Sept 2024 It's been two years since I last dined inside this McDonald's, and I previously rated it one star. Recently, the location was temporarily closed for much-needed renovations. Here's a quick update: While the new interior has certainly revitalized the dining area, the persistent uncleanliness suggests that this location remains problematic. Unless the entire staff, including supervisors and managers, undergoes thorough retraining or replacement, the renovation alone cannot make dining here enjoyable. Pros: Fresh, new interior Cons: -Same unprofessional staff who seem indifferent to their jobs and customers -Loud, obnoxious noises from employees in the back -Dirty tables left unattended long after diners have left -Slow service, with food arriving cold -Fries were oily and overly salty For these reasons, I am once again giving this McDonald's a one-star rating. One word: YIKES. Quite possibly one of the filthiest McDonald's locations I have EVER visited. Trash everywhere. Cans overflowing. And for how busy it gets, some of the slowest staff I have ever seen. They're trying, and hard, but they're simply understaffed. Probably don't have time to clean. Our order (a 6 piece nuggets and a McDouble) took over 20 minutes to come out. My daughter was sick after eating her meal. She has never gotten sick after eating McDonald's - not until now. Horrible Experience - Worst McDonald's I've Ever Been To I just spent 50 minutes in the drive-thru line for the most disgusting, cold, and stale food I've ever had the misfortune of eating. Let me break down just how dysfunctional this location is: It took 25 minutes just for THREE cars to move ahead so I could place my order. I only got to do that after shouting "Hello" into the speaker like it was some abandoned, forgotten place. Seriously, how do you expect customers to wait this long to even place an order? Cold fries, stale nuggets, and burgers that have clearly been sitting out for HOURS. It's like the food was waiting as long as I was. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence. Quality of the food here is average/good. But the employees here aren't too bright. Nor are they eager to help. I sat at the window waiting for this dude to turn around, hand me my receipt, and then send me to next window to get my food. What actually happened was I sat there for 45 seconds staring at his back while I assume he played on his phone. He eventually notices me and opens up to ask, you had the mobile order right? Just go to the next window. That went well too. The girl gave me the wrong meal and looked at me like I was wrong, not her. I'm usually a very understanding and patient person when it comes to food service, but I waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and large fries and 40 minutes for a coffee. I ordered a hot latte, I was given an iced one. No problem, I tell them I wanted hot and waited 15 minutes. When I saw a worker I asked for an ETA for the latte and he tells me their hot latte machine is broken. No problem. I asked if they can make an iced one and was told yes. Cool. Another 15 minutes, I'm getting really annoyed because now my food is cold. I ask another employee for an ETA on the iced latte and he said they can't make any lattes because of the machine issue, but he can make me a different drink. Okay, I ask for a large coffee to be made light and sweet. Get to my car and check the coffee... it's black. Back in I ask for creamer and sugar packets and the guy that made the coffee said he already put sugar in it. I told him I also wanted creamer, more sugar and a stir stick to make it "light and sweet". He hands me creamer and disappears. The first guy I spoke with comes back out and asks if I'm still having issues with my coffee. I told him I just wanted sugar packets and a stir stick. This all took 40 minutes, and the other people in line had been waiting a minimum of 15 minutes up to 30 minutes. They weren't short staffed. They were polite and nice people, but jeez, it was a simple order. I've never waited that long for food at a regular restaurant. read more

Hats off to the golden arches and the stellar team working Xmas Day at McDonald's! I can't begin to tell you how grateful my son and I were for the great fries and the milkshake. Seriously, the milkshake--utter perfection! My son, after a four-hour odyssey at Patient First on Christmas where he was diagnosed with the flu, just craved the sweet comfort of a milkshake, and the compassionate workers at McDonald's made it happen. On 3/15/25, I had another bad experience where they gave me the wrong food. I called and asked for the manager, and Dana answered the phone and was extremely rude to me. She said she knew who I was, and that she recommends I not go to McDonalds anymore, that she didn't know how to make me happy. I said all I ask for is my food correct, and I shouldn't have to wait 11 minutes for 2 steak bagels, only to be asked to drive forward and they forget about me. She said that never happened, and I said yes and I have a complaint number filed with Corporate. Dana is rude and disrespectful, and her behavior should not be condoned, especially as a manager. No one, especially senior citizens, should be treated with such disrespect. If it weren't for customers, that location (and all businesses) would cease to exist. I personally believe she needs to find another job. Oh, and I told her I was filing a complaint with Corporate and she said she was calling her boss (owner of that location) right away and would have him call me right away - I've NEVER heard anything from either a District or Regional Manager, let alone the owner.
