Recently however, Paul has started working when we've been in. If he actually cares about making a good sandwich or is just good at pretending doesn't matter. The sandwiches he prepares are actually what you want. Have you ever asked for "one swipe" of sauce and ended up with three long drags? Well Paul is one of the elite few Subway employees who actually listens to the quantity of sauce you want. 5 stars for Paul. 3 stars (serviceable) for everybody else. Averaging out to the 4 stars.
