I stopped here after I missed my connecting flight from Phoenix to Southern California. So I rented a car and before i got too far, since I was going to be driving all night, I stopped in buckeye to get a coffee and soda. I picked mcdonalds because there were only three cars in the drive through. I ordered a coffee, soda, and a vanilla ice cream cone. Then I waited in the drive through for 30 freakin' minutes at 1 am in the morning. ARE you kidding me. I watched the orders in front of me and none of them were unusually large which would have warranted a thirty minute wait. When I FINALLY got to the window I could hear the girl that was taking orders talking to her friend on the phone. She eventually gave me my order and as I was about to drive away she did actually apologize for the wait. Seriously though, this was WAYYY too long to wait for "fast" food. read more

You're not gonna believe this!!! I went to this McDonald's today for lunch, and asked for water to accompany my meal. I like to eat healthy and never drink soda, preferring water to any other beverage. The cashier asked me if I wanted a bottle, and (why would I pay for water?) I said no, just a cup is fine. Then she handed me a little cheap paper cup with a pointed bottom, like a snow cone cup! My husband said "they must be out of cups," but I could clearly see a stack of regular cups and I pointed to them and said, "No they're not, there the cups are right there!" The cashier was still holding out the little (four ounce capacity?) paper pointy witch hat cup to me and I gritted out, "So how am I supposed to eat my meal while I'm holding that thing??" and I turned away and stalked to a table and sat down. If this is a new McDonald's policy, then goodbye forever, McDonald's. If this is a misbegotten policy by the owner of this establishment, then shame on you and I wonder what will become of the building when you lose so many customers you go out of business. As of tonight, worst customer service. Their server went down and could not take cards. Instead of the manager : Carla. Being apologetic and offered an apology to the customers she just turned her face and says sorry and continues doing what she was doing she doesn't even take the time to stop address the customers and apologize for the servers being down. Beware when using the two lane drive through. We watched at least seven cars go by on one side without any response from the speaker on our side. I had to walk inside while my wife was stuck in the drive through to get anything done about the situation. And these are the people that want to make $15 per hour? read more

Really dont like that they make you drive out the drive through line and off to the side to wait for your food. The only thing that helps is their speed of service rating when it's actually false since Im still sitting in my car waiting for my food. read more

The restrooms are so disgusting! Or these Arizona females are hella nasty! I went to get my food that was on the counter with the ticket that clearly read 418, so I opened it up to see if my order was right and this woman loudly says are u 418 ? This place is incredibly slow! I honestly cannot believe how slow they are for a fast food restaurant. It's also happens when there isn't many customers through the drive-thru. Also, like another said before, check your order before leaving. Orders will often be wrong or missing items. Wish there was another McDonalds that was closer and could do their job significantly better. Every time I go here there is a problem. Today I ordered a burger and the bun was as hard as a rock (exaggeration). There is always an error with the food and then they have an attitude when you point it out instead of being polite and apologetic. I barely visit this location anymore and it never fails when I do I am disappointed. read more

Well my daughter and I have been coming here for the last 2-3 years now and the service is generally substandard. The main reason is the teenage and non-English speaking staff. I've experienced everything from filthy restrooms to the playland not being cleaned daily. The drive through is for the most part a complete disaster. the drive through employees were continually getting the orders wrong or incomplete forcing me to come back to the store to correct their mistakes, and wasting my gas in the process. The counter people (teenagers) tend to be as disinterested in the customer as they could be without being outwardly rude. The managements only response when I've complained is to provide me food/drink vouchers which at one point I had so many I could take a basketball team out for lunch. read more

If your coming here to dine or drive-thru expect to wait AT LEAST 15-20 min for your food. We moved to Buckeye in November been here multiple times and I have never been okay with their service. They take too long, they get orders wrong, or horrible customer service. I got a kids meal for my son and it didn't have chicken nuggets! This place is just horrible. i went through the drive thru at 1:45am when i got to the box i was told they were only accepting cash. Having no cash I proceeded to pull through. There was 1 car in front of me but I waited 12 minutes to get to the window!! When I spoke with Stephanie, I was advised they were cooking fresh french fries. Fries take 3-4 minutes to cook also the store has designated parking spots for this very reason. I explained this to Stephanie, to which she responded "that's really not my fault." I then asked to speak with Stephanie's manager her name was Yvonne. Yvonne gave me the same waiting on fries excuse and added that she "didn't know there were other cars in the drive thru"?? Finally neither employee offered an apology or a complimentary iced coffee which was the only reason for my visit. In addition the posted feedback number is a joke you're offered an automated message but when you try to provide feedback the robo operator launches into a speech about how Mcdonalds, can't accept feedback from non McDonald's employees! So if you can't take my feedback why solicit it in the first place? read more

If it was up to me I would give it no stars! They ALWAYS get my orders wrong. So I always have to check my order before leaving and the times that I had to come back because my food was missing they have never apologized. Here's the deal. I rarely eat fast food, but this mcdonalds has a 24 hour drive thru if we want something late. The quality of all Mcd's is terrible, but as many other reviews of this locations state, you must double check your order because they get it wrong quite a bit. In the handful of times we have gone to this location I think once it was correct. Have said that last night it was 10:12 when we hit the drive thru. It was 10:44 by the time we go our food. After waiting in the drive thru forever to pay we finally hit the window and were asked to pull around waiting on 1/4 lb meat. Fine. Remarkably we were the only car pulled around and no cars behind us had to pull around and wait. I can feasibly see maybe no one else order a 1/4 lber.....however from start to finish it took 32 mins for our food. It all seemed fresh by the time we got home, at least fresh by McDonalds standards. The young girl that brought us out our food, simply handed me the bag, said "there you go", and turned to walk away. Nothing about apologizing for the wait or anything like that. The customer service lacks at this location. And these workers want $15/hr? LoL how can anyone support that. read more

I stopped here when I was out on a scooter ride to get lunch. I placed the order, two McChicken sandwiches from the dollar menu and a large coke from the same menu. When the girl totaled it up and told me it had been $5.47 I said whoa, something wrong here and tried to explain the cost couldn't be right she looked at me like I had just explained Einsteins theory of relativeaty to her. Another worked pointed out she had punched the wrong buttons on the computer and would need a supervisor to cancel. Here come the shift supervisor, once more I explained what I wanted and what happened, she did the magic and now had to refund the difference of $5.47 to $3.28 to me. She handed me $1..50 so I asked what is this and her reply the difference between the order total and what we charged your debit card. Now I am getting frustrated so I asked her if she had recently taken any math refresher courses because she needed to. Out comes the I-phone and she uses the calculator on it to figure the refund, good job, carry your brains in your hand, you will get really far in this world with that keen talent. Not once was anyone apologetic about the mixup or the delay, I really have solidified my mind on thinking these people should picket and demand $15.00 per hour for minimum wage jobs. I decided that I will demand a little bit better service by using my pocketbook to vote against McDonalds shitty service and attitude from this store. read more
