it stinks In here, takes forever to receive an order and my fries were cold, overall very bad service.

Trash everywhere and the build should be condemned. The play ground is closed and the building dirty and discombobulated. The staff is in attentive and does.not care. Do not come if you like good service and to be treated like a human being. read more

12/1/21... still the worse McDonald's in the area.. They had more employees in the store than customers in the drive thru and in the store and it still took 30mins to get my food. They all have horrible customer service skills. It's clear the franchise owner is not paying attention to how this location is being manager.. If you can drive down to the Delran location or the location in Willingboro. They might be a little better. They put like 6 pickles on my sandwich. Just sloppy. read more

I've been to this McDonalds quite a few times... If you go through the drive thru during the week you may have a bit of a wait... Then you may want to go inside to order your food... I will admit several years ago they messed up my order but they were quick to fix it... Since then I can't remember having a problem... The last time I was inside it was clean and well kept... I've never had a problem with the staff... read more

This McDonald's has been a part of my life since circa 1979. My mother went several times a week. Happy Meals were our fuel. To know this McDonald's in the late seventies and eighties was to know childhood itself. I never got to have a birthday party there. But you didn't need to. The outside park was enough. One genius somehow combined height, Officer Big Mac, fitting cell bars, and a kid-powered merry-go-round to create good times. Top that off with mini chocolate chip cookies, vanilla cookies shaped like Grimace, and vanilla ice cream drenched in hot caramel, and you got utopia. When I was about ten, Ronald picked me to be the recipient of his balloon animal. I remember being elated. Feathered hair never bounced so high when approaching a makeshift stage. I stopped eating beef In the late eighties; my bro stopped in the middish nineties. We still went for the pancakes, and even fought the status quo by asking for cheeseburgers without meat. We walked to this McDonald's often as teens. Sometimes we were drunk. We would wish that the guys were more new wave, and the guys wished we were less stuck up. I am not sure if this location has a "Play Place", or as my bro infamously put it in his mid teens, a "Pway Pwace". My husband still says it in the latter way to this day. This past summer, we went to this location a few times. The food was always hot, and the employees were always nice. The manager is great. He was not annoyed at all when we came in late one night. He just goes with the flow. The kids that work there are fine. They are polite. The roof flew off in a storm in July 2019, and this McDonald's was still truckin'. Really, it was still open. That's dedication. When I was cleaning out a closet at my mom's this past summer, I found vintage glasses with the Hamburglar on them. I do not use them, as I want to preserve a piece of my childhood. I want to preserve happiness. Now, where's my hot fudge sundae?! read more

OVER NIGHT SHIFT ! I want to say thank you & y'all are doing a A1 job keeping the food fresh & just GOOOOD ! sweet tea on point too !

Want a smile with that burger? Stop by this McDonalds on a weekday afternoon. You will be charmed by Antwaun, the crew member taking orders. I confess to being a regular, stopping 3-4 times a month for McDonalds nuggets, a special treat for my dogs. Every single time Antwaun handles our order he does so with professionalism that is rarely found in fast food joints. Today, I had the pleasure to hear him take an order from an undecided young boy, maybe 6 years old. He got a complete order by gently prodding the boy with questions. Didn't talk down, didn't lose patience as I would expect everywhere else. We should all be so prompt, patient and professional. This McD must have had a management change since the other reviews. Our food is always fresh, hot and fast. read more

This is the worst McDonald's on the planet There is no such thing anymore as fast food when you go to this McDonald's you could be the only person in the drive-through and still there 20 minutes and when you leave the first window to the second window they can't remember your order and you're the only customer their WTF Even if you go to management there as illiterate and ignorant as their order taker people. This is the only McDonald's on the planet that runs out of french fries how in the hell can you be a McDonald's and run out of french fries For the 20 minutes that you will say at this McDonald's location and still not get your order right you would be much better driving 10 minutes up the street towards Delran and going to that McDonald's steer clear of the two McDonald's in Willingboro the one on route 130 the one on Rancocas they are the worst McDonald's on the planet read more

Sooo this morning me and my significant other came here the girl at the first window with the braids was VERY VERY DRY. Do you not have to have good customer service skills to work at the drive thru window? And are they getting paid just to be there?? He even said thank you she said nothing. I come here every weekend morning and that's the first time that's ever happened. Next time I will be that person to ask to speak to the manager since we were such an inconvenience. read more

If I could leave a comment with no stars I would. These people wonder why they make shit money its because a retarded quadra amputee could do a better job..... no matter how many times I go there I dont think I ever got everything on my order right. Especially late night. Food is always cold never the right thing even though they ask you 6 times the same thing like they are deaf. Its a dumping ground for the Burlington county rejects that will never become anything other then a " do you want fries with that" person. I hope its just a game that they mess up everything up and they are not just that stupid. And now the way of really feel. Ha read more

This is by far the worst McDonalds that I have been to. Service and food were terrible. Waited in line for 15 minutes before my order was takin, then another 20 to get my food. After all the wait my order was completely wrong. I will never return to this establishment. read more

Excellent customer service at 11pm. The guy at the window was really polite. We forgot our credit card at the drive thru. We called to see if it was there. The lady who picked up was really nice and had a genuine concern about the card being returned. When we came back for the card, the guy at the window was smart to ask the name of the card. Great experience read more

Really we pull up and order our drinks. First of all the ice cream machine is broken. Really on a 100 degrees temp day! Stop the BS! Then when we get to the second window after altering our order they can't remember the order, people you're only one window away, is ur mind really that forgetful? Ok we pulled up to the wait area and then they come out no napkins in hand just drinks, prepared all wrong. And o 30 cent for hazelnut flavor darn! Maybe u need to go back to those 30 cent burger days goosh!!!! read more

This McDonalds is the worst one in the area. If you go inside you always seem rushed. The drive thru is better to use for better service. Still not good but if your hungry it will work. read more

The food is good and the service is good also. Drive thru needs some improvement it's to slow the inside is faster then the drive thru.

This is the worst place ever. My husband had a buy one get one free large sandwich coupon. We don't eat meat so we get the fish. He asked for one with lettuce & tomato & one plain. Their version of plain is just the fish & bread. That's it. They are so illiterate. They need to be told everything like a damn 5 year old. It tasted bad. I didn't even eat it. I threw it out. A waste of money & I had no dinner. Thanks McDonald's. You are nothing but a waste of money. read more
