    Cold drink on top of hot food...

    2 cars in front of me but it took like 15 minutes! It's like they only took one order at a time, go to the window and get it and take another... super slow. Plus they threw a cold drink in the bag with the hot food but whatever.

    Never getting my food right there always hire new people and the staff is constantly playing around they need new management !!!!!!

    Ordered online. Paid online. Get to the store and the employee tells me there is no order. I have…read morethe order number, but she chose to give me an attitude while running her mouth. I leave - without the food I paid for. Call KFC corporate - round and round in circles trying to get a refund. Call the store to get the manager's contact information. Employee (likely the same employee I dealt with in the store) has an attitude and tells me my order is ready and wants to know if I'm going to come pick it up. I tell her I was there to pick it up and was told there is no order. The employee tells me I gave them a different name. Not true - as I placed the order and paid for the order, under my name. The same exact name I gave when I attempted to pick up my order. Call KFC corporate again. Another gigantic waste of time. Over 24 hours later and still no refund. In fact nobody at corporate has called or emailed. KFC clearly doesn't place any value on customer retention. I go to the store today and speak with the manager. He tells me it will be a couple days before I get my refund. Nice.. Now KFC is borrowing my money - interest free - and wasting my time. On the off chance that someone with KFC stumbles upon this: PAY ATTENTION. This is how you lose customers forever. Every aspect of this attempt to purchase food has been a miserable cluster****. I'm not sure your team's performance could have been worse. It isn't just the Bridgeton store. KFC corporate made a bad experience worse - almost as though they take it as a personal challenge to outdo the lousy customer service provided by some employee who has zero customer service skills. My rating for KFC is a zero. Follow up... Still no refund. Store manager perpetrating a lie. Hung up the phone when confronted.

Customer service had the worst attitude. I wanted to order two family meals she told us to wait to give her a minute. When we asked her for the family meals she said "we dont have enough chicken let me check how much we have". Please note its only 5:00pm in the evening hence where they should clearly have enough chicken for dinner! She then states they only have 8 pieces of chicken left to sell. This business needs better customer service with better attitude.
