I've always wanted to get food from here. I like trying new cuisines and wanted to try Korean food…read morefor a long time. We dined here for dinner this past Saturday. First off, the employee behind the counter greeted us and helped us with our choices. We ordered the following: 6wings/2drumsticks - Korean BBQ and soy garlic flavors - I loved the Korean bbq and my husband loved the soy garlic. I enjoyed this entree very much. Chicken katsu - it was okay. I thought the chicken was a bit dry. I liked the ambiance. They played Korean music which I enjoyed. My toddler was dancing and having a good ol time. I how they fix the faucet in the bathroom. It was broken. The employees are aware of this and told me that they complained about it already. I'm looking forward to trying more dishes here in the near future. I would go back for the wings for sure.

We've tried this location 3x now and will probably skip going forward…read more We are huge fans of Korean Fried Chicken and BonChon was the OG, our first love! Waaaayy back when it was the only location in Ktown. The chicken was always on-point, crispy skins and juicy center. Pickled radish was complimentary! Now, these newer franchise spots are like subpar at best... chickens are either too dry, flavorless... and every single thing has a $ attached to it. And the prices are insane now. This branch - it's been open for a year+... and sadly, the chicken is not good. Super salty. Over fried. And the other items are terrible. Japchae is mushy, mostly fillers, and has no taste. Tried the Ttoekbokki and it's super watery. Better off making it at home. Service is ok - order your food, takes about 15-20 mins to be ready. This location seems clean but we didn't eat in. We took it to go. It never seems crowded so not sure if they will survived the 5 yr plan.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT & MISSING PAID ITEMS I don't write…read morereviews lightly, but this was extremely disappointing. This place advertises that their dishes include coleslaw and pickles, and even goes further by asking customers how much they want and charging extra for it. I specifically paid extra for coleslaw--and received none at all‼ Not in the burger, not in the loaded fries, not in the mac & cheese with chicken. Zero. If you're out of an item, the bare minimum is to contact the customer and offer a substitution. No call, no message, nothing. Just missing items I already paid for. The "loaded" waffle fries are marketed with toppings like coleslaw and pickles. What I received was just fries with a generic, overly salty cheese sauce--completely unbalanced and not what was advertised. The chicken is also misrepresented. This place claims "never frozen" and "melt in your mouth" texture. In reality: * The breading is thick, dry, and hard to chew * The chicken inside is dry, not juicy or tender That's not "melt in your mouth"--that's the opposite. The burger was okay, nothing special: * A few slices of pickles (only place they actually showed up) * Some sautéed onions * Basic sauce (fine, but nothing memorable) For the price, this is not impressive. The chocolate milkshake was decent, but not worth $8. Overall, this feels like FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and careless execution. Charging extra for items that are never delivered, and not even notifying the customer, is unacceptable. Also worth noting: delivery platforms like Grubhub will often not refund missing items, so you're taking a risk ordering here. Final verdict--Not worth the money Be aware you may not receive what you paid for.

They weren't bad, but I was definitely expecting more. Personally, I don't really get the hype around Raising Cane's. The quality of the meat from what I read is of outstanding quality which equated to it being far superior to KFC and in my opinion because they don't over season, way better than Popeyes, which always leaves me with a sodium induced migraine. The coleslaw wasn't to my liking, but that's just me. However, the quality of the chicken was superb, lightly battered, but amazingly moist, juicy and not greasy at all. Honestly, I haven't enjoyed chicken like this in a really long time and I was in heaven as I devoured my tendies! The sauce was everything everyone said it was which was delicious and really what makes the chicken so flavorful. I would definitely order again.
