After staying near the airport for an overnight stay, I simply wanted to get a quick fast sit down breakfast so I thought McD's would be great. I was leaving early so the McD's at the Summit supposedly wasn't open so I drove to this Bridgeville location hoping to get what I was looking for. Sadly this place was open but only the drive through was open. The inside of the restaurant visibly was going through some sort of remodeling and modernization renovation. That would have been great if it was done but the doors were locked. I really didn't want to take it to go or eat in my car so I left. Being open is great, but only for the drive through? Not so great. I've never seen a McD's with a closed dining room that was actually still open. I guess eventually they'll be opening that dining room but not living in greater Pittsburgh, the odds of me coming back are not great.

These bad reviews blow my mind. I have been passing other locations to pick up here for the past year. I've tested bridgeville McDonald's several times- mid week lunch, weekend lunch, late night. Every single order has been insanely fresh. The fries are right out of the fryer and the burger is ad quality. 99% of other locations have no excuse for the quality of their food. I never leave reviews and these double cheeseburgers have made want to contact corporate. Please give this manager a raise, treat them right. Wait times and employee interactions are average, not good or bad. But it doesn't matter when you get this quality.

WOW love the remodeling looks like a sit down restaurant and the WiFi works really well. I only got a coffee and used the clean restroom it's hard to beat there coffee it's a $1 and free refills if you fill out the survey on the re receipt you get a 2-1 sandwich.

Hair and not meat in the burger.

Absolute worst McDonald's ever. Found hair in the food ... no meat on the burger.!!! Manager would not refund our money. Buyer BEWARE. They steal your money.

a cheeseburger with a bite taken out of it

The lady at the drive in was rude and short. Basically threw my food at me.... I got back to work to eat and this was my burger...

They have two lanes, but when I was there only one was open (so there was a slight wait). You could actually clearly hear and understand the person through the speaker which doesn't always happen. The menu is fairly limited (you can basically only get chicken tenders or a chicken sandwich) so the only choice is how many fingers and if you want a combo or things individually. I chose a three piece box which comes with a piece of bread, the tenders, crinkle fries and a sauce. While I really enjoy their fries and think their chicken strips are great, it is a bit pricey for fast food. Generally, though, the process was easy, my order was right and the place looked clean.

We decided to go inside because this location had the worst parking lot and drive through I've ever experienced. There isn't a lot of room to ride around and get the proper format of getting through. It's designed kind of off. So you have to be careful of you end up back on the road and having to drive further away to come back on the right side. It's easier to park and walk inside. Anyway ... the ambiance was nice. Everyone was friendly and efficient. We selected the box meal which consisted of 4 fingers and fries along with a drink. I'm not the biggest chicken finger fan. These were good but nothing exceptional. The sauce makes the meal. The sauce is really the star of the show. It's a chipotle, old bay type flavor that has an awesome taste. We were headed back on the road, so it served as a great meal to be on the go. The restaurant was very clean and all the items you needed were on the counter and fully stocked.

It's been a…read morelong time since I ate at one of these fast food places so my husband and I decided to check it out. As we were driving into Char Valley shopping center I noticed the first left where you could normally go into the place was blocked off by a police van. My guess is that he is there to control the traffic patterns for the drive through but it makes it a pain if you plan to dine in as we did or drive over to the shops on the far left side of the plaza. Nevertheless we looped our way around and managed to find a parking spot. They have two entrances into the eatery. We walked through the dining room over to the ordering area. A counter lady took our order and gave us a stand up plaque to identify our meal once we sat down. She gives you your drinks right there. Make sure to tell them if you want any sweeteners for your beverage since I didn't see them in the condiment area. Likewise let her know of any sauces you may like. We both ordered the grilled chicken filet sandwich along with waffle fries meal. The dining area is set up with a blend of high tops and regular sized tables. I didn't see anyone cleaning up the tables until we were getting ready to leave. I also noticed that they put the cleaning wipes by the garbage cans which really would not be a great place to do so if you are sitting down to eat. We didn't have to wait too long for the food and they served it on a tray. The chicken was good but seemed a little cold-possibly from sitting out. The waffle fries were delicious as always. My husband found the same thing to be true with his meal. Considering the place was packed with people we just went ahead and ate our food. I liked the ketchup containers in that you can open them either for dipping or for pouring on your fries. The honey mustard I got for my sandwich was good but did have a slight kick to it. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting. They even set up a beautiful Christmas tree near the dining area. Premade orders sit on a table in this area. I can see why the drive through is so popular. Possibly for sanitary reasons when dining in. Either way should I ever go back here or at one of their other locations then I'll make sure to bring my own cleaning wipes. Chick-fil-A is a chain restaurant you can find throughout the area. Pretty much they are all identical and work the same way. They are closed on Sundays. This location is easy to spot from Rt 50 since it is near the entrance to Char Valley shopping mall. Open for breakfast and lunch. They have their own parking lot or you can park nearby in the mall area.

In my…read moreexperience, Raising Cane's stands as a beacon of excellence, rivaling only Chick-fil-A in its pursuit of customer satisfaction. Every visit I've made to Raising Cane's has reinforced my belief that this establishment prioritizes not just the food they serve but the entire dining experience. From the moment you step into Raising Cane's, you are greeted by an impeccably clean environment--an essential aspect that speaks volumes about management's commitment to quality. Cleanliness sets the stage for a positive eating experience, and it is evident that franchisees and store managers take immense pride in their locations. In contrast, many fast-food chains overlook these details, leading to a mediocre experience that fails to impress. Moreover, the employees at Raising Cane's exhibit such positive attitudes elevating the entire atmosphere. After all, a friendly face can turn a simple meal into a delightful outing. The cashiers treat every customer with warmth, ensuring that your order is processed swiftly and accurately, whether you're dining in or taking advantage of the drive-thru. It is this dedication to a pleasant customer experience that makes me eager to return time and again. As for the kitchen crew, their efficiency is noteworthy. With a steady flow of customers, one might expect delays, yet my meals have consistently arrived hot and fresh. Their attention to detail--like regularly maintaining equipment and keeping grease traps emptied--ensures that each bite is not only delectable but also safe. This level of commitment stands out against competitors like McDonald's, where inconsistencies diminish the dining experience. Menu: https://www.raisingcanes.com/menu/ The star of the show, of course, is the food itself. Those golden brown, juicy chicken strips cooked to perfection, paired with crispy fries and their signature house dipping sauce, are simply unmatched. Flavors within are well balanced, and it's clear that every item on the menu is prepared with care and the right amount of seasoning. Whether I'm enjoying a meal in-house or grabbing it on the go, I know I'm getting top-notch quality every time. Additionally, their soda fountain offers an impressive variety of flavorings, allowing me to customize my drink to my liking--a small but significant touch that enhances the overall experience. It's these thoughtful elements that make Raising Cane's not just a fast food stop, but a place I genuinely look forward to visiting. While the menu might be limited compared to some competitors, it is undeniably effective. Each item serves a purpose, and I find comfort in knowing what to expect when I order. However, I would gladly welcome a thoughtful expansion of their menu; after all, innovation is key to maintaining customer interest. Raising Cane's--and Chick-fil-A, by extension--truly epitomizes what fast food should represent: high quality, quick service, and a focus on customer satisfaction. My experiences have been nothing short of exceptional, and I will continue to support this location as long as their standards remain consistent & make dining enjoyable. If you seek an unforgettable fast food experience that combines taste, cleanliness, and remarkable service, look no further than Raising Cane's. You won't be disappointed! I ordered the Moonlit Smashburger and the hubby ordered a chicken sandwich; we also ordered fries and a drink to share.
