I grabbed a bag of the Salvadoran beans to take home, and it brews up an amazingly clean and interesting cup (I used a V60). One of the better cafes I've visited in the U.S. with a roaster that knows what they're doing. On top of all that, the tahini date banana bread we tried was seriously good and wasn't a premade, mass produced baked good like so many cafes have resorted to in recent years. On top of that, the cafe was beautiful with reclaimed wood tables. We were traveling with our dog and they allowed her in because she was well-behaved. Please charge more if needed to deliver a real double 60ML serving. It was either over temped or over extracted because it had the bitterness of cheap spirits. On the only positive note, service was fast and efficient. If you ever wanted to stop drinking coffee, this place could help with that.
