First time coming here and had a bad experience. We waited over an hour for simple orders. I waited 15 minutes for 1 beer and forgot I ordered another one. They also completely forgot about one of our orders. They got a simple kids chicken tender meal wrong. It took another 20 minutes for the waitress to bring our bill after we asked for it. (Wasn't even busy) Food - 1 Star. Food was either too salty or had no flavor. Almost everything was microwaved and still cold in the middle. Service - 2 Stars. Waitress and waiters got our orders wrong and forgot orders. They took an exaggerated amount of time to give us one refill and our check. Our waitress did understand the inconvenience and didn't charge us for drinks. Atmosphere- 3 Stars. It wasn't too bright or dark. The seats are comfortable and the dining area was clean. Plenty of TVs with sports on. The bar area would be the only place I would come back to. read more

What could you improve on???? Let's see where do I start!!! Maybe get someone on the bar to work that is actually personable. Maybe have the staff from the previous shift actually clean before leaving, a manager should be ashamed for how the restaurant looked. Absolutely terrible service. The food is what you expect at a fast casual chain. But the service is horrendous. Lazy slow moving servers wander about like zombies on the Walking Dead. We ordered 4 Waters and a drink from the bar. We got three Waters and the waiter argued with me saying we only asked for three. My cocktail took 15 minutes and only arrived after I asked where it was. Food took over 45 minutes to arrive. The restaurant only has about 8 tables with people in it. My boneless wings arrived cold. My wife received warm ribs but the green beans were ice cold. Two meals were fine. Obnoxious servers, one hour to get food, cold food. But the weeds running rampant outside should have been the first clue that this restaurant is very poorly managed and won't be around much longer. read more

I only ever do car side to go now because I like their quesadilla burger. I will never go here again. i sat at the bar and it was extremely sticky. i said something to bartender and she ignored me. I said something again and all she did is run a wet rag over it just to make it worse. It was so sticky it was pulling the hair on my arms. Terrible service every time I have been here. Last time I went, I let the waiter know my coleslaw did not seem to have any dressing on it. He told me it looked correct and asked if I was going to eat it, in which I said no. He proceeded to take 2 fingers and stick them in the bowl of coleslaw and said to me, "Feels wet to me." I ordered an entree and French soup for an appetizer. My entree came and I was halfway done when i got concerned and asked the waitress for an estimated time of arrival on the soup. She literally shrugged her shoulders and said oh. After a few seconds of awkward silence I responds to her "oh" by asking if it was in its way. After a few more questions she said it takes 40 minutes to make the soup. She seemed to be under the influence of something. I haven't been there since(late 2019) because of the weird experience but I hope she's ok. Now- I normally don't write a bad review but we placed a large order tonight at work, for curbside pickup... I have some complaints. First off the woman who greeted me didn't not give directions correctly on who to speak with about my pickup. She spoke so extremely fast I had to ask yet again before making my way over the the bar to check out and pick up with the bartender. She tossed a bag on the bar and said 'here you go- have a good one' and walked away quickly. Mind you this is 9:45 at night and they had maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. I had to find someone and explain I was missing items from my order and if they could track them down it'd be appreciated. This gentleman was nice, even offered to help me to my car but by this point in time I just wanted to get away from this rude woman. She came back around while I was waiting for him to make it right and she got accusatory about my missing items. Seriously- I walked in with scrubs and my ID/CC, I'm not trying to hide anything under these scrubs! Fast forward to me handing out all the meals at work and items had been lacking, majorly! My chicken tortilla soup was cold (had a SUN price tag on the lid, like they pulled it out of a cooler) and it wasn't even half full. I get better chicken tortilla soup from the Park Ave sports bar in town and it's half this price. We get the chips included that we're not at this place (photo has them on top) and we didn't remove it from the online order. The salad was ok, was southwestern chicken. It was missing the tortilla strips too, had 4 pieces of steak. Last time I had been to this BD location it was at the old location and it was okay service and okay food. I guess the rumors are right. HOLY COW DO NOT ORDER HERE! They obviously have serious problems, just wait for this story! I ordered chicken and some brownie bites. The chicken actually wasn't bad, but trust me this isn't about chicken... the brownie bite was the MOST STALE I have ever had, damn near broke a tooth, couldn't even bite, cut, or otherwise sever in any way. I mean OLD. Not sure how this snuck out the door, but it got to me. Someone should know right? I mean, it was $2 who cares, but know your food is bad! I called and Kelly answered. I said "Hi, you guys just sent me an order..." and before I finished, she said "If there is a problem go through DoorDash". I said this wasn't a delivery problem, it was a food problem. "No, it has to go through DoorDash if you want a refund". I said "This isn't about DoorDash, or $2 this is about the food crap you are sending out". She still insisted that it go through DOorDash. By now this is just nuts. I told her about the stale food and hope that the message was received, but given their vehement defensiveness no doubt they send it out all the time (garbage) and are used to, and rely on blaming someone else. Their ratings show it...curse me for not looking and trusting my fellow yelpers. One thing is for sure, at least DoorDash will own up to any issues, your just looking for an excuse to make an excuse Applebees, work on this. Garbage food, garbage attitude. Easily the worst service I've had sitting at the bar in years. Bartender was unfriendly and pretty much ignored me. Most of the time I was here there was one to three other people seated at the bar. We met two couples for lunch here today because it was a central location. It was not a fun dining experience, whatsoever. It's always good to see our friends, but next time we will find another location. After being seated, we finally got menus. After ordering, it took nearly an hour to get our food. The restaurant was not busy because we arrived for a late lunch at 1:00. We did not order any drinks other than water. One person ordered a burger, another ordered a sandwich, two ordered salads, and two pasta lunches. The food was only mediocre. Service terrible. I love their half off apps and their Long Island ice teas! There have been times where the wait is long. There have been times that things don't go as planned. Whether it's a long wait or an issue with the dish. A couple times they have ran out of things and didn't tell me until I saw my plate but once I brought it up, they were willing to work with me on getting something else and taking the dish off the bill. Although I've had ups and downs with this place, but it's still one of my all time favorites for so many years. read more

Worst experience ever. I was hoping that moving to the new location would change this place around. I like the layout of the new place. Great bar area with a lot of TVs. Food and drinks are okay. Unfortunately, the service is so absolutely horrible, I don't know that we can ever go again. First time at the new building, they were out of about three of their taps, didn't get our pickles with our sandwiches, overheard they were out of some other things at a neighboring table. We tried it a second time a few weeks later hoping they got their act together. NOPE! We were there about 2 hours. Took WAY to long to get drinks. Took over an hour to get our food. We took our sales team out to dinner here there were 6 of us and the waitress was less than enthused to take our order she never came and checked on us after we received our food and never got refills on our drinks. There seems to be allot of negative reviews on here but I am usually impressed with the service , variety of options and quality of food served. The wanton taco app is outstanding! Crunchy, flavorful and addictive. My last visit I had the Shrimp and Parmesan Sirloin. Fabulous flavor, cooked the way I like and the shrimp are great. The bacon green beans were awesome, slightly crunchy and seasoned well. You have to try the grilled mixed veggies, seasoned and charred nicely. Patricia, our server was great. Smiling, positive attitude, knowledge and patient with us when we weren't sure what we wanted. read more

Omg sooooo poorly run. I actually felt bad for the staff until they turned on me. We waited for 1 1/2 hours for burned/undercooked food. Steak like hockey pucks. Salad with only oil (no vinegar). Hard baked potato. Cold pasta. So I complained and the manager said sorry but we're understaffed. His only offer to us was to remake the food, which we declined as we couldn't Imagine waiting another 1 1/2 hours. No offer of discount or comps. Then, the waitstaff completely ignored us and wouldn't even give us the check. We finally just threw cash on the table and left. Truly I don't know how we end up going back here. I think we let a span of time pass and hope they get a wave of fresh faces who want to do their job right and well. First of all, when we don't have kids, don't seat us with the family. If we have the kids, put us next to the rest of the unruly people. Secondly, it should never take 25 minutes to get a server to ask you if you would like a drink, let alone get an ice water. I've waited up to 60 minutes with a full family to receive our food that was for sure microwaved and then under the heat lamps for the majority of that wait. We almost left, but hungry kids won that arguement. The bill never reflects the poor time or food we have there. I don't understand how this place stays in business. We've eaten here a few times and at each visit they have managed to screw up our orders.
