The occasional visits, maybe once a year if that, I've experienced no issues. Go inside, clean areas, place order with fairly friendly staff, order filled timely, check bag for items ordered before leaving. No problems. Drive-thru, no line, place order, wait a little, check bag before driving off. No problems. Recently purchased their two Filet O' Fish Lent specials. Adequately tartared, warm bun, crisp fish...tasty. No issues. read more

I did a mobile order. When I got there, my order wasn't ready. When I finally received it, it wasn't properly done and I was missing food items. As I waited, for the missing items, about 40 minutes, the employee I was speaking to was disrespectful and dismissive. I asked for a refund for my missing food items and the manager on site stated "I don't know what's going on in that kitchen." So disappointing. read more

It is a very unsafe place to come. There is no security here. Many fights have occurred here. People are in danger here. Customers are in danger here. Management will not do anything about the current situation at McDonald's. They do need police here at all times. Many times the police are not able to be here because they are handling many other and very important things. But management will not step up to the plate and do anything about the current situation here. The element that comes in here is very bad. The kids are very very bad and out of control. There's no one here to control the situation. It's usually very out of control. Customers are afraid here when they are sitting here having their meal or coffee are witnessing this. They get scared and they leave the business at once. This place really needs real security here and they will not be put it because of management who is not able to manage the business at all. read more

Horrible service!.I ordered Carmel iced coffee, and when it came it tasted like plain coffee with ice and no sugar. They didn't put any bit of Carmel in it so why call it Carmel iced coffee? Plus I specifically asked for straws and they purposely didn't put any. Don't recommend!. read more

McDonald's - a counter in a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Bronx, New York

This is the worst I tried to call for delivery but when we tried to order the girl said no

Extremely long wait times. Even when placing an order for pick up through the app with ample time to prepare the order. Still waited over 30 min in my car for shakes and ice cream. Parking lot is horribly re done. The old lot had plenty of spots to park in. This one has 3. The employees usually park in the curb side pick up spots. read more

McDonald's - The hair I found in my Quarter Pounder with Cheese - Fast Food Near Me - Bronx, New York

I've been to this establishment twice and both times that I have arrived, I've had to wait over 30 minutes for at least one item due to staff errors. Furthermore, as I'm waiting patiently for my food, the staff seems to be cracking out jokes and making sharp looks towards us as if we are the problem. Even after waiting for the food, the food isn't even pleasant as it ends up being cold or hard and doesn't even feel fresh. read more

Just opened back up and already started. Got my order all screwed up. No meat in the burgers yeah, exactly. And the person (I think he was the manager) that attended to the register was a bit rude; Not even asking, if we were being helped before he decided to go on to the next register to attend other people. read more

McDonald's on Tremont and Philip is the worst McDonald's around. The drive thru line is always wrapped around with cars both ways with drivers fighting each other and blocking traffic so they can be ahead of the next guy for a Big Mac. I cannot tell you how many times I have waited more than 25-30 in the drive thru line. I am stupid to have waited, for a grilled chicken sandwich that the chicken is chewy and slimy. When you get your food, 75% of the time they forget something! Don't expect a napkin, a straw or ketchup unless you ask them. This McDonalds still holds the record of the worst drive thru ever. You will wait for 25 mins from start to finish for your food, and good luck if they get your order correct. Do yourself a favor and drive to Eastchester Road. The drive will be half the time you will wait in line here. read more

The food is given cold, and the workers don't have no respect not even have a good day.

Slowest McDonald's in the world. Every time I come here on the drive thru I wait upwards of 20 mins it's actually ridiculous. It's not like the store is super busy either. Other than that it's McDonalds. Food tastes the same everywhere. I don't understand how they can be so slow. read more

It's McDonalds, so I expect a certain level of quality, or lack there of. But that's OK because, it's McDonalds. I've never been inside, so my review is for the drive-thru only, which I have been 'thru' way too often. I've never had a problem with service. The women, or girls, and guys who work there actually smile and make eye contact usually. Which is unfortunately more then I can say for a lot of other better dining establishments. They take my order quickly, I pay quickly, and the food comes out quickly. It's like a well oiled machine. I've never had to wait longer then about 7 minutes even with a long line. And my ultimate test...my early morning iced coffee. I received my light and artificially sweet 6 am caffeine kick less then 2 minutes from when I ordered it. And...it was just what I ordered. !!!!! They are so much quicker and more consistent then their Connor St. counterpart who I will never patronize again. Sure, I have to backtrack 5 minutes to get there which adds 10-12 minutes to my morning commute. And sure I have to pay an additional 29 cents for my med iced coffee. But it's worth it. 4 stars for you Mickey D's. I can't give ya 5 because well, you're McDonalds. But you're a pretty good one. read more

I ordered 3 times from this McDonald's (Happy meal ) and everytime they give me the wrong order ! My Nephew burger wasn't a burger it was just bread that's all ! Don't bother with delivery just get it yourself my food was ice cold by the time it got here I placed it At 1:58 pm and didn't get my food till 4pm. It's crazy maybe wait till the driver comes to make the order fresh because it's really not fair paying all that money for ice cold fries you can't even reheat. Oh and they didn't even give me a straw for my drink.. get it together. Grubhub is the app I used maybe it was the app too idk read more

this mcdonald's on east tremont has the worst parking lot setup and the drive thru is a curved mess with cars going in both directions not knowing where it begins or end . the limited parking spots are set up in a way that when you back up to leave you have to dodge cars entering or leaving . i just parked on east tremont and did the old fashion walk in method which is quicker cause the line at the drive thru is a joke . it's not crowded inside and plenty of tables to sit at which i will do cause ac is kicking on level 10. miss kamila can i get a large diet coke for a buck with large fries no salt . ok i am chilling while enjoying my fries and diet coke and i am in the back booth to the side and in walks the kid who was inside my car an hour ago looking for free stuff. he did not see me which meant i did not have to hide under my booth , next time i will wait forever at the drive thru . read more

Not the worst McDs but not the best. Food is generally what you expect, but service isn't always the greatest(cue up forgotten fries, ignored requests to your order, etc.). Also, on several occasions there have been homeless people either in the building asking for change or standing right outside the door doing the same...management here seems to not care or make any effort to keep them from bothering their customers. Drive thru only for me when possible.(sorry if I sound insensitive, but its really offputting to be asked for change everytime I go in or out of this place) read more

Listen. I get it. I was 17 working late shift at a fast food drive thru. I don't expect stellar and/or speedy service after 10pm, weeknight or weekend. But I live around the block and I don't think I've ever experienced anywhere close to a "fast food" service here. Expect to be at this location for 20-30 min minimum regardless of time. Late night, just forget it. Go home and cook yourself a meal, it will be quicker. When I was a kid working midnight drive thru shift an hour out of the city, 3 min 30 sec from order to completion was absolutely unacceptable. When I'm sitting on a 3 car line motionless for 10 min at a "fast food" restaurant in NYC, I run out of patience. If I wanted to wait this long for food I would have gone literally anywhere else on e tremont for incomparably better food. Or I would go home and cook a meal, as I did this time. read more

After a car full of kids held the line for close to 20 minutes, I pull up to the window only to get ignored for another five minutes. But I did get to watch the employees wander around and complain about customers which is always encouraging. Finally someone realizes that I am there waiting and comes to get me my food. She confirms my order then grabs the bag that was sitting there since I pulled up. So I ask her "how cold is this food going to be?" She giggles and smiles saying "don't worry it will be ok". This attitude makes me very happy my pregnant wife made me go out at 11pm and get her nuggets. What I'm not happy about is the cold chicken wrap and nuggets I received. The chicken was so chewy and old I ate two bites and threw it out. This will undoubtably make me sick. Thank you McDonalds for reaffirming the reason why I stay away from your "restaurants". read more
