Sweet tea instead of regular, no sauces, no napkins. Check your bags before you leave here people because they will screw you. They had 5 cars waiting in the drive thru waiting area parking lot so long that people started walking up to the window demanding their food. There was a language barrier as well and that's a big issue. read more

Every time I try to give them a chance they always ruin it. From messed up orders made wrong or missing items, to advertising things they don't even have and tricking you into paying for them just for you to get to the second window to say they don't have it. Something is always wrong here no matter what time of day and they really need to do better. read more

Today is November 1st @ 6:30 pm I was at the drive thru. I ordered a fish fillet with no sauce and a happy meal. I literally was waiting at the window for 5 min while these kids inside were talking to each other and cursing and not even acknowledging me at the window! I checked to see if my food was right and it was so I drove away I live in Temecula and commute to Carlsbad for work I reached into my happy meal and the damn fries were cold and they refused to give me extra fries when I asked in the first place I even paid for. The young dude that worked the window that night needs to be fired immediately especially cursing with his employees and giving me severe attitude. Is it me just getting old that I seem to be finding little things annoying.. This is a first, pulling up to a drive-thru window and finding the employees arm stuck out the window with my food order! Really did that make it quicker for me to go thru? No, because you still had to hand me my drink. I also see a safety hazard there in this picture. I found it to be rude, and not beneficial in any way. Why a 4 star? I think the guy was just clueless. He was polite, and gladly changed my drink when I asked for no ice at the last minute. This Mc is alright it is a little weird because its connected to AM PM. Yes the location is great but the parking lot can be pretty busy because of Am Pm. Also there's no playground for the kids just to let you know. Employees are pretty friendly they always say hello and all that kind of stuff. read more

Wanted to go to a different place to eat, but was stuck in this parking lot. Decided to grab a couple sausage mcmuffins. If it was not for the crazy lady in front of me complaining that her order was more expensive than the combo and the employee told her its cheaper with the fries but she didnt want fries. So anyways, I finally got my McMuffins and they were actually very good, toasted perfect and the sausage was nice and juice. The cheese also was melted perfectly. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a fast food chain. Not only did I drive all the way from the other side of the 76 just to go to this McDonald's. They got my order wrong on Monday night. So I contacted them and spoke with Irene or Eileen . (She was the shift manager in charge at the time) she mentioned that I could return to get my meal replaced at no charge and took my name down. Told her I could not return that evening because I had drove far already and it was late. So I returned the next day (Tuesday night) A man who pretended to be the manager (because he was being very rude to me and questioning me about the the entire ordeal ) that's is why I don't believe he was the manager . Gave me a hard time. My question is why did she ask my name and tell me that I could come back for a free meal and just to mention my name and it would be ok . I don't see why the person at the window couldn't just look to see where they wrote down all their wrong orders list instead of questioning me like I was lying. They waisted my time Monday night by getting my order wrong and here they go waisting my time again with nonsense questions. Pathetic and unprofessional. If he is a manager like he said he was . McDonalds, you drive thru policy sucks. It seems that every single time I come here, I am always put in the reserved pickup spot and watch 3 to 5 families leave with their food. I feel that 2 meals should not be so difficult to make. It is called a drive thru; you order, pay, and pick up your food. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered two happy meals and a grilled chicken sandwich from the drive through. Upon getting to the pick-up window, I was asked to pull into the parking lot to wait while one of the happy meals was being finished. While waiting, I decided to take a few bites of my chicken sandwich. After the first bite, I thought it was a little undercooked. I spit it out and tried another bite. Definitely undercooked. I went back through the drive through and told them the chicken was undercooked. They told me to come to the window to talk to the manager, who immediately started rattling off about "strict food safety protocols" and "monitoring of all food temperatures" and blah blah blah. That's all great and dandy but I've been eating grilled chicken for a long time and I can definitely tell when it's undercooked. The manager then accused me of trying to get a free sandwich, saying I already basically ate the whole thing. I wouldn't consider the two bites that I spit as "eating the whole thing" but let's not split hairs. The manager then begrudgingly gave me a crispy chicken sandwich. Overall, it was a pretty irritating experience over a $5 chicken sandwich. I'll never go to another McDonalds again because of this lousy "manager" and I'd suggest you guys steer clear from this location in particular. read more

This review is not about the food - I have lived here now 8 years and this McD's "was" a dump = Terrible Within the last few years a new franchisee took over and it has been a tremendous difference - Initially they totally remodeled the place it is very modern and clean . Every new product (food and other) that corporate initiates is here - The new owners (not a company store) are friendly and approachable as they have now many multiple locations . This is a second generation family with McDonalds - The employees are respected and you can see that they take pride in their job , the location and personal customer service . A obvious difference in moral. Amazing what a reBoot can do for a business Unfortunately the property is shared with the ARCO - AM/PM and with that the parking lot and bathrooms are often a mess . This is not the fault of McD's it is just the reality of the location JFTR : I have never worked for McD corporation in any capacity, yet as a long time (lifelong) business owner it is amazing to see what can happen when people who care take over a business - BRAVO read more
