You can order off their limited menu or just talk to him about your feelings, likes, and dislikes. From there, you get a tailored cheese sandwich exceeding any expectations you might have built up. You don't pay until you've at least tasted it - even if you opt'd for take out. "If you don't like it, I'll eat it" the owner will tell you. You might opt for fruit or veggies on top.
