I'm calling out this specific McDonalds for their incredibly rude (actually hurtful) customer service. We accidentally ordered (because of the forced Kiosk ordering system) I guess what is called a "teen meal" or ??. We wanted kids meals for our toddler grandkids. The teen meals come as spicy sandwiches which they couldn't eat, and with some sort of cards, not toys. The gal was rude; ignoring us; disparaging us to another worker in spanish, and refused to swap out the toys for the disappointed kids. This is pennie's to a billion dollar franchise. Not that we make a dent in anything, but i will be reporting this to the corporate offices on their web site. THIS location needs training or replacement read more

I don't usually leave bad reviews for fast food because it can be so mixed but this location is pissing me off. I come here all times of day and night, the staff is nice enough, they never get my order wrong yet. Why can't you guys just make fresh french fries? Do you have to give me the soggiest coldest fries every single order?! Is it really that hard to make fresh fries why don't you have a timer on these because I know that these have been sitting in there for longer than 20 minutes. The worst McDonalds... ownership changed and so did all the prices. It's insulting how expensive it is now and now they charge for each individual sauce. Quality went down too. McDouble was heavy on black pepper and the McChicken was soggy. Fries are still stale. If you order a drink with light ice, they don't even fill it to the top. I used to come here a couple of times a month. It was affordable and the closest fast food to my house. I won't be back. Went through the drive through this morning and pulled through without getting any food. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else. read more

Came in today on New Year's Eve normally wouldn't go to a McDonald's but they're one of the few places that are open on New Year's Eve. Tried using the kiosk to order food a little difficult for me so I went up to the front counter and spoke with a young lady by the name of Susie who was extremely helpful to get me through the ordering process of getting my meal so kudos to whoever trains Susie very cool she's a good catch for McDonald's. Stopped by this McDonald's today and couldn't believe I was charged for mustard. Seriously? Paying for mustard at McDonald's just feels wrong. It's one of those small things that makes a big difference in the overall experience. That said -- I have to give huge credit to the staff. Every single person working the counter was friendly, fast, and professional. They don't make the pricing rules, and they handled everything with a smile. Corporate might want to rethink this policy, because the team here deserves better than to deal with frustrated customers over condiment charges. read more

That was probably the longest I have ever waited at a McDonald's! Had 40 piece nuggets, Big Mac and 2 large fries. Not a very busy one to start with so could be the reason why it takes longer but if you don't apologize for the wait or even say your order will be up shortly...I blame that on poor customer service. Might need more training at this facility. This poor rating is not based on their food because McDonald's is always good...portion size has gone down with the price going up, but the fries are still good and I can't complain about their Big Macs or Nuggets. Like any place service ruins it right off the back. You chose to work there, so make the best of it....that or get another job! read more

The WORST McDonald's ever. Every time we order they always get something wrong. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra onions which it said on the wrapper. Upon opening I got a plain burger with like 3 little pieces of onion and NOT EVEN ANY CHEESE! Had to add my own cheese when I got home. Absolute joke. Yet another of the big chain store locations that feel they can scam customers out of their money without providing anything in return. Since McDonalds updated their app so your purchase is debited from your bank BEFORE goods are provided, it becomes a huge hassle to get a refund of funds (or reward points) when the store decides to play "fast and loose" with their business hours. This particular store, I pulled up to the drive through speaker, all of the store lighting on and appearing to be open. An employee stepped out the side door, and quickly turned around and closed the door behind himself. I soon found out why. No response at the speaker and nobody to be seen at the window. I'll just start filing credit card disputes for every time this happens, and see how they enjoy the chargeback fees. I suggest you do the same until McDonalds (and other chains with the same policy) add an easy option within the app to challenge an order and receive a refund of funds or points. It was much better before, because you applied your payment info to the order but it wasn't actually charged until you spoke with a drive thru attendant. It's quite obvious why McDonalds opted to change it-- in hopes that any undelivered order will be forgotten by the customer so they can have some additional profits. No other technical reason. For the stores that knowingly modify their hours hoping to profit from orders during the times they should be there-- including this store-- shame on you. Learn to respect your customers' driving time and patronage. read more

Order accuracy is a MAJOR problem at this location! I've never received an accurate order. And, apparently there is absolutely no way to order a hamburger and not a cheeseburger at this location!! No matter how much I stress do not put cheese on the hamburger I get cheese every single time!! SLOW on top of it all. I don't usually go to this McDonald's but this specific one I have to say the food is below par. Employees are friendly. I got the 2 Cheeseburger meal, large fry and orange drink. First of all the orange drink is not the original like they said they were going to bring back, it has a fizz to this one. The old orange did not. Extremely upset! I was dying for the original orange. Next the fries are cold and not enough salt. Open my cheeseburgers and half the bun is ripped off??? How hard is it too make fast food? Normally I don't write reviews for anything, but this McDonalds was so good! I see a couple other negative reviews, but I disagree. The order was correct, nothing wrong. Nothing missing or nothing extra or wrong. At most McDonalds I go to, the fries end up a bit soggy and sad, but the fries here seemed fresh and crispy. They were so good! I also got a quarter pounder (plain) and it was hot! (But delicious and tasty) I also get this often and it doesn't normally end up so warm so it was so good, and I could finish my fries before having to worry about the burger getting cold. While waiting for my food, you can hear workers behind the counter on their shift talking about their daughters' business and cussing. Last time I checked McDonald's was a family friendly place. I had my two children with them. Another customer asked them to clean up their language before I could approach them about it. Do NOT recommend anybody to get their food here. read more

McDonald's can only be so spectacular, and in this case it's not the food that's great but the night time staff. I came to this location later at night and was over charged for my order and the items I had ordered were incorrect, I brought it up to a team member and they were shocked to find out that I was incorrectly charged $40 for a $20 order. Long story short, Alisia, Stephanie and Juan all went the extra mile to make sure that I not only got the correct order but that I was also refunded the proper amount. They were all very polite and helpful and McDonald's could only benefit from hiring more employees like them or making sure these staff members get compensated appropriately for going above and beyond with their customer service.
