Sausage Gravy Omelette
Montana L.

Stopped in for breakfast on a busy Saturday morning. Had to wait about 30 minutes. There was a whole section of the restaurant open, however no tables being sat :( I ordered the sausage gravy omelette. It was filled with sausage, eggs, and cheese. It was smothered in a delicious sausage gravy! I paired mine with sourdough bread The waitress was attentive and we had food service.

Get on the waitlist ASAP, this place fills up fast. Not an overly large place but plenty of seating. Service was good, never ran out of drinks. Food was top notch too. German omlette was done well, fluffy and great fillings. The pumpkin pancakes had a pumpkin cream on top. Pancakes were a bit dry, but I didn't want to drown out the pumpkin flavor by pouring syrup over them. A solid choice while in the area!

Goat Cheese Omelette

Visited this restaurant back in January. I read multiple reviews about the place and decided to check it out. It reminds me of a old diner inside. We didn't have reservations and the wait was a bit long. The restaurant was packed to the brim which I always think is a good sign that the food is good. The food was good. The goat cheese omelette was amazing and the blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes were even better. First time eating pancakes like that and now I order blueberry lemon ricotta everywhere I go.

I've actually never been in to this location, but recently we ordered from DoorDash and not only did the order show up warm, they put a lil smiley face on the pancakes, this was a super ugly day with tons of snow and was cool to get a lil smile from them in the morning, great vibes. Definitely recommend the egg white n spinach frittata, so good.

This was the only place we could get into on a Saturday morning. We had put our name down and it took a good hour and a half. But at least we got in. Some places didn't even answer the phone or have an online capability to get in line. The food was decent. I got the chipotle beef barbacoa. I wanted as a big a breakfast as possible before spending the day on a boat. Portion size was excellent. The omelette itself was just ok though. The chipotle hollandaise sauce it came drowned in wasn't as good as a regular hollandaise. And the avocados inside were not ripe, that kinda made this a less than stellar experience. The rye bread and jam were pretty good, no complaints there. Decent place if you can get in.

In town for firework comp show. Just happened to stop here for breakfast and the omelet's are amazing! Best omelet's I've ever had and they are so nice! Some got a breakfast wrap near us and it looks amazing. I don't usually review but I don't understand why they are only 3.5 stars. We WILL back for sure. The hashbows we asked for crispy with cheese and bacon was great.

My friends and I visited Traverse City for 4 days & we loved The Omelette Shoppe so much we went two days in a row! Their food and service are both excellent. You can't go wrong with any of their options. Everything is delicious! There can sometimes be a wait because the food is so great. I recommend getting online on their waitlist before you go!

Husband and I on a quick weekend getaway.... Stopped in this cute little place. Omg! I really enjoyed my California omelette ( veggie/gluten free) hubby had a farmers omelette. We both had walnut/cherry toast there was a glaze can't remember but I swear I had dessert with my breakfast! SOOOOO GOOD. Great service, friendly, courteous. Took a little while to get our food but on an early weekend getaway, who cares.

It has even been…read morevoted the number one in the city, so I knew I couldn't pass up another opportunity to dine here. Interesting enough, this is actually a hotel restaurant! So, I was expecting the food to be slightly overhyped. But, I was definitely wrong. I went with a colleague of mine and we were lucky enough to stop by during their happy hour so, we went all out on the appetizers. We ordered their calamari, the sliders, the beef Korean tacos, and the flat bread. Immediately I was blown away by how fresh the food was. Particularly the Thai calamari. As for the Korean beef tacos- the beef was so tender! The protein on the sliders was tenderloins and those were equally delicious. The flat bread surprised me a bit! Ingredients include hummus, feta cheese, spinach, tomatoes and an additional assortment green veggies. So I was expecting it to be a cold dish but it was actually warm. The bread was exceptionally soft. There was not one mediocre thing that we ordered, everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. The interior isn't much to look at, like I said the restaurant is located inside a hotel. However, with food that tasty who cares about the interior design of a restaurant! If you are ever in traverse city, NOT dinning at the Reflect Bistro will be doing a massive disservice to yourself!

While on our annual mother/daughter trip to the Leelanau Peninsula we found Reflect Bistro on Yelp…read moreand decided to give it a try. What we didn't know was Reflect has been consistently voted the number one restaurant in Traverse City year after year. I usually take that with a grain of salt because there's so many wonderful farm to table restaurants and unique dining experiences in TC. It takes quite a bit to stand out and to make it to the top but Reflect Bistro is worthy of the hype. We were surprised to find out it's located in inside the Cambria hotel. A top rated restaurant in a hotel? Yes absolutely. Skipping lunch we decided to have an early dinner and arrived during Happy Hour. On Happy Hour drinks are 20% off and they have small plates and select appetizers on special. Our bartender/waitress was excellent. She made great suggestions. My mom and I shared the whitefish pate appetizer (on the HH menu) which came with warm fresh seasoned ciabatta bread. We each ordered our main course off the dinner menu. I went with the seafood pot pie. It came highly recommended by both our waitress and the couple sitting next to us. Lobster, scallops, shrimp, vegetables and redskin potatoes in lobster cream sauce all served in a puff pastry shell. To use a baseball colloquialism: they knocked it out of the park! Last but certainly not least the Pappardelle fruit de mur with a creamy clam sauce was another winner. It had lobster, shrimp, and scallops mixed throughout and then was topped with fried calamari. The portions were generous and we each had enough for a doggy bag. Reflect Bistro is definitely a place we will be revisiting on our next trip!

It has a beautiful brick interior which makes the space unique and quite cozy. There are two parts to the restaurant, a back seating area and a hallway seating area. I made a reservation for Sunday at 11:30am which I'm thankful I did as I overheard the hostess say the wait was over an hour to another party checking in. Our waitress was super friendly and took our order shortly after we sat down. The biggest downside to this experience was how long it took for our food to come out. It took 45 minutes for my group to get our food and when it did come out there was an error with one of the dishes, so it had to be sent back. Due to this error that group member ended up waiting close to an hour for their food, which was disappointing. Although the wait was long we all throughly enjoyed our food. I ordered the western omelette with fruit and rye toast, all of which were flavorful. The portions sizes were great for 1 person as well. Overall I had a good experience but would caution anyone going to allow ample time for the meal!

Our food came out pretty quickly, which was nice, as we were on a bit of a time crunch. I really liked the special plate - the eggs were perfectly cooked over medium, and the bacon was crispy.
