Ordered online. Paid online. Get to the store and the employee tells me there is no order. I have the order number, but she chose to give me an attitude while running her mouth. I leave - without the food I paid for. Call KFC corporate - round and round in circles trying to get a refund. Call the store to get the manager's contact information. Employee (likely the same employee I dealt with in the store) has an attitude and tells me my order is ready and wants to know if I'm going to come pick it up. I tell her I was there to pick it up and was told there is no order. The employee tells me I gave them a different name. Not true - as I placed the order and paid for the order, under my name. The same exact name I gave when I attempted to pick up my order. Call KFC corporate again. Another gigantic waste of time. Over 24 hours later and still no refund. In fact nobody at corporate has called or emailed. KFC clearly doesn't place any value on customer retention. I go to the store today and speak with the manager. He tells me it will be a couple days before I get my refund. Nice.. Now KFC is borrowing my money - interest free - and wasting my time. On the off chance that someone with KFC stumbles upon this: PAY ATTENTION. This is how you lose customers forever. Every aspect of this attempt to purchase food has been a miserable cluster****. I'm not sure your team's performance could have been worse. It isn't just the Bridgeton store. KFC corporate made a bad experience worse - almost as though they take it as a personal challenge to outdo the lousy customer service provided by some employee who has zero customer service skills. Just came to this KFC and had the worse experience ever! Im giving it a 1 star but if there was an option for no stars. I wouldnt give it no stars! Customer service had the worst attitude. I wanted to order two family meals she told us to wait to give her a minute. When we asked her for the family meals she said "we dont have enough chicken let me check how much we have". Please note its only 5:00pm in the evening hence where they should clearly have enough chicken for dinner! She then states they only have 8 pieces of chicken left to sell. KFC is the fast food equivalent of the friend you only see once in a while but never let's you down. That friend thats great in small doses but you're ok with not seeing them for a few months after you spend some time together. That friend isn't flashy or constantly reinventing themselves like some of your other friends...but what you see is what you get and you respect them for it. I hate ordering food from fast food restaurants in Bridgeton New Jersey. They never get your order right and they always forget stuff when you ask for it. Case in point the KFC in Bridgeton offers a 12 piece tender meal which comes with four biscuits, two sides and four sauces. When you order four sauces and you don't get it and you drive all the way home only to find out that there's no sauces, what are you to do? Should you drive back and let them know that they screwed up or do you call them to let them know that they screwed up? Regardless, when you order food at just about any fast food restaurants in Bridgeton, NJ you better check the bags before you leave the establishment or you be in the same boat as me. Well we go there and order the $20 fill-up bucket meal. My fault I guess I should have checked the bag. Got home and there were no biscuits. So I try calling and calling so far it's been 45 minutes and line still busy... So I guess I'm sol... What else is new.. so I'm never going there again. I got the crispy chicken strips, wedges and mashed potatoes with gravy. It was pretty good, chicken could have been cooked a little longer, not that it was raw, just wasn't super crispy for crispy chicken.. Mashed and wedges were delicious. read more

Just horrible. Everything was horrible. From the atfiti2of those working to the wait for the food. We waited 15 minutes for the food. The staff was rude. They were found playing in the back. I saw them throwing food and using profanity. I will never eat here again. read more

Always stop here on our way to the shore. The staff is friendly, the food is always good and wait is minimal. We sometimes go through the drive thru but also go inside to eat if the traffic on the way to the shore isn't bad. It's always clean and well kept. Definitely recommend coming here when you're in Bridgeton. read more

For example, you may want extra crispy chicken but they'll only have breasts, or they will only have baked and extra crispy but you want original recipe. This is the absolute worst place to ever eat..its always a 15-20min wait for your food..They've ran out of chicken way too many times..One time i stopped to use a coupon and a 75 yr old man was being assaulted in the parking lot. So i go in the store to tell them call the police and the manager on duty said "its not our responsibility, its not in the store" I said but its in your handicap parking space, that is your property. Still nothing. So i go outside and make the call. The cops get there and we're talkin when the manager comes outside and see's the victim. She says "omg barry, you didn't say it was barry"..i responded i don't know Barry from Harry but i told you "there's an elderly man getting assaulted in your parking lot and you told me not your problem."
