This is good fast food restaurant near the mall. Reason behind my rating is. It super busy but the food is good. It always seems to be busy when I drive by. The drive-thu has a long line. Not as bad inside though. A little bit faster but got to wait for good food and is super fresh and hot due to long drive-thu. Yelp ask if they have a parking garage or one nearby? They do not have one on the premises. However, the mall has one but it is too far from where they are located. They must get a lot of traffic due being off the beach and across the street from the mall. The food is good for fast food. Very excellent service. They got my order out quickly as possible considering. I don't know when they remodeled the place but looks great. Very clean inside and very modern. The seating is comfortable and can accommodate small to large groups. Not too big. Then I suggest to get it to go and might have to wait a little bit longer. Might help using app to get faster service and see what amazing deals they have too. Mainly noticed soft stools (no backs) for solo guests. Table seating with chairs and hard backs. They offer booths to accommodate larger groups. Only padding i noticed was for the stools. I believe they have usb charger stations for the solo seating. LCD screens throughout the restaurant. They have a LCD table for large group. A little color while you eat some good food. Has free WiFi by ATT. read more

They didn't and said the food was already made and asked if they should remake it , I said yes. They put it in the bag with a new label. They did not remake it. Went to this location 11/17/24, was not busy at all I was the only person in the lobby. I place my order using a kiosk and I was waiting on my order. When a group of seven people walked in.. The young manager on duty told the group to go through the drive-through. they looked at him all confused and he told him again. I need y'all to go through the drive-through, so they left. then he looks at me and says that's just too many people coming in my lobby at one time. Their lobby is closed so we went through the drive through. Received our order without any acknowledgement, thank you, etc from the employees. Parked to the side to distribute the food to the kids and noticed our milk was expired. When we pulled back to the McDonalds to exchange it my son knocked on the drive through door multiple times only to be looked at and ignored by the employees. After sitting for several minutes with no acknowledgement, I said "excuse me" ( you never know if they realize that you are waiting there), the reply I got back was a very rude " what?". If I could give it zero stars I would. It is my last day in town from college and almost an hour was wasted in this McDonalds. First they told us that they were out of McGriddle buns after 30 minutes. We waited 15-20 more minutes for our food and then they decided to tell us they were "all out of breakfast food" after we watched them stress about how they were gonna get all of the orders done in time for lunch time because they were going so slow. The lady then had the audacity to have an attitude when he corrected her while ordering. Then after waiting half an hour, we get our order and we had asked for a plain quarter pounder only for it to have mustard and mayo, which he is severely allergic to. If we would have went home without checking he could have had a bad allergic reaction, goes to show why you should make sure to listen to what people specifically order instead of interrupting. Went on a Saturday afternoon, wasn't busy inside but quickly filled up. I saw my order # on left side of the screen for the longest time. All I had was 3 drinks-a Sprite(was not given a cup) and 2 mocha frappes. Order after order was filled. Cashier looked like 'oh' and brought us a cup for the Sprite. We waited. Our # disappeared, didn't go to the right side of the screen, just gone. Finally, cashier looked at us and ran to the machine and got our frappes. No 'sorry', no excuse or explanation of any kind. Only good thing was they weren't melted like they usually are. Also, I'm glad we didn't order food. While waiting, I watched a girl with VERY long braids, down past her knees, trying to get ice cream while those braids were swinging everywhere despite her trying to keep them hanging in front of one shoulder. Who can work like that? Another employee was leaning all over a counter doing nothing and then started slapping at the top of her head continually like she had bugs or something, then went to fill French fry orders without washing her hands. I like McDonald's probably too much and I have seen a lot of good and bad ones all over the country. This McDonald's is probably leaning towards a not so great one. It seems to go super slow 9 out of 10 times. In the middle of the day it seems I'm always in reserved waiting for a double cheeseburger and one drink. The inside smells like wet dog and is filthy most of the time. HOWEVER. One person saves this entire establishment. Her name Debra and she works at the window every shift. She is the sweetest woman in the entire world. I would literally avoid this place if it weren't for Debra. Debra doesn't just work there, she makes it home. Without Debra, you might as well close those doors for good. I will hate to leave this area for my military move, but you'll always be in our hearts Debra! I just had a cheeseburger at this McDonald's yesterday, and it was appalling. It's not simply that it tasted bad - it wasn't unusually salty, nor did it taste as if it'd been sitting out too long, for example - but it tasted off in a strongly off-putting way. Perhaps it was bitter or even metallic, but what it really seemed to taste of was artificial preservatives, colors and flavors. I doubt I've ever had anything microwaved from the frozen-food section of a grocery store or from the bottom shelf at a convenience mart that could outdo that cheeseburger for sheer awfulness. My lunch drove home how far McDonald's has descended into the food-culture abyss over the years. McDonald's is no longer simply mediocre like its competitors, such as Burger King, Wendy's and Hardee's; it's now in its own peewee league of incompetence and failure. Recently I watched the biopic The Founder, about Ray Kroc, and imagined that once upon a time McDonald's tasted something like In-N-Out Burger does today. That may or may not be true, but with the possible exception of Waffle House, there's no fast food chain that implicitly promises so much quality and good vibes yet delivers so face-slappingly little. The only saving grace for McDonald's, what saves it from a zero-star review, may be its breakfast, its only food category that even sometimes approaches minimum competence, but even that can be hit and miss. By the way, the food criticism here doesn't extend to service, which is fast-food-industry standard - servers even bring your food to the table now, and that counts for something - the problem is what's on the tray they bring you. read more

Friendly staff, BUT received incorrect order, was told to pull to the side. 25 minutes later, in 37 degree weather, watching 30 plus driving off with their food. I go inside and they had forgotten all about me waiting for my order. The order was never corrected (would have taken 1 minute tops to fix without trashing anything). Manager visible but never said one thing to me as I waited another 10+ minutes for them to make everything again as I guess they sold my original items (not to forget the 25 minutes where I sat in my car). I guess my family's breakfast wasn't as important as the 30+ others driving through. FYI once I got home the order was missing items. Terrible. read more
