This will be my last order. Everything was cold. Wings were dry and over cooked. Potato wedges were dead cold. Mashed was like warm. Coleslaw was dry. It was 8 pm. Had to go inside to get me order and they looked short staffed they had special for for a bucket of dark and had no dark cooked with three people in line to order dark chicken. If you were thinking of going here. Don't. I ordered at 8:45 on the app which is an hour and 15 min before close. They allowed me to order wedges and when I get there AFTER i already purchased- they didn't have any and didn't offer to make anymore. Didn't tell me and just threw these burnt and old cold fries in the bag. The chicken tenders were cooked in old grease and cold. The iced tea tasted so strange like it was not really the original kind and like they mixed something in it. Very off. It was the only meal I had that day and was looking forward to it. This location needs a serious revamp. I have been to several KFC's in my travels while at work and this one always disappoints. Maybe time for something different to come into this location It just sucks. Other KFC's always fresh , fries fresh , biscuits fresh, this one everything just seems to be sitting around and never fresh. The bone in chicken may be fresh sometimes but every time I stop here fries are never fresh. I just don't understand it and I'm just over it. Well I made the trip to the nearest KFC to bring home the Beyond Fried chicken nuggets and some sides eagerly anticipating a potential new guilty pleasure to add to my list only to be sadly disappointed. I haven't been to KFC for years and perhaps the last time was when the restaurant chain proudly called themselves Kentucky Fried Chicken. I remembered the deliciousness of the secret blend of spices, mashed potatoes and gravy and the mac and cheese. Unfortunately, things do change and not always for the better and KFC certainly has gone downhill. I was expecting good things from Beyond Fried Chicken nuggets but was let down by the rubbery dry texture. The mashed potatoes I suspect were reconstituted, the fries and max and cheese sub par. On a positive note the ordering process was easy with their app and the food was ready precisely at the time they indicated. Was there yesterday (Saturday 30 August) and the place is horrible. When we got there, there were already people standing in line waiting for someone to take their orders. The place looked like there was only 2 people working there but a third person was somewhere in the back because we heard his voice. The girl at the drive thru window was lazy as hell. Seeing people waiting to place orders, all she did was stare at everyone and giggle. After 10 minutes or so of waiting, the guy who was fixing the food came out and started taking orders while the girl in the girl in the drive thru leaned against the counter and watched the one guy fix the food and work the counter while she giggled. You could hear a third voice but they didn't help, just laughed and walked around. She finally decided to do some work and took a few orders but she had major attitude. After being there almost 30 minutes we got our food and left. The place was dirty and some of the equipment was broken. If you like ghetto service this is for you if not go somewhere else. I just walked out after standing at the counter for nearly 5 minutes. I was the only customer in the store (that should say something). Four employees behind the counter looked at me and never acknowledged that I was there. Hey, at least say hello we'll be right with you. Nope..... Haven't been here in YEARS! I was driving home and in the mood for some quick chicken, so we stopped. I was surprised with all the changes KFC has made to their menu and food options. We got the chicken tenders boxes with coleslaw, mac and cheese, and potato wedges. For a $5 box it is a lot of food. I upgraded to the bigger box that included the extra side and popcorn chicken. it was like $7. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food that we received. I'm not a big fast food guy but every now and then you gotta cheat. I have ALWAYS loved their coleslaw. I was also impressed with how clean the Willingboro KFC was. The manager was working with someone on the phone on fixing one of the ovens or warmers and seemed very involved. The lady at the register was also very friendly. So far as being a fast food restaurant, the staff takes pride in making sure that you receive good, hot food made to your specifications.

I went here three times I went on a Friday and a Saturday bringing back the food back and forth back and forth and called corporate on these people because they refuse to give me a refund and then they have the nerve to keep my receipt and then I wouldn't leave they locked the doors so I couldn't get in and they had somebody bring out a paper of a copy of my receipt cuz they claim my receipt was theirs they owed me $32 they got the food back on the third time because it was all burnt even the macaroni and cheese they were nasty people the manager was horrific she literally threw the food at us from the window when she refused to give us a refund the first and second time the workers were horrific they passed the window wouldn't even go and acknowledge I was there they were letting the people in through the front door instead and they kept locking the door so I couldn't get in I called corporate like 12 times I was told that was going to get a phone call and an email stating that they were good to take care of the issue and that I would get my $32 back never received anything when I called corporate you heard them walking around but they put the music by the phone and you hear them opening and closing drawers and you're on hold for over 30 minutes and they don't get on they don't say hello nothing so I just yelled and said get on the phone already I hear you I'm not stupid and then somebody actually got on the phone and she said hold on I'm going to see what I could do she comes back and says she's giving me the refund but in a coupon that I'm to use elsewhere if I want and then I get an email telling me for my inconvenience they're giving me a coupon to use I wrote back and I said what do you mean for my inconvenience you owe me the money I left the food there and told them to give it to the owner and let him eat it burnt macaroni and cheese burnt chicken from dirty oil and hard rock biscuits they are a trip I don't advise anyone to go there Burlington KFC on route 130 is the worst you could ever go to even Newark New Jersey has better KFC if I could give them less than a one I would because I give them a negative 10 there's service they're demeanor their attitudes are the worst read more

The chicken at this location is never cooked all the way. The skin is always coming off and all rubbery its disgusting. Nothing ever seems fresh either its always looking sad like its been sitting around. If you have the time and means go to the Burlington location its much better. read more

Staff were friendly, patient, and accommodating. They even pointed out combos which would give us what we wanted, while costing us less money. Food was standard KFC quality. Bathroom was clean enough....though the floor was so slick it was difficult to stand while taking care of business. Otherwise, just fine. read more
