Renovated within the last year, this location has finally been spruced up and now looks more like many contemporary McDonald's locations, with a sleeker look. The menu is the same old menu you would find at any other McDonald's, but service was definitely much improved when I came here a few months ago. As with many NYC restaurants, there isn't any indoor dining during the COVID-19 pandemic, but online and in-person orders can be made. From my most recent trip, my food was as expected for a McDonald's, however they did slight me on some sauces that I had requested via the app. Other than that, no other complaints ... shockingly. read more

I despise this McDonald's but, sometimes I cave in for the fries. Then I immediately regret it and swear it off again...until my next moment of weakness. The staff here are incredibly rude and always have an attitude. They roll their eyes or flat out ignore people. I typically order the crispy buttermilk sandwich with a bottle of water. I asked the cashier, "Is there an up-charge for a water bottle?". "NO, why would there be?". I proceed to order with a few other things. When I got my receipt, I saw there was a .25c plus deposit (understandable) charge for the water. I asked why was I charge, she proceeds to yell "How am I supposed to know? NEXTTTT" really loudly.  After waiting around 20 minutes for my order, which was wrong, I was still missing my bougie water. Horrible customer service, waited more than 20 mins for an online order should be ready in less than 5 mins. The staff simply did not even bother to call out the order number and mistakenly handed the order to someone else. Worst yet, the manager even tried to defer responsibility saying we did not hear the order number. In the mood for ice cream (yes, a foolish goal even at the outset), we came to this McD, as it was the second closest to us, the first one not having any ice cream at all. While this McDonald's had ice cream, they only had one cup, and we were 4 people. While the nice girl behind the counter went in the back to look for more cups, she disappeared for 20 minutes. Finally reappearing from the basement (how she managed to get down there, we'll never know), she offered us different cups, and said she wasn't sure if these would work. After finally sorting out the cup issues, we got our ice cream. After this place has been upgraded, the management has definitely changed. In the past it would take 20-30 mins after you paid to get your meal. This review is for the food not the service since I had someone pick up my food. Yesterday around 3:30 p.m. I saw an employee at Crown Nursing Home (where I'm at right now) and thought he was going home. He said he was off to McDonald's for a resident. I asked him if he would mind picking me up a quarter pounder with cheese extra value meal. For a young guy (high school) he seemed unfamiliar with how McDonald's prices its food. However I wasn't going to say anything about that since I was trying to get him to do me a favor. I explained that you get the sandwich French fries and a drink. he asked which drink I would like and I told him Sprite or Coke. He comes back about 15 minutes later. They gave him individual receipts for the two orders he placed. Not even some of the better restaurants like giving separate checks. When delivered the food was piping hot. The onions in the burger were nice and fresh and there was a delightful surprise of two slices of cheese. I hadn't realized McDonald's had updated their sandwich to include two slices of cheese for the quarter pounder. read more

I visited this mcdonalds on monday evening, may 15th at 1:30am. I am a big fan of McDonald's for its great food and fast and friendly service. However, I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth. After ordering my food and holding on to my receipt with my order number, I waited to be called to the counter to collect my food. Two young ladies were working at the counter. One had an obvious extremely bad attitude from the get go. I noticed her name was Kenya. My order number was 399. Kenya shouted "366" loudly at myself and the 3 other guests waiting. She called the number multiple times and as no one responded, she became more irritate. The second lady called out 366 and I realized that Kenya had been reading the ticket number upside down. I approached the counter with the ticket. Kenya proceeded to throw the bag of food onto the counter in disgust. She sighed and had a mini tantrum about "how people never fu***ings listen".
