While waiting for my order two customers came back in with their order , one didn't have a burger on her hamburger. So when I got my order they shorted one happy meal. When they gave it to me it had nuggets instead of burger. Later I found out they forgot the bottled water. Coupled with the greasy floor I won't be going back. read more

Well, their food doesn't suck. When it comes to food this location is fine. There's nothing exemplary about it. When it comes to the inside, it's better than most. When it comes to the drive-thru, it works at a snails pace. During my latest pass through, a McRib and a Quarter Pounder took long enough I turned off my engine. All the time I got to look at the butt of the woman working drive-thru as she sat in the window, her back to me. Really, it's not that bad. I just didn't like looking at the butt. read more

Stopped at this location during an event for one of our kids. We were all hot, tired, and hungry. We keep our expectations realistic when ordering fast food but this experience was really bad. The food we ordered was disgusting. There was gristle all over the burgers, one huge big chunk actually embedded in the top bun of one of the burgers. All of the fries were brown, old, and warm at best. We ordered the new Minute Maid slushies and both were melted by the time we received them. I contacted McDonald's to provide feedback hoping we could receive vouchers for another visit at our local restaurant to compensate for the awful experience here only to find out that whoever they hire to handle feedback on behalf of the franchises does nothing else besides field the the calls. I was also told by them that it's next to impossible to speak to a manager on-site. Wouldn't recommend visiting this location. Also the drive thru took forever as the previous reviews have mentioned. The food was OK but the service was horrible. The drive thru is king at this location. The customers in the restaurant are the lowest priority. I waited 20 minutes for my 2 meals and mcnuggets. While waiting almost all of the food being prepared went out the drive thru window. When I asked for my money back I was ignored by the manager. Later when I asked for my money back I was still ignored. My order slowly appeared on the tray over the 20 minutes. They tried to serve me cold fries and a milkshake that had been sitting since the beginning. The food was OK but by this time I just wanted to get out of there and go somewhere else. Went to this McDonald's this morning. It was already 10:20 am so I asked if they were still serving breakfast. Drive thru lady assured me that they were. I ordered a steak, egg and cheese biscuit. I also ordered a large coffee black. Took my order home and yuck...it had a hamburger patty on it instead of steak. I tried to put ketchup on it and eat it anyways..nope it was nasty. Every time i go to this location at night, even if it's an HOUR before close the food is ALWAYS cold. Regardless of what i get. It's freezing cold. i work in the food industry this is ridiculous, most of the time it's teenagers closing and you expect it but tonight there was a MANAGER there and she even was subpar. I asked for two MCCHICKENS with no mayo(even went out of my way when ordering to ask if the food would even be hot) and a large sweet tea. The boy who took the order assured me if i got McChickens they would be hot. He even went as far as to say that if i got fries they would be cold, DIDNT EVEN TRY TO FAKE IT. As usual the food was cold and this time even my drink was horrible. At the window i took my food from the woman manager and she handed me my tea and i held it and the tea was physically warm and had ZERO ice in it. As far as McDonalds goes, this one is nice. Has a new dining room and the kitchen looks clean from the counter. Must be managed well.

Service was good, food was good, however the tall woman with dark hair who was constantly raising her voice, talking down to an employee and cursing at them WAS NOT OKAY. This not only ruined me trying to enjoy my breakfast but I was disgusted by how the woman was acting, and how unprofessional it was for her to be yelling loud enough that everyone sitting in the restaurant had to hear her. You could tell the employee was just getting the hang of things (not sure if she was new or not), but there is no need to speak to someone like that in a place where customers are trying to eat and enjoy there meal. read more

Save your money and go eat elsewhere if you have to eat out. If it comes from the fryer, (Frys, hashbrown) Its always cold and always have to ask them to give me fresh hot ones, you know, the stuff you advertise so much. Or it tastes like fish. Complain or say anything and you get attitude from hell. Random that anything is actually working or moving as it should. Forget ice cream or shakes. The machine seems to always be "down" I wish I had taken a picture of what I got out of the drive through today. Good lord. Ill just take my once in awhile purchase somewhere else.
