Might be the worst McDonald's in NJ. I ordered an iced coffee through DoorDash but I'm sitting here looking at a hot coffee. The stick on the cup even says iced coffee. We ordered through app and had delivered, order was missing sauces for 20 nuggets and a double quarter pounder with cheese which was part of a $16 meal. When calling establishment 1 couldn't understand due to strong spanish accent and 2 the 2nd person was rude, very unhelpful and hung up on me. When calling back they kept putting me on hold or not even picking phone up for about 30 minutes, yes I had plenty of time. Called McDonald's mobile assist number and all they would do was reimburse for sauces, which are free, and reimburse only for sandwich which they clearly stated was part of a meal but only willing to reimburse for sandwich. Very disappointing for an establishment to basically leave out a meal and yes, you need sauces for those dry ass nuggets. Never going to another McDonald's. Haven't been in months and not missing anything by not going back again. read more

I ordered a stk egg and chz meal with a small OJ and first time the sandwich was wrong a got it corrected but also the OJ was extremely watery and not satisfying at all... like do y'all young black folks care? The girl in the drive thru window that takes the payments is very rude. Very unpleasant and not in the least bit friendly. We waited for 10 mins, sitting in the parking lot for our food. The order was right but our shakes were watery, foamy and weirdly WARM. Kinda gross to say the least. Maybe management should have a chat with the drive thru girl about the importance of friendly customer service because this one was sure lacking in that department. Don't like your job? Bridgeton, nj McDonald's is trash. Ordered thru the mobile app ,as I normally do when I'm at my girls house, she went to pick it up and they had no order there. So I went up there and the "manager" was rude telling me I didnt place the order until 5 min ago (showed her I had placed it 40 min ago) on the app. I still had the notification on my phone for the order that came in at 1:54pm. I got there at 2:40pm. I had this issue before where they charged me twice for the same order. By the end of it I decided the food wasn't worth the headache. I'm not ordering from this place ever again. But what did I really expect at a bridgeton McDonalds. And customer service is closed on sundays. So email it is I guess. There is a whole lot more I can post about the quality of the food I've gotten from this McDonald's but this is already long enough. This place is just awful! They almost always get ur order wrong maybe because instead of doing their job they are goofing off & dancing at the drive through. The last time I was there I waited 10 minutes for my order even though I was the only one there & when I did get it it was wrong. The staff & even management are rude to customers & recently someone posted a pic of their burger on fb & it had a worm in it. From what I hear this isn't the first time they have had this problem. My meal was terrible. It took over 23 minutes to get through the drive through. Really surprising as there were maybe six cars ahead of me and they have a two speaker system. Honestly, I don't always go to this McDonalds because they have the two speaker system and really don't know how to use it. The previous time I was here, I pulled up to the front speaker & they helped the person behind me at the back speaker. And I went to Burger King. But I was here again and there was a line, six cars. 23 minutes. I purchased one of their new sandwiches, the buttermilk chicken sandwich. $5 for grass. I swear. It was so bad. A flat, dried out piece of cardboard on the oddest looking bun I have ever seen. And not only was it odd looking, it was stale. A huge dollop of mayo on one side that came dripping out of the bun and all over my cloths and not much else. I've had poor quality at fast food restaurants before but never this bad. The photos all look so good, thick fried chicken. My chicken was the about as thick as a piece of cardboard and that was exactly what it tasted like. I've had enough. This is not the first time my food was a little less than marginal from this particular McDonalds, I always assumed it was because I normally buy the less expensive items on the menu.... but no, its just bad. read more
