I ordered a 20 piece and 2 medium drinks, My bf and i both get 10. They only gave us 18 so i went in to get 20 because we didn't even order fries or anything. stopped this evening (2023/07/26), in a hurry, it is "fast food" after all. I should have gotten $18 change but I only got $13. I went in as I also had to wait for the fries. I was told they would have to count the drawer before they could give me my correct change. I did not have time for that. Quite the scam this McDonald's has going. And the kid I was dealing with was pretty sarcastic when I said I didn't have time. I will starve before I return to this branch or any McDonalds in this area. $5 isn't that much but if they pull this crap with even a couple people a day, again, nice scam. read more

Stopped by late to grab dinner on the way home. Ordered three #2's, quarter pounder meal, and when I arrived home the meat was RED! The fries had no in-between, they were either raw and cold or old and cold. On 8/26/18, arrived 11:30 on a Sunday morning. Breakfast menu still displayed in drive thru. Asked if they were still serving breakfast said yes but could get lunch too. Tried to order Egg white delight said we couldn't get that. Told her the lunch menu wasn't displayed she said yeah they need to get someone to turn them. (1 hour after breakfast was supposed to end). Paid for 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits, and like the 3 cars ahead of us had to pull over and part because there would be a "slight" delay. Receipt says we ordered at 11:32, 15 minutes later and right after someone that just pulled into the space next to us got their order, my wife went inside to see what the hold up is. This McDonald's is notorious for messing up orders, so I wouldn't advise drive thru service. The one time I called back to get my order fixed I was treated VERY rudely by crew members. Although management did apologize profusely, I most likely will not return to this location even though it's only a couple blocks from my house. read more

Quality of food and service are erratic. One day, you could have the best McMuffin of your life from this McD's, but the next, you could have a tasteless cardboard cheeseburger. You just never know.
