Placed mobile order to get breakfast. We arrived 8 minutes after breakfast ended and they said they no longer served breakfast. We work at the one in Traverse City and usually breakfast is served for 15 minutes after 10:30. We were told they could do nothing about it and to take it up with the app. Later, I found out my credit card was charged 44.00 for 21.00 worth of food. read more

We drove to drive up window, menu lit up and a nice sign asking us to be patient due to staffing shortages. There was a car in front of us when we arrived, we thought they ordered. Turns out they closed at 9pm. I only know this because I got out of my vehicle to see if car ahead still waiting for food. Out walked and employee who told me. Behind me were 3 more vehicles who like me were patiently waiting. Couldn't believe we waited 25 minutes only find out they were closed. What business leaves all lights in . I've never been so rudely spoken to by anyone working in a fast food restaurant/any restaurant. The sign out in front said that the meal we ordered would be $12. The worker at the drive thru pay window told us it was going to be $18. When we questioned her she said very snottily said it's $18. We questioned her again and told her about the sign and she said "well the register came up $18. What do you want ME to do about it?" We canceled our order and went inside to speak to the manager. The manager said it was the person's first day. Well, they obviously did a terrible job of training her for her job, and never mentioned customer service. And then, when we ordered inside, I was told that the meal was actually $10. Ridiculous! read more

Kalkaska would be a great location for a Burger King! Because the one there now is not into customer service at all. I went there 9/20/21, had a coupon in the app for any size fry, onion ring, or hash browns. They wouldn't apply it because it wasn't in their system. (Apparently they do not have a miscellaneous button on their register, or any other way to adjust orders if something happens). They also wouldn't adjust a coffee for a value size soda when they had their two breakfast meal coupons. They up charged you to a small. Every other Burger King in the area would with no problem! They need a new manager one that knows what customer service should look like! Parking lot is always dirty! So I drove out of my way and went to McDonald's instead! Very disappointing experience every visit. Won't be back, would rather starve! read more

For fast food Bk is the place to go. We had a huge order and they got us through the drive through fast.

DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE !! I've been a fast food worker for 5 years I came to work here and I could only do a month . They don't care about they're employees. I busted my tail end and I caught on quick . The reason I left was because they do not have good moral nor structured brake times . I was working 5 and a half hours . Asked when about I was going on break and all I got was attitude and told to wait another hour. Let it be know we where slow labor was bad. I probably would've stayed if the moral and managers where in better stances. But since I left they don't wanna give me my paycheck I've been up there a dozen times and each time had a window slammed in my face or hung up on . I wouldn't recommend this Burger King if you where starving to death. ohh and the nasty people don't wash they're hands. i was the only one going to the sink every minute i had. and changing my gloves.. the cross contamination is horrible i don't know how people don't get sick. read more

Do not go here for drive thru! Unless you want to repeat your order 4 times; then get to the window, have them take your money, then give you heck because you had to raise your voice to get the person taking the order to hear you. Oh, after taking your money and the manager or self entitled employee gives you a hard time, they will also not give you your order. I lost out on breakfast.
