Wow just wow. For a chick fil a, the service is awful.. I'd say typical for any other fast food establishment but wow.. We walk in, 3 people in greenish polos talking with backs to the registers.. so we wait. We wait.. the regular chick fil a worker was actually busy at this time helping out others. But still we wait and not one of them turns around and says we will be right with us.. we continue to wait they continue their conversation. Atleast one of them saw us standing there and nothing...... Finally, the regular chick fil an employee ask if we are ready to order and we informed them we have a catering order which IRONICALLY, he needed the managers (greenish polos) people to help with.. the woman came and finally helped us.. not really any customer service at all and didn't tell us hold tight or anything.. didn't say they were working on it.. nothing.. again the restaurant was empty... We placed a catering order for 2:30 but called to switch it for 3:30... so arrived at 330 expecting the order to be ready but it wasn't.. we didn't walk out of the chick fil a til 4pm... no apologies nothing... we had an event to head to that needed it by 330pm so we could be there by 4pm.... This caused a delay.. Overall: worst experience EVER at a chick fil a. Thankfully we are from out of town so we won't have to be come back but wow.. take your business elsewhere it's not worth it! Especially a 300 catering order... Whoever you have working in those ( greenish polos) we saw 3 of them.. they need retrained just awful! If we walking in and they said they were busy we would be right with you.. we would have understood but simply NOTHING... until the regular chick fil an employee came to help... I want to be very specific on the rudeness of the manager at this Chick Fil A (Saturday 3:24 pm) The Manager was behind this counter and was pouring herself a drink while I stood in line ...looked at me, continued making her drink. She tell screamed in the back to Trey.."TREY you got somebody!!!" Then rolled her eyes at me before walking away to the corner to talk on her phone. This was the manager. In the drive thru hangs a very large sign "Sandwich always available ". I ordered a chicken sandwich. I was informed they were only doing breakfast. I related the sign information. I was informed they could do the morning chicken sandwich and put it on a buttered roll. But it's not the same as the chicken sandwich, I'm still shaking my head. So you put the sign up and then refuse the request then make a ridiculous offer. Why can't you just cook the sandwich? The chicken is the same. The patty on the sandwich is slightly larger. Food tasted the same of course but this is not a "quick service" branch. Line goes around the whole building in rush hours and some parked cars can't leave. Not all condiments asked were given in to-go orders. I always get 5 mayo because I love them in fries, and sometimes on my sandwich, they gave only 2. I dont know what is going on with your chicken, it is definitely not the same meat is used to be. Everytime we eat there now we get extremely bad stomach cramps and the poops. My first experience of eating at Chick-fil-A was 10 years ago in Atlanta, after a full day of walking around my work convention. My go-to is a combination of chicken sandwich, waffle cut fries, nuggets and shakes. On this visit, I had the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle cut fries and chocolate shake. The chicken is obviously the star, but so is the bun - so buttery and soft, but is strong enough to hold the chicken and condiments inside. I usually cut the sandwich in half, so it's easier to dip in the Chick-fil-A sauce that is mixed with honey mustard sauce. The waffle cut fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, it's also great dipped in the Chick-fil-A sauce or ketchup. And the chocolate shake is not too sweet, but is creamy and thick. I will definitely be making a stop before going home. read more

Two days ago my wife and I stopped in at approximately 3PM for lunch. We had been shopping for the better part of the day and she was quite hungry. My wife is Gluten Intolerant / Lactose Intolerant and can not digest foods cooked in oils. Our previous experience at Chic Fil A in King of Prussia Mall had been surprisingly pleasant as she was able to purchase a complete meal that she not only enjoyed but also was able to tolerate. We seldom eat out due to her dietary needs. There are almost no restaurants that she can eat at and not become sick. When we went to the Chic Fil A in Bel Air, the meal that she ordered was radically different. No Gluten Free Bun/ No bun, no tomato, no lettuce, no dressing. Instead what she was served was less than a cup full of diced, breaded chicken that looked more like the kibbles that we feed our dog. The "sauce" was a packet of Heinze Ketchup that had High Fructose Corn Syrup as part of the ingredients. Her drink was excessively watered down with copious amounts of ice and her waffle fries approximated a small child's handful. My wife left thoroughly disgusted as was I. That evening I called Chic Fil A Customer Service and relayed what had occurred that day. The response I received was that: "Each Chic Fil A is independently owned and operated. Chic Fil A assumes no responsibility for how each store operates and that it is the manager who makes all decisions." I was amazed at the glaring lack of understanding for the customer's dietary needs. For thirty one years I was a nurse who routinely dealt with patients that were allergic to Gluten, Dairy, Peanuts, Wheat and Soy. Patients who had food allergies who ingested any of these allergens could go into Systemic Shock and die. After explaining this and about the Bel Air's Chic Fil A's management's glaring lack of concern Customer Service just kept repeating: "Each Chic Fil A is independently owned and operated. Chic Fil A assumes no responsibility for how each store operates and that it is the manager who makes all decisions." I replied to each repetition: "Neither Management nor the Parent Company are accountable to the Customer, i.e. no one assumes any responsibility for the consequences of their negligence" After finding consistent failure to address my concerned I ended my conversation with Customer Service. The only difference between Chic Fil A and McDonald's is that one serves chicken while the other serves "beef" If anyone who has dietary restrictions wants to be treated with consideration, DO NOT GO TO THE BEL AIR Chic Fil A! read more

If I could give this location negative stars I would. Today they forgot my spicy chicken sandwich. Last week they also forgot my spicy chicken sandwich. I caught the drink they forgot and the forgotten salad while there, but the sandwich has been forgotten two visits in a row. Last week, I accepted coupons to account for forgotten food. Today I asked the manager for a refund. She told me they don't do that. Apparently if you pay for food you don't get, a refund is not an option. Never again going here. Ever. This parking lot is literally like playing that parking lot puzzle board game where you can only move the little plastic cars one square at a time, but that is not the reason my review is only four stars instead of five. The parking lot struggles are not this location's problem as every single Chick-Fil-A is usually an unenjoyable driving experience. This location could use some help in the refill sector. Go into your dining experience knowing that the first drink you get handed will be your last unless you are okay with waiting five minutes up at the front for a refill. The workers behind the counter's priority are taking customers' orders and not on refills, I understand this, but there has to be a better way than waiting for the line to die down (which it never does) to get a refill. The refill situation is not a deal breaker and this is a great location, besides the parking and refill situation, this place does not miss on anything else. read more

Being a Bel Air native I thought for sure traffic was going to be an issue. Let me tell ya folks - the owners and staff have prepared to make everything as convenient as possible! You can tell they have invested a lot into ensuring they are an asset to Bel Air, not a headache. Now for the import part - service and food. Both are amazing! The food is fresh and hot. This means that someone received Joe's greatest combination that Chick-fil-A has to offer. I unfortunately suffered through your bun and chicken patty.
