Friendly service, fresh burgers!! The beef burger was little lacking in flavor but the chicken burger was probably the best I've ever had. They use ground chicken. I've had some pretty good burgers in my life but these were by far the best. The fries were cooked to perfection and the gluten-free bun was the icing on the cake. sadly but something went wrong :/ in GM I don't know it's because too many customers (? always full!) at once or maybe because of Delivero - I don't know, but the fact is that is much worst than 6 months ago ... muuuch worst. And is also veeeery annoying that the messengers are the first ones instead of in the customers at restaurant to order, so you have to wait 30-40min ... and so now is no longer worth. What a great burger place! Green mango has phenomenal customer service, which is not common in Brussels. The waiters were smiley, spoke English and French, and gave us a carafe of water when we asked for tap water. I had Le Green Mango burger with bacon, cheddar, pepper sauce and greens served with a huge side of fries. I also got the Copacabana smoothie with ginger and açai among other things (it's a tall glass), and it was as good as the burger. The burgers, fries, smoothie and complimentary olives are a lot for one person. So unless you wanna leave the restaurant feeling like you ate too much, i would suggest splitting it with a friend if you can. If you have seen my reviews i am detailed and travel alot and enjoy trying different burger places. So this place has been on my radar for some time. First i would start with the people were friendly there. I didnt like that we could not sit where we wanted specially when it wasnt that busy there. I am a tall man and wanted to sit in soft chairs but instead had to sit in high wooden chairs but ok i came for a burger. So, first i noticed there menu was colorful and the prices were pretty low compared to other burger places. Many nice looking cocktails and other drinks. I also wanted to know where there beef was from so i ask and its local Belgium beef. I also ask about the bun because i noticed in pictures that there were brown buns but apparently that was correct so I question some of these yelp reviews and pics. Next, question was about there fish burger only because my girlfriend was trying to decide between the fish sandwich and chicken. I was told the fish was not fresh but frozen so that was a big no for her and she decided to go with the chicken burger. I decided to go with there signature burger called the green mango, which had bacon, cheddar cheese, onions sauté/crunchy, fried egg, lettuce and tomato and there special sauce but ask for that on the side. So, the burger was presented well the bacon was real american style. The bun was ok for me to crunchy. The burger was cooked well i assume thats how they prepare it since they never ask us how we wanted it. I am not sure if beef was fresh. Over all it was a ok burger nothing special. The meal does come with potato wedges which is there specialty but for me they had no flavor/seasoning. But again for the price it was one of the cheapest burgers with fries. My girlfriend said her chicken burger was ok but nothing special. And her smoothie drink was good but warm not cold like a traditional smoothie but had great taste. read more

We went there on a Saturday, not knowing how fully booked the restaurant already was. Luckily, they still had space. I decided to have the BBQ chicken burger and it was really good! The bun was not soft but 'crunchy' (een hard broodje), the fries were really good and crispy and the chicken hamburger was also very tasty. I had a bite of a beef burger of my bf but I wasn't that impressed. However, I would definitely come back and try a whole beef burger. Service was friendly and they seemed to speak both English and French and a bit of Dutch. I also liked the the fact that the space while seated in the restaurant is quite spacious if you have a table for two. In contrast with other restaurants in the Flagey/St Boniface area where you often hear the entire conversation of your neighbors. read more

A very good damn burger place! The place is pretty colorful, it gives you a tropical sensation. Having raised tables adds to 'American feeling' The double burger is big, very big. The meat doesnt have a grilled flavour and lacks a bit of seasoning, but thats just a minor issue since the package is delicious. We took the truffle mayo as a sauce with the fries and holy shit that was awesome! All in all, the place is small but cosy. Fantasic place!! I would say these are the best burgers in Belgium. Hands down. The staff is super friendly, the place looks awesome and is located in an area full of other bars and terraces. Visited Brussels on the weekend, and my tour guides bought me here. There are around 20 different burgers to satisfy all cravings. The menu isn't in english, but with a little bit of french knowledge you can pretty much tell what most things are, and the wait staff are always close by to help. I decided to have the avocado burger, which was super delicious. All burgers are served with large cut fries. Which left me feeling very satisfied. I discovered this tiny restaurant 2 weeks ago and as a burger lover I wasn't disappointed at all! The meat, the fries and the sauces (honourable mention to the truffe mayo dip) were tasty as f***! Discovered these guys by accident after living close by for almost a year. I'm writing this review after having been there 4 times. The burgers are always consistent in quality, the wait time is very reasonable and staff is nice. I'm partial to their bacon and raclette cheese burger- Absolutely Heaven!! Their cocktails are really good too, although we've only tried them twice. Kinda prefer a beer with by burger if you know what I mean! Highly recommend!!! read more

Service was great. Food was average. The waiter was lovely and funny and even said "served with love to you both". Which was a bit odd, but it made us giggle. We did go here with a hangover, so my view on the food might be slightly off..... The burger was okay, the chips were not nice at all, they were crispy husks with little or not potato in them. The smoothie I ordered had promised to have various fruits including strawberries and kiwi but it was massively overpowered by the bananas that they mixed it with. Soooooo delicious! Possibly the best burger I've tasted so far in Brussels. I got the classic cheeseburger and everything was amazing about it. (Just beware that the ketchup is more of a relish ketchup than just plain ketchup--but super yummy). Delicious burgers & fries with lots of choice, even for those who don't eat beef. Lots of chicken options (my preference), veggie burgers, fish burgers, salsa and soups. Definitely the best burger I have ever had in Brussels so far... In other places, you'll mostly find a specific burger ingredient they are well known for or something. But Green Mango has got all what is best for a burger: awesome BREAD buns, sauces, cheese and meat. Tasty burgers for any size appetite, made with fresh ingredients. Avoid the cocktails, this really isn't their thing... Went with a group of ten on a Saturday night, were joined by a couple more for drinks afterwards. The service is cheerful and friendly.
