I didn't get my food until the other 3 I was with were almost finished eating. The other burger pictured was supposed to be med well and was not. The bartender handled the situation very well, she comped my burger and took half off the one that was supposed to be med well. The thing that sent me over the edge was she was supposed to split tips with the cook. I didn't see him helping her as he was busy in the kitchen, but I have experience in the industry and simply do not agree with that. Our tip reflected the bartender, not the cook. Hopefully it gets better next time!
