Went today to place two orders for my friend and I, and when I asked, the employee at the loudspeaker, they said, "umm, you have to do that on your phone." uhh okay? The restaurant is clean almost every time I go in. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. The food has been the same since I was little. Ridiculously slow and unorganized. Had a large order that would of been easier to give a person, but they just spoke and went on doing what they were doing. Stood at the count waiting to order for a second, nothing! But they took the order of every white person who came in the door after me. I should of just stopped somewhere else on my travels. The managers at this store are not prepared for anything. I know people who work here and they can never get off work on time because management didn't schedule enough people for the next shift or whatever. I have family who have managed fast food restaurants, McDonald's included, and I was informed that this is extremely poor management practices. It is probably the reason why they can't keep employees, if they can't get off work on time then they can't go to their other jobs they have to work because they don't make enough at McDonald's or they don't get enough hours. I wish I could give no stars. For starters, the lady taking our order was so methed our she couldn't keep her tongue in her mouth! Completely disgusted! Finally finished placing our order, went to get our drinks...it smelled like rotting feces beside the drink machine. I refused to allow my kids to eat the ketchup. Thought ok, maybe the food will be ok. After all, we were starving. Got our good, my top bun was torn into multiple pieces, my kids burgers were smashed down, husband food looked like throw-up (he ordered the bacon quarter pounder). Tonight I came through the drive thru, and order a double chesse burger meal, when I approached the speaker I sat there for approximately 3 mins before someone even said something, when I order my meal it took the lady 3 times to even get the right order I wanted, i asked for ketchup and mayo only, with a bottle water , I pulled up and paid , did not receive a receipt and she closed the window and took another order, I pulled up to the second window, where I sat there another 3 mins before he handle my bottle of water and asked for me to pulled up, along with 5 other cars pulled up, I waited exactly 9 mins, for my order then when i received, my fries are cold, and didnt say nothing i drove home, i live 5 mins away and when I got home, only 1 burger had ketchup and mayo only and 1 regular, and there were also cold. So I proceeded to call the store talked to a lady name (Shay) supposed manager on duty, she was beyond rude and had no care in the world that my experience was beyond bad, I simply wanted a refund and was told I need to come back to the store for it when I said I didnt want to come back in tonight, I asked if she would write my name down and I could come tomorrow , then has the Audacity to say is that all, and try to rush me off the phone with out even apologizing once for my experience , I'm a General Manager in a steakhouse , I dont like to complain but i will when I feel need too , this was absolutely ridiculous and the way she talked on the phone I'm amazed how she is a Manager, cause that was a big slap in my face where I'm spending my own monday at. RUDEST BITCH I HAVE EVER MET... The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is simply because my food was actually right (this time)... The girl taking my order was nice....but that little shit that handed me my food and stuff needs her ass whipped... I am one of the most friendly guys you will ever meet... I talk to everyone... This location literally sucks so much. My boyfriend is a McDonald's regular. He gets home late alot so im the one on the food run I shit you not the last four times I've went up there I've had to wait 25+ minutes for plain burgers in the drive thru literally meat cheese bread put it in the bag. They often forget about my order or give it out incorrectly and have to remake it completely. FYI McDonald's your Apple pies are nasty and not worth the thirty five minute wait for people to get there shit together. The employees are often rude, careless, and snarky about remaking my order and me complaining but I'm never gonna leave some where I've paid 16.00 for food. Rated 1 star due to the fact that when a lady was taking our order, she couldn't stop smacking her gum and keep her tongue in her mouth. Everything was dirty, there was no ketchup, ketchup cups, drinks spilled all over the floor, napkins all over the place and all drinks were flat. Once we got our food our burgers were all smashed, one was very sloppily made so we took it up front. They later brought us a new one and it was stuck to the box and still falling out the sides of the burger. Then lastly, if you get one of America's favorites (we did), then you are supposed to get a free medium fry and medium drink. I do not recommend this location unless they get some better employees, clean better and make food better. read more

The staff is a crap shoot... You might get a nice one, or just as likely an "I don't care" attitude. Head Manager or District/ Area Manager don't tend to the facility at all. It is almost always dirty and rarely stocked on supplies. Ketchup and napkins are the worst offenders. Lids, straws, ice fountain drinks are not kept stocked as they should be. They either don't care, don't know or are just plain lazy when it comes to preparing for a lunch or dinner rush. Don't even Think about finding either of the 3 washrooms clean. I have seen the dining room tables and floor go unattended for hours at a time. I just visited the Mcdonald's in Benton and bought a sandwich that comes with only pickles. When I asked for a couple of mayonaise I was informed that they are 11 cents each. "How many would you like?" None. I gues that's how they are paying for their renovations. My son has been boycotting McDonald's for over a year now. I will be joining him. I will give 2 stars.
