My wife and I came in for lunch before heading to the beach. We split the Betty Burger ($15) and opted for the upgrade to fries ($3.75). We also had our own ice cream shakes. She chose strawberry while I chose vanilla (apparently, today is national vanilla ice cream shake day). I don't know what I enjoyed best as everything was so good. Also, the employee behind the counter was friendly and accommodating as she cut our burger in half and gave us an extra sauce per my request. I asked for some sauces on the side that never made it into the bag and the dressing they put in for my salad was not the one I requested. I don't understand how an order can be put together wrong when you should have a tab in front of you and someone checking that the order was fulfilled correctly. This is not the first time they get things wrong. A few months ago they left something out of the order and I had to go back and get what they missed. The burgers don't have the seasoning they used to have or remember the tasted like 5 years ago. I remember that when you bit in you knew you had a great burger in your hands. I don't perceive that taste as much anymore. Maybe they are so busy that it's hard to keep that quality taste, but hopefully they can tweak things in a way that it brings back the Outlaw's of a few years ago. I also dislike there is no dine-in opportunity. I will still come around once in a while in hopes we go back the the great flavors and service.
