So the $6 sandwich was free, which is good because that's closer to what it's worth. 3 stars as the app was easy enough and customer service in the store was good enough too. But $6 for this sandwich is a bad deal. I'd stay away at that price and get almost anything else here or elsewhere.

Ordered online. Paid online. Get to the store and the employee tells me there is no order. I have…read morethe order number, but she chose to give me an attitude while running her mouth. I leave - without the food I paid for. Call KFC corporate - round and round in circles trying to get a refund. Call the store to get the manager's contact information. Employee (likely the same employee I dealt with in the store) has an attitude and tells me my order is ready and wants to know if I'm going to come pick it up. I tell her I was there to pick it up and was told there is no order. The employee tells me I gave them a different name. Not true - as I placed the order and paid for the order, under my name. The same exact name I gave when I attempted to pick up my order. Call KFC corporate again. Another gigantic waste of time. Over 24 hours later and still no refund. In fact nobody at corporate has called or emailed. KFC clearly doesn't place any value on customer retention. I go to the store today and speak with the manager. He tells me it will be a couple days before I get my refund. Nice.. Now KFC is borrowing my money - interest free - and wasting my time. On the off chance that someone with KFC stumbles upon this: PAY ATTENTION. This is how you lose customers forever. Every aspect of this attempt to purchase food has been a miserable cluster****. I'm not sure your team's performance could have been worse. It isn't just the Bridgeton store. KFC corporate made a bad experience worse - almost as though they take it as a personal challenge to outdo the lousy customer service provided by some employee who has zero customer service skills. My rating for KFC is a zero. Follow up... Still no refund. Store manager perpetrating a lie. Hung up the phone when confronted.

I am a fan of the "flame broiled taste" of BK burgers. However, what brought me into BK today was the incessant advertising of BK's "brought back by popular demand" chicken fries. I mean, if you are going to invest millions of dollars into a multi-media advertising campaign around a product that you say is being brought "back" because your customers just couldn't get enough then the product MUST be good - right? WRONG! I got the chicken fries value meal. Things started out pretty well - fries hot and fresh, soda from Freestyle tasting good, a nice pak of zesty sauce for dipping. I bit into my first chicken fry and the only word that comes to mind is NASTY. Spongy chicken in a long cylindrical form that allows it to soak up even more grease. Odd tasting spices. they don't even serve them in a fry carton, which I thought would have been part of the whole marketing scheme. I have a picture, but I don't want to post it since I am the first reviewer and I would hate for chicken fries to be the first thing future visitors see when they visit this restaurant's Yelp page. Hopefully and mercifully, chicken fries will soon be gone. Once they are, you will enjoy visiting the restaurant. If they aren't, you still won't go wrong here, but get a burger - trust me! Oh - and BK - please choose a better product to run a national advertising campaign on in the future.

I've been a faithful customer of Primo's since its opening, and NEVER had a problem till Friday…read morenight. I called to place an order and was greeted by "Primo's please hold." After spending five minutes on hold, I spoke to an employee, who appeared to be new, so I was patient with him. After I finally placed my order, I was told my order would be done in 35 minutes. I arrived at the store to learn my order wasn't even started yet. I waited another twenty minutes to find out they still hadn't begun my order. As I was waiting I noticed three customers sitting waiting for their orders. Unfortunately, one of them was a door dash driver. Time is money for these people. Not to mention he probably got a terrible tip or none. Finally, I just told them never mind because I had somewhere to be. Went down the street to WaWa and got three sandwiches in 5 minutes. They were nowhere the quality, but who knows because I never got my order. Poor decision on a Friday night having three employees working and one new one to boot. Get it together.
