First time here and I am impressed! I got two scoops with two flavors, pistachio and cashew and they are both amazing! Dairy free chocolate shake with coconut milk was also very good. Good texture and flavor and Siera was very friendly. Store was clean and got busy right as I was leaving. Will be back! read more

This place's ice cream was really good! I ordered the coffee crunch and the flavor was immaculate! However, the man taking my order was extremely rude! I was confused being a first time customer and he seemed extremely annoyed before I even placed my order! THEN, my boyfriend went after and I caught him saying "well that wasn't very hard was it." That was very unprofessional! All of the other workers were very nice and sweet! I hope next time I come he has a better attitude! read more

Good ice cream and usually good service! The place is located within a bakery and sandwich shop (both are fantastic! Highly recommended). The ice cream corner is cute and the flavors are listed up front and are easy to read. They have a nice spot there. Lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. I like taking home a pint now and again. Best ice cream around!! They have all the classic flavors, but some very unique ones as well. I had Honey Lavender in a waffle cone and it was hands down the best ice cream I've had in years. Super creamy, amazing flavor, and big portions. They also have boozy flavors! I saw margarita and bourbon flavors on the list the day we went, but we did not try them. Service is friendly and fast. There are tables set up outside to eat your delicious treats. They also had some coffee, and I saw Affogato on the menu so now I have to go back and get one! read more

Exceptional locally made ice cream. Great, unique flavors, including boozy ones for the grown-ups. The sorbets are delicious, too. And the service is sweet. The seating is in a little food court--a little loud and busy, but with plenty of seating. read more

The ice cream is very good! However, I'm not sure it's worth 0.56 cents per ounce. I purchased two pints of prepackaged ice cream and paid $19. The business is an extremely confusing. I can purchase two scoops of ice cream but I can't purchase three unless I use what they call " pick three". But you can't pick three scoops of the same flavor, you can have two of the same flavor and one of another flavor????? Why do they care if all I want is three scoops of chocolate ice cream??? Make it make sense! All I wanted was three scoops of one flavor of ice cream why is that a problem??? So I said to myself I will just buy a pint of prepackaged chocolate. Sticker shock! $9.00/pint! Okay on the positive side the people were nice. The store was clean and the atmosphere was decent.
