Service 7/14/2025 at about 4pm Stopped in for a couple of iced teas. No one in the dining room. Two cars in the drive-thru Staff looked at us several times but never acknowledged we were there, let alone took our order. After several minutes of the staff ignoring us, we left Had I been a member of the victim class, I would have assumed us not being served was because we were white in a minority staffed business. But being offended is a choice. I did not make that choice I opted for the opinion they were just crappy employees who didn't give a shit about their employer's business and the impression they left with customers. This service is why you do not pay fast food workers $20/hour. You get the same shifty service as you do paying them $8/hr. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS S**T HOLE. I would advise not to go to Sonic period because when you have a problem, and try to resolve it at the store level, btw that didn't go over very well. They called me a liar, until I showed them the app then they just got mad and took the food made wrong. I then made a complain to corporate and was told there is nothing they can do the store level has to fix it. So the store can treat you like crap and not fix it then corporate say the store has to fix it. Kinda sounds like a revolving door. I had to repeat my order many times to the lady at the window. I'm sure she was preoccupied with something else during that and I remain calm the whole time. She was still nice and sweet surprisingly. The food taste fresh and everything was correct in the bag that we received. However, I mentioned we didn't get drinks and the ladies at the window started to argue with each other. Unprofessional for sure but I don't think it surprised me at this location. read more

This was the worst experience at a drive thru I've ever had. The drive thru person was sitting in her car outside and we had to wait for her to get done on her phone to go in and take our order. About 5 minutes or so. Then someone else entirely takes my order and he types everything into the computer exactly right but when I got my food half of it was missing. Go back around they bring me out the missing food but all of it and I do mean all of it was done wrong. I was beyond done at that point so I just pulled off. Everyone there seems like they have something better to do than their jobs. The cashier that took our food literally bought drugs in front of us! He was standing at a car when we pulled up and he put the bag in his pocket. Not professional at all! And not the kind of people I would want working for me!! read more

This worst Burger I've ever had in my entire life. The staff was horrible as well. I turned around when I was almost home to return the burger. I went back up there and told the cashier that the burger needed to be exchanged for a corn dog because it was made poorly. She told me to pull around. When I pulled around she asked me what the problem was even though I already explained it to her. She gave me this crazy look and did not want to return my burger. She finally took my whole bag, fries and all and returned it with only with a corn dog. I asked her for fries she said " we don't give free fries less something wron with them". I'm thinking.... you literally just TOOK MINE. At this point I'm like I NEED THE MANAGER PLEASE! The manager has a much knowledge as she does. The food is good. Nothing over the top, but good for a Sonic. The service is usually good too; there's one girl that is especially nice. But dear god WHAT takes so long?! I swear I wait at least 10 mins when there's no one else in the drive-thru and easily 20+ mins if there's anyone else. That's crazy! This is by far the worst sonic I have ever been to. We ordered our food. I watched our bag sit there ready for 10 minutes before someone finally said "those people are waiting on their food" finally 2 minutes after that someone finally brought it to our table. Not to mention the fries were stale and cold and my chicken was cold and half was inedible Bc of being so hard. I will never go to another sonic again and I wish I could get a refund. My Sonic Nightmare. I wish I could give half a star.....After a long and tiresome Dr.s appointment, I strolled into this unique dine-in sonic. Upon entering what was to be the worst Sonic experience I've ever had, I was greeted by a huddle of skinny/ malnourished meth users who were standing in the walkway conversations with an employee. (They smelled of Newports and burnt foil) I ordered a # 4 Large Bacon Toaster. With high hopes of bacon, onion ring, and cheesey goodness, I was sadly presented with something that looked more like a tumor removed from my Aunt Debbie's cellulite cover ass. Not only was my food atrocious, my sweet mother's chicken was small and barely cooked. Im still scarred by this experience. P.S- I'm pretty sure the mange ridden crack wagon behind the counter is swiping her own Apple Square at 62 cents each for her own solvent abuse. read more

I know I haven't been in awhile, but their limeades were nasty! Come on now- if I wanted sprite with cherry juice I would've asked for that- no lime taste at all or any cherry's or strawberries!
