed more flavor. I ended up getting their ranch dressing and bbq sauce to amp up the flavor. My husband liked his chicken bbq bowl. Their lemonades and Teas are where it is at!!! All of them have been delicious and love that they have little sample cups to test it out. We were in Watertown for a wedding and were looking for a healthy place to eat. Boy oh boy, was I happy we found this place! The set up is like your typical sandwich shop where you order as you go down the line. I got a Korean BBQ pork bowl with a fried egg , and my husband got a steak box with sweet potato and Mac & cheese. The healthy purple rice impressed me, a did all the fresh veggies and healthy options. My bowl was so good! The meat was tender and flavorful, and the sauce was subtle but distinctly Korean. I liked that it was thin, too, and not like one of those over-thickened bottled sauces. The egg was perfectly cooked with a runny yolk. The mac & cheese noodles were soft and a bit broken. Not being familiar with gluten-free products other than bread, maybe this is typical. Regardless, it was absolutely delicious and cheesy! The sweet potatoes were the perfect texture and were so flavorful. My husband was happy with the meat, and it was cooked exactly to his liking. We were so impressed with our meals, I told the staff when we were done how good it was and how we wished we had a CoreLife in our home state! This place is such a rip off. Came in with my wife to try something new (we don't eat out often and unfortunately coming from LA to here the quality of food is disappointing). I ordered the Poke fire bowl and the flavor was good but they over serve the rice and veggies and give the absolute minimal amount of protein and charge top dollar. Visiting from California, so when I saw Tri-tip on the menu, they had me. Most everything is gluten free and delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful answering all questions we had. If you live in the area and want a place with good clean food and dining area, definitely check this place out. read more

i eye this place every time i go to target and i'm so glad i finally got to try it out! the interior was nice and very clean. menus are everywhere so you have plenty of time to decide. the portion size is good, and the quality is great. i got the korean bbq pork bowl and it was delicious! it was very fresh and had really nice flavor. they also have great vegetarian/vegan options, such as the siracha ginger tofu & quinoa wrap which my husband enjoyed. read more

I ordered the Sweet Potato Buddha Bowl, which was fresh, hearty, and delicious, with nice combination of textures and flavors. One minor quibble: there are no notifications when food is ready for pickup; they just place it on a counter. One major problem (and hence the downgrade in rating): half the staff was unmasked or not properly masked. I get it: indoor dining and all; but we're in yet another pandemic wave, and I would expect better safety measures from an eating establishment. read more

I personally won't ever eat here again. I ordered the Mac and Cheese, it came and it was SO mushy it was like a paste. Inedible and disgusting. I also did the build your own wrap. There was maybe 2 pieces of chicken total when I opened it up, there was hardly any dressing and just a whole pile of carrots which was far too much compared to everything else. There was no cucumbers on it as ordered and no BBQ sauce as ordered. Have ordered here at least three times every week since they have opened in Watertown. Have overlooked the inconsistencies that seem to occur with every order we place because we enjoy the food so much. Today was the last straw when I placed the order online for my husband to pick up. The new daytime manager was extremely rude to my husband and told him that he could not have the Parmesan crisps he requested on his order because there is a special place online where you add them that charges a fee. She told him that he would have to stand back in line if he wanted to pay for them. My husband told her he was on his lunch break and could not wait and she says well maybe you should give yourself more time when you order your lunch. It's pretty sad when you are a loyal customer and they can treat people like they do not matter. We joined that online loyalty club which is an absolute joke because we have lost our points at least twice and have never received our free bowls that we were promised so many times for the company's constant mistakes.
