One star for appearance. The kiosk order stations had no table tents (the screen asks for the number on it) and no receipt was issued so I had no way if knowing without asking which order was ours (two McMuffins and two drinks)- BTW...All four kiosks malfunctioned the same way. When I finally discerned that my order was coming up, the woman told me that they'd just run out of McMuffins. (Was given burritos instead) One drink dispenser was inoperable ( local said it'd been out for at least a week) and the other was out of many of the selections. Napkin dispenser was broken so napkins wee piled on the counter. Outside of the above, all was fine...Grrr! read more

One car in line at 7pm and I had to pull over and wait for a happy meal and some fries and then to top it off they didn't give me half the happy meal! R u serious? A 1-star review is generous! This McDonald's is the worst one I have ever come across. This location seems to ALWAYS close early, even when they say they are open online. Indoor dining is rarely open, and when it is, I wait a minimum of 15 minutes for my food order to be ready. The Coke machines are always out of everything as well, even ice. The drive thru line is always wrapped around the building with only one lane open, and will take upwards of an hour from start to finish. Food is never good, and almost always cold by the time I get it at the window. The staff always seems friendly but very overwhelmed, as I think most of the issues stem from lack of employees. I do not advise anyone to visit this McDonald's. It needs to be shut down. read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They tried to rush me at the window to give my order, and I was trying to speak clearly for them bc they are known for making mistakes. The women on the speaker said "is that it" literally every time I said new item. Once I finally made it to the first window to pay, (took about 10 minutes and I was 4th in line) the woman was friendly enough but read my order back to me so fast I have no idea what she said. Once I had paid, I sat in that line to get to the second window for 29 minutes. I'm not exaggerating, and if I could have backed up to get a refund I would have. The woman in front of me had received her drinks and was told pull up and wait she sped off angrily. The man behind me who just paid got out of his vehicle and knocked on the window to get his money back and drove out of the line. By the time I. DID get my food, it was cold, the fries were soggy and limp, and they had to refill the slushy machine before they could give me my drink. All in all I spent a total of 42 minutes...at a FAST food restaurant. I know this location is understaffed, but that's been the situation for the past year. Half the time Ive come for lunch the dining room is closed bc they only have enough staff for Drive thru. I'm guessing their management is horrible or they treat they're employees terribly bc I've never seen a place have such a hard time getting their stuff together. But I'm done giving them chances. I will NOT be back. And if you decide to brave it, I hope you have the whole day to spend there in order to get your food! read more

Terrible experience. Drive thru and restaurant no customers at 3:05 in afternoon. Went thru drive thru. Only got "Will you be using your rewards todsy" recording?. No one there to take order. Ran thru again. Same thing. Drove up to the payment. Window was cracked open about 6". Worker was there but tied up on personal phone call. Drove to the pickup window and asked if I could place order there. Was told no. Ended up going inside. 6 people moseying around. Most the 2 star reviews I leave are because of a specific bad experience that I feel passionately about. This 2 star is less out of a vendetta and more out of a real hope this place tightens things up. Came here late night which understandably is harder for employees. Ordered at the drive through which was painfully car shutting offingly in 80-degree heatingly slow. Ordered a pick 2 Big Mac, nuggets and large fries. The Big Mac and nuggets themselves were fine, standard stuff. The problem was they didn't include any of the requested sauces or ketchup. The fries were soggy and very under filled. Sitting at the window for 2 moons phases have me time to look inside the restaurant that appeared disorganized and not exactly clean. The restaurant looked fairly new so they may just need better management or to change some staff around. I wouldn't recommend it if there were other options in the area but sadly there aren't many. read more

Simply awful. And they rip you off. I went there last Monday (13May19) and ordered a meal. Took 19 minutes just to get to the one open register. The Coke machine was out of several drink bases ans even ran out of Dr. Pepper while I was in the middle of pouring it. Things only got worse when I ordered a to-go. Because of this experience, I will check everything before I leave the store, because I paid for a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Bacon and wound up with NO BACON. That's about a dollar difference. Even though I have my occasional chicken tenders and McDonalds I have a lot to complain. I found a bone in my CHICKEN NUGGET. My chicken NUGGET. Which is supposed to be boneless. Very disappointed in our McDonalds. Over the course of two years they have consistently fallen short for one reason or another. From their ice cream machine being broken for extended periods of time, to them saying it's too late to order ice cream when it was actually working when it was only 7:30pm. Their food is always subpar. This particular visit I sat at the drive through but no one was answering the second lane so I had to drive around to the window to politely ask if it was broken. It wasn't. It just wasn't being worked, so the lone had become so long it was backed out of the parking lot with two full lines now. Then after I finally get my food it was all cold and hard. After waiting what seemed like hours to get "fast" food, one would thing at least the food would be fresh and warm. It has been microwaved. PLEASE improve this! If I could give a zero, I would. Went for Sunday breakfast at 10:20 am, they were out of English muffins, sausage burritos and the individual milk capsules. They gave me milk for my coffee in a paper cup. The management and workers didn't seem to care, food took 20 minutes to arrive, they had 3 employees waiting on food, including the manager and one employee preparing the meals, with seven or eight customers shaking there heads, waiting for food. I had a really bad experience at this McDonald's today. I placed an order through the mobile app and parked in one of the curbside pick up spots. The drive-thru was moving very quickly, however no one was coming out to deliver the mobile orders. After waiting for 15 minutes, I tried going inside to ask someone where my order was, but the doors were locked. I tried calling and no one answered, so I had to walk up to the drive-thru window. I spoke to the manager and he and two employees came out to my car. I explained the situation and one of the employees spoke very rudely and said "No you haven't been here long enough", while rolling her eyes at me when I had been there for nearly 20 minutes. The manager said "We never received an order, you didn't place it here" in a very rude tone. I showed him my phone with the app showing the confirmation. It was at the right address and my card had been charged. I understand technology has mess ups, but what upset me about this situation is that the manager, Phil, NEVER apologized and said "Well, it's not showing up on my screen so I don't know what to tell you" So I said "Well, my card has been charged, it was placed at this location, so can you please bring me my food?" and he said to me "I'll do it for you this time, but it not showing up on my computer" I felt very disrespected and unvalued as a PAYING CUSTOMER. This manager acted like he was doing me a favor by bringing me the food I PAID FOR! Like I said before, I know technology is not perfect and mistakes happen, but as a manager it is your job to make sure customers are taken care of and are satisfied. After waiting for a total of 45 minutes, I finally got my order, which, by the way, was only 4 cheeseburgers. They answered but said oh we're closed but will open soon. No time as to when but soon. The line of cars in both lanes had there time completely wasted. This store is running the biggest scam with their self-service kiosks. You place your order and the kiosk says you will receive a receipt which you should take to the counter. The machine issues no receipt, so you proceed to the counter to get one. The clerk tells you that your order did not go through and he/she retakes your order and assures you that the order didn't go through so you weren't charged for anything. As I had the experience once before in this store, I knew better and checked my online bank account right away. The kiosk does in fact take money if you pay by credit/debit card and then the clerk rings you up again and takes your money. The manager noticed two almost identical orders which I had placed because the clerk initially told me that the order placed on the kiosk was nowhere in their system, and then the manager asked me why I was "making" their kitchen make me extra food. I told her I wasn't "making them" do anything- that I had been instructed by the clerk that since I didn't have the receipt, then the transaction didn't go through. At this point I knew something was amiss, so I pulled up my bank account to show manager and the clerk that the money had already been deducted from my account for the kiosk transaction that was the order I really wanted. I had placed a basic order at the counter after being told my customized kiosk order was never processed. I politely requested that the counter order be cancelled and that I get the original order I placed at the kiosk. When at the counter, I did order an apple pie as well. The manager was very rude and said I was trying to cheat them out of an apple pie. I told her I had paid for one and I wasn't trying to cheat them out of anything and I would gladly pay for it. The manager yells back to the kitchen "Quit making that second order. This lady is just wasting our time." The manager finally did begrudgingly refund my charge for the meal ordered at the counter, but she was very unpleasant about it and kept telling the clerks and kitchen about how many "dumb ass" people f' up at the kiosks. I wonder how many people pay at the kiosk and pay again at the counter not realizing what they did until they get home and then either figure there is no way they can prove they didn't get the food or figure there is not enough to contest. I figure this has to happen at least 20-30 times a day with an average order of $20. So who is getting that extra $400? This isn't the first time this happened, so they are well aware of the problem.
