Thought curbside was supposed to be quicker than the drive thru. This is the 3rd time I've waited over 20 minutes for my food when I ordered curbside. Ridiculous. read more

First, couldn't get my order right to save their lives, no onions gave me double onions, asked for a large Coke Zero gave me a medium Dr Pepper, cashier couldn't figure out how to simply scan my rewards app and when I called them they blamed me and hung up the phone. I've never left a review ever, but this place deserves a negative review if I could. read more

Me and my boyfriend went through there tonight (11/16) and they only had 1 other car in the drive thru. They gave us our drinks and then made us pull up to their 3rd window to wait for our food. We were at least sitting there for 15-20 minutes before we got our food, we didn't even get a "I'm sorry about your wait" or anything. So we got to where we wanted to eat at and they completely forgot one of our burgers, and completely messed up one of our chicken sandwiches. Keep in mind they wasn't busy AT ALL, and still made us wait and messed up our order completely. We almost have an issues every time we go there, we honestly need to stop going but it's the only one close to the mall. (including a picture of the chicken sandwich that has pickles and mayo which was NOT asked for) read more

They are extremely rude and unhelpful. When I tried to order they were completely ignoring me and I stood there for 20 mins before going to the Kiosk. The Kiosk took my money and I got no food when I talked to the cashier about it she was very kind and was apologizing, but when she got her floor manger that's when things went down hill very fast. The floor manger was extremely rude and very unhelpful. The manager even went as far as to accuse me of using a gift card that didn't have any money on it and refused to at least give me the amount back that the Kiosk stole ($4.90). read more

Food was delicious when I stopped through and they keep late-night hours which are convenient. Drive-thru has gotten congested on a few occasions when I have chosen this McDonald's but staff is all good. Plenty of parking which is another plus. read more

You can get through the line pretty fast usually. Food is always fresh. Cashiers are always really nice compared to other McDonald's.

Ordered 2 Big Macs with mayo. Please pull forward and wait. I get it. I ordered something that wasn't pre-made 10 minutes ago. Only 1 came as ordered and both were cold. Fries cold too. Lousy food. Lousy service. read more

If I could give no Stars I would. Went to this McDonald's on the morning of 18 Aug 2016. First the manager messed up an easy order of an Large Ice Coffee, No Flavor, No cream, No Sugar, with an extra shot of espresso. She first put Extra Cream and Extra Sugar, then told me not to worry about it she knows the order and she was making it. The employee at the window said that is not fair to you because "extra" adds extra charges to you. It was only .30 Cents so no worries but the woman working in the first window took it off. I go to the Second window and the Manger gives me a medium cup. I said I order this all over the U.S. and this is not a large. She said yes it is a Large. We went back and fourth a couple of times trying to make her understand there is no way this is a large that would cost $3.59. It was also missing the espresso. Not dark enough nor tasted it. I know my drink that I order all the time. I left due to not wanting to argue with someone who is unethical, nor hold up the line. Then I ordered another later that morning at another McDonalds (traveling to IL) and it was perfect, and $2.00 cheaper.....same exact order!! This store is overpricing their Iced Coffee's, up-charging, not giving you your espresso shots, and giving you less product than the rest of the country. Going to corporate over this manager. I feel bad for the owner of this store because the employees seemed to know this manager was wrong but could not fix all her work in front of her. Even when she was trying to tell me it was a large the employee was standing by her and wanted to say something but looked like she was scared too. This was just a coffee, just think if it was a regular order. This makes me want to sell my McDonald's stock..... I also filled out the McDonald's Survey from the receipt. I have pictures of an actual Large Ice Coffee and what this place sells as a large purchased the same morning from another McDonald's. Buyers beware from this place.... read more
