Used to love the double cheeseburger from here years ago when it was $1. Naturally, everything has gone up in that time but pretty steep now at $3 and change. Terrible!! When they asked me for my ordered and I told them and the guy says "I ain't even gonna hold you I ain't here what you say". It's Literally the dumbest Burger King Ive been to. I asked to add on a drink and they told me I'd have to go around again, when it took forever to even get to the window. Then they gave me the soda I already ordered with my meal and it was hot , so I told them and they decided to tell me then that they had no ice, not before paying for it and not while ordering . It's hot outside that's why I even got a drink so why would I want a hot soda? Afterwards, they didn't even give any of the sauces I ordered, they can't even do their job. read more

This place is always packed in the drive thru and for what reason i have no idea. I am concerned. Burger King has tasty burgers and fries. They used to have a great chicken sandwich, but the last four times I bought it it was soggy not crispy. Location is right by my job across street McDonalds. No cars to be seen at all. I don't know why. This is every day. read more

We always have problems with this Burger King. There were 3 cars in front of us and it took over half an hour to get to the window. Then they told us they gave the order to the wrong person and we waited another 30 minutes out front for them to bring it out (which they didn't do, they forgot and we had to go inside to remind them). They had no ice, so the drinks were warm and were just thrown away. And our order was incorrect still, but we were so fed up with waiting that we just left with it. Finished giving this place chances, will never be returning here again. This was the worst fast food experience we've ever had. read more

Has anyone noticed that the line at the Bridgeton Burger King has gone down dramatically, I have had to wait in a very long line before but when we went tonight there was only one car ahead of us and none behind us at 5:15? So, I feel bad giving this BK a "bad" review so I will give it a solid 4 stars when comparing it to other fast food burger restaurants. It is a nice newer facility, reasonably clean, easy in and out even thought is on a small lot, I was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant, I even got a smile and a thank you from the bag girl, and they have a new Coke freestyle machine for beverages. I am a fan of the "flame broiled taste" of BK burgers. However, what brought me into BK today was the incessant advertising of BK's "brought back by popular demand" chicken fries. I mean, if you are going to invest millions of dollars into a multi-media advertising campaign around a product that you say is being brought "back" because your customers just couldn't get enough then the product MUST be good - right? WRONG! I got the chicken fries value meal. Things started out pretty well - fries hot and fresh, soda from Freestyle tasting good, a nice pak of zesty sauce for dipping. I bit into my first chicken fry and the only word that comes to mind is NASTY. Spongy chicken in a long cylindrical form that allows it to soak up even more grease. Odd tasting spices. they don't even serve them in a fry carton, which I thought would have been part of the whole marketing scheme. I have a picture, but I don't want to post it since I am the first reviewer and I would hate for chicken fries to be the first thing future visitors see when they visit this restaurant's Yelp page. Hopefully and mercifully, chicken fries will soon be gone. Once they are, you will enjoy visiting the restaurant. If they aren't, you still won't go wrong here, but get a burger - trust me! Oh - and BK - please choose a better product to run a national advertising campaign on in the future. read more

I like to be fair so I would rate this Burger King 3.5 cause the food was okay. Service through the drive thur was rushed and unresponsive. It seems we have forgotten in, " treating people like we would want to be treated." No smiles, no hello, and no thank you is not basic customer service. Presenting product that should have been wiped off is not showing the customer you care i.e. ( Spillage of soda on cups.) Where's the customer service training? Friendly staff. Better quality, cleanliness and professionalism than most of the fast food restaurants in the area. MUCH better than the McDonald's across the street. read more
