When you walk in there's plenty of seating and the menu is pretty much a variety of hot dogs, wings or fish specials. We ordered a chili dog, sauerkraut dog, Mac and cheese and fried pickles. The chili dog had cheese on it, and if you're from Detroit - you know a chilly dog is supposed to be just chili and some onions. Next the sauerkraut dog had a literal sprinkle of sauerkraut and a dot of mustard. The fried pickles were just one pickle speared into three small pieces and the fry on them was burnt. Lastly, the Mac and cheese - flavor wise it was good but the pasta itself was way overcooked. Overall, the owner (service) was good but the food left us very disappointed.

I haven't gone here in several years but thought of it yesterday while on the road. It looks like they renovated this particular location for the better. What also improved is the customer service. I concur with the other reviews before mine on that point. The art of good costumer service has been lost but anyone needing lessons need to look no further than this local Arbys. The lady taking our order was so nice and funny. She did seem to really enjoy her job which you typically don't see in the fast food industry. I asked for a recommendation on a sandwich and quickly pointing me to one saying if I don't like it, just leave it somewhere and she'd sneak and eat it. Lol. Even when cleaning the tables near us she kept that same enthusiasm and checked to ensure that I enjoyed my sandwich. The manager even came by to see if we were doing OK. If only all places were like this. Hopefully they don't get too many a-hole customers.

I wanted to stop at Firekeepers Casino, but again we did not have a few hours available - maybe on our way home. A couple exits past the Casino, we went to Culver's on Beckly Rd. It was around 11:30 on a Friday morning. It was great, no lines. We placed our orders, got our drinks and got seated. Our food was brought to us by a very friendly staff member and asked if we needed anything else or was there anything he could do to make our experience more enjoyable. Kind of rare for a fast food establishment, huh? Needless to say, Culver's has become my first choice if we have to do fast food. This location is very clean, staff seems to work well with one another, and they are efficient.

They have at least 6 different salsa that you can self serve for your order. An excellent touch if I ever saw one. The food came out quick and hot, they have cool chairs and a generally nice open space to eat in. The service was friendly and prompt. Pretty much all anyone can ask of a restaurant. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone.
