The staff is untrained in customer service. Someone who identified themselves as the "manager" kicked out my 91 year old father in rain- he road his tricycle to town and it started raining. Several staff members were coughing and my father wanted to talk to someone about their health policy. Instead, he was threatened with the police and kicked out in the rain. Nice work McDs. If your "manager" cannot handle the questions from a 91 year old, you need to offer more training or find someone else. read more

This is the only place my family goes for quick bites/ iced coffees when we are at our place up north. I would say usually we have a 5-star experience, although a few times we weren't provided very great service. This is really the only fast-food restaurant for miles around (there is a Subway that opened a few years ago just down the street), so there really is no other option if you want to eat something on a budget or an Iced-Coffee. Also, they are always VERY busy, both through the drive-thru and inside. We ordered 4 Iced coffees and a fry and it took 25 minutes to get our items. They said they had to brew more coffee, which is why it took so long - but didn't really apologize once we got our items and didn't look at us when we talking. Also, we asked if we could get a hash brown (it was 11am, so yes after breakfast hours, but the person in front of us was able to order 10 Sausage Burritos), they said we couldn't. We let it go and ordered a fry instead. Long story short, we called after our experience, and the manager offered us 4 iced coffees on the house next time we came through and also said that we should have been able to get a hash brown. The managers are great at making sure people are happy at this location, it just might be the workers that get over stressed because so many people are coming through the small establishment. read more

Probably the slowest McDonalds I have ever been too. Can't even get an order of coffee right. And the credit card machine is constantly down, so they frequently except cash only. How can you mess up an order and be that slow when no one else is been in the drive through? read more

The guy at the window said it would be 2 minutes for the hash browns so asked us to pull to the side and wait. About 15 minutes later they came out with our order. I went in for a meal after working all day and the one thing I look forward to is a caramel frappe and the women at the counter said I can't do caramel and she had the audacity to say I can do mocha. This was honestly the worst service I've ever received at a fast food restaurant. My friends and I have drove 4 hours for a camping trip this weekend and this morning we came to McDonald's to get some breakfast, when we received our order the lady who brought us or food, or should I say threw our food at us was incredibly rude and didn't say anything to us, just plopped our food on the table and walked away. I know that this is a fast food place although if your working for somewhere where you are constantly around the public you need to be polite at the least. McDonald in Bellaire Ohio is the WORST. It's always dirty, the bathrooms are nasty, the dining room is dirty and the garbage cans outside are always overflowing and gross. It's incredibly slow to get through the line inside or out. Twenty minutes to get a coffee. When you finally get your order it's wrong, the forget fries, give you pink hamburgers, or give you smaller drinks when you order a large. This place is known for screwing up orders, and the staff are rude. I even called the manager and he told me he doesn't care. read more

I have always had a great experience at this McDonalds. Everyone who works here is friendly and the service is fast. It's clean and the Wi-Fi works great. I always enjoy the coffee and an ice cream sundae. read more

I stopped here because I needed to use the restroom and decided that I would get a cheeseburger. Decided to use the restroom first as my hands would then be freshly washed to order my cheeseburger. A woman, whom appeared to be in a managers get up yelled welcome or some such when I walked in. I answered something back then went into the restroom. Very clean and nice one stall BR. Then walked back out and the manager and another woman/counter person deliberately turned their backs to ignore me. I stood there for awhile while the worker yelled something at a cooking coworker that they had better save those 2 burgers because they were for the counter persons lunch. The manager yelled to the back about how many pies she wanted made. I decided to exit and the manager yelled out have a nice day as I was leaving. No one in the restaurant or in the drive through line outside. I guess they must have had a big catering event coming up that was keeping them busy. Oh...wait...they work at McDs and in the boonies no less. I won't expect to see any of them at a real restaurant any time soon . read more
