This is a nice McDonald if you want a play area for the kids. We visited it when we were in the neighborhood and out kiddo absolutely loved the play area. It was clean and entire restaurant was nice and clean. Tables were well kept and the restrooms too. We ordered a decaf coffee and they made a fresh one for us and it was amazing. They gave the usual condiments for the coffee. Overall a nice place to get your caffeine fix and let the kiddos play. read more

I visited McDonald's today, 9/17, around 1 PM. As usual, I was disappointed, but this was my worst experience ever. I went there to exchange a Happy Meal toy I bought on 9/16 because I received the same toy I already had, which is the Sanrio Kuromi. The manager had told me that as long as the toy remained unopened, I could exchange it anytime. Having worked at McDonald's for over 10 years, I'm familiar with the policy. Today, 9/17, no one was at the counter because everyone was busy with the drive-thru. I noticed about 8 people working in the drive-thru and no crew at the front. Finally, a nice young lady noticed me, took the Kuromi toy, and said she would check what they had. Apparently, she went back to help in the drive-thru. The store manager then came over, and I explained the situation. She said the Sanrio Happy Meal ended yesterday and that if they had a different toy, she couldn't exchange it because it was "old." I told her I'd never heard of that policy, as I've always been able to exchange toys as long as they're unopened. She responded with an attitude, insisting she couldn't exchange it. After the young lady allowed me to switch the toy and gave me a cinnamon roll, I noticed the new Happy Meal Crocs display, which started today. I went back to the cashier to order a new set and asked another crew member if they had the red one. The manager then asked her in Spanish what I wanted, and the crew member responded in Spanish. This is the shittiest McDonald's I've ever been to. I'm reaching out to the owner or a higher manager. I wish I could throw a bone instead of giving one star. read more

Very few fast food restaurants offer good customer service, but McDonald's is, without a doubt, one of the WORST that I've experienced...no manners what-so-ever. On May 20th, at 8:20 pm, I used the drive-through window to order the $5 special deal (McChicken w/nuggets, fries and drink). A guy by the name of Hector, took my order, then said nothing. I sat at the window for a while waiting for him to acknowledge receipt of my order and perhaps even ask if I wanted anything else, or even say, "Thank you". Finally, I asked, "Did you hear the order?" He replied, "Yes". I said, "You didn't acknowledge my order, and he said in a very rude, disrespectful tone, "Do you want something"? I don't usually hit up a McDonald's for any type of food, but I was in a hurry this afternoon and I need something quick and easy. I didn't go inside but from many times driving pass the chain I saw they had what looked like to be a ball pit and play structure, and lots of seats. At around noontime, I didn't see to many cars in the drive thru. I rolled up to the menu. As soon as that happened, I heard a woman's face greet me and ask me what I would like to order. I decided on the two small cheeseburger meal. I got a small fries with a small Coke and Sprite mixed together. The total ran up to $6.39. They have two stations for cars to take orders. Whomever finished their order first would get to drive ahead to the first window. It didn't take too long for a woman to open the window and repeat my order and how much it cost. I could tell they took credit, debit, and cash. Drove onward to the second and final window. Took about a minute or less for another woman to open the window. She again repeated my order once more and asked me if I wanted ketchup and clarified how I wanted my soda. A few seconds after that I got my food and was on my way. The mix of Coca Cola and Sprite was good. The fries were hot and not too salty. My problem was with the two burgers. First of all the each had only a pickle each, not enough mustard or cut up onions, the cheese was hardly melted, the bread was meh, and the meat was nearly cold. In the end, I'm sure people don't go to chains like this for A+ food and gourmet status. We come here because it's cheap, it's sort of tasty, and it's quick. Served it's purpose. read more

I ordered through mobile to save time. When I arrived, my order was ready on the screen but there was one customer ahead of me. That customer actually waved me forward as she was not ready and was having a conversation with the cashier. I showed the cashier my order number and he proceeded to grab my order.
