Mobile ordered 2 kids happy meals, basket of fries, and a 6 peice nuggets with a drink. One with a 4 peice nuggets and one with a burger. The 4 peice kids meal did not come with the nuggets. Every time I go here, there is something wrong with my order. They usually mess it up somehow whether it's specially made or something simple. I ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup and they still put onions on it. Where did I say put the onions on it? The workers are teenagers who have no idea what they're doing and are rude. Sometimes there are nicer people but it's a rare occasion. The food is normally cold but it still tastes good. The fries are soggy 24/7, I don't even remember last time I had a nice, warm fry. The outside is also pretty messy. Trash everywhere unless someone generous goes to clean it up and the inside can be messy too. I think I had to wipe my own table off so many times, I don't remember the number. If I can rate this place zero stars, I would. read more

Fast drive through, order taker not terribly friendly but maybe he was having a rough day. Pouring rain but the drive thru is covered, which is nice. Grabbed a quick meal here and the service was fast. The lady that handed us our food was very nice and chatted with us for a minute while we waited for fresh fries to come up. I am highly surprised at the rude customer service by the lady who claimed to be the manager. This was the first McDonalds I've been to across America that refused the get one free coupon printed on their receipt. Most of those receipts offer any sandwich. A few others specify a sandwich. And all McDonalds I've been to have honored them for any sandwich... until this one. I requested a much cheaper sandwich, a $1 sandwich to replace the higher priced freebie. She refused. Maybe she doesn't understand simple math. But, it's really the rude way in which she attempted to "enforce" the rules and regulations of the coupon. When she had the opportunity to change her demeanor she stood fast to her rudeness until I opted out of buying anything. Not to be out done, she offered more rudeness as I walked out the door. I recommend that you select a different McD or even the KFC across the street. read more

Basically this is a McDonald's done wrong. Burgers are impossible to get ketchup and mustard on. True even if you ask for extra. Their breakfast burritos are bread and no filling. If you order DoorDash, they will not give ketchup and mustard when requested about half the time. McDonald's is known for consistency. This one is consistently stingy. I used to love their McDouble, I don't bother getting burgers there anymore. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. This is the 4th or 5th bad experience and will be my last visit. I just sat in the drive thru for 12 mins, went to the window and blew my horn bc nobody was around. The large female employee looks at me and turns and walks off. I ended up late for work, but my meal and service was great at Hardee's. The same employee, on another different visit, that drop my change out the window and said if I wanted it I would have to get out and pick it up. I look at the change on the ground and it's is laying in ketchup, milk, melted ice cream, fries, and god knows what else. I would recommend going to any other restaurant in the area bc it has to be better than this McDonald's. I could give multiple more stories like these but I've made my point, they need new management or the owner needs to visit his cash cow to see the mess it is. read more

The employees handling the food were not wearing masks. However the manager made my immediate family of 6 spread out to the 6 foot social distance, and the proceeded to try to make one of us leave to meet their 5 person max capacity. I do not believe they understand how to stop the spread of COVID. The service was rude as well. read more

I tried to order some Chicken Select strips and a simple coffee through the drive-thru the other day.. Well they asked me to park and wait to have my chicken cooked and then brought out to me. I sat there for 15 minutes before becoming frustrated and going inside to ask where my food was.. Apparently nobody bothered, so the order still hadn't even been cooked. I just asked for my coffee so I could wait a few minutes inside for my food. When they handed my my coffee, I took one sip and it tasted like hot water... I was furious to say the least. My family and I stopped at this location for breakfast two mornings in a row during our vacation. The first morning, we went through the drive thru. The service wasn't great. Our order was rung up wrong. After receiving our food, we didn't receive napkins. However, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. For that reason, we decided to go back again the next day. We went in to eat this time and the food was still hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was better that day but they were still rude and I witnessed them ignore customers who had been waiting before me. read more
