My experience here has always been positive. I've never eaten here while there's been a crowd, so I can't say whether service is good or bad when it's busy. It's always been clean. The staff have been friendly and attentive. My favorite dish is Eggs Benedict. read more

They have a Senior Menu 55+ that will adequately fill you up. There are so many breakfast options and current have a staffing issue, but our guy worked his legs and covered everything from host, to server and then our cashier. Pancakes better that French Toast. Bacon better than sausage. Coffee better than water and they leave a little coffee pot for ya. Any egg option, better than scrambled. Prices have drastically increased and personally have trouble spending 12-14 dollars a meal, regardless of portion size. read more

I really hate reviewing a place on Black Friday, but here goes. This IHOP is just outside of the Huntington Mall. We were told that the wait time was 25 minutes, but it was more like an hour. From the time we walked in the door until we left was 2 1/2 hours. That is excessive even for Black Friday. Our waitress was kind but slow. My sister's hot chocolate had to be sent back twice for lipstick on the cup. She eventually asked for it in a go cup. The restaurant was slammed so I can honestly say I can't tell you if it was clean or not. I will say our table area was. I ordered the 55+ breakfast and it was good with surprisingly big portions. My scrambled eggs were perfect as was my ham, and hash browns with onions added. I will definitely go back but will hesitate to return on Black Friday. read more

Food: Still a decent breakfast option, and 15-20 years ago, was the bomb. Now there are other more inspired breakfast options popping up, with a greater focus on healthy ingredients, higher quality coffee, and a less Shoneys-like atmosphere. Pancakes are pretty strong of course, and the options are nice, however many of them are more like sugar-packed desserts. My wife really appreciates that they have a gluten-free waffle, so that's a highlight. Other breakfast sides are good, but nothing exceptional. Service: Mostly good, but we've certainly had our problems at this location with incorrect orders, unattentiveness, and zoned-out expressions before. Price: Average, a bit too much for regular visits probably. Atmosphere: Not always very clean and feels a bit too crowded sometimes. My kids like it, but once they grow up, we'll probably go elsewhere most of the time I imagine. Sometimes it just seems like the whole staff (& company too maybe) just doesn't really care as much as they should. read more

Just bad service. Took 10 mins to be seated on a Tuesday morning, I was alone. Not crowded either. Stack of pancakes were served on a plate smaller than the pancakes. Food was decent. Don't recommend this location at all. read more

I went on November 21, 2023. I ordered the turkey dinner. They served a tablespoon amount of stuffing and smashed it to try to make it appear like it was more. They served a tablespoon and a half of turkey. The green beans were awful with zero flavor. Save your money don't go to IHOP. read more

No water coffee had to be re made 1 st cup @ 2.39 terrible . I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup that was so thick and rich and no water to dilute it. Sloppy all round the bowl small chunks of canned chicken. Don't know what was roasted in it. ONLY 1 pack of crackers is entire restaurant... REALLY !! I have been to many IHOP as I travel this is hands down worse than any truck stop diner and now I see why it's not a busy place like most are this time of day. How can a restaurant whose name used to include "Pancake" have awful pancakes (dry, chewy, like frozen ones) and watered down colored tasteless sugar water syrup?? If the 6 year old granddaughter didn't like the whipped cream and sprinkles on her kids pancake (she ate link sausages in syrup but not her pancake either) we'd never come here. read more

As soon as we walked in and were standing in the lobby, we heard staff cussing and one lady said "well they are going to have to wait!" When the server did come out and told us the wait would be 45 mins we immediately left. We wouldn't have mind to wait, but when we heard her tone we walked right out the door. So the food is good breakfast and lunch fair. Love the Swedish crepes. Pancacks are always good. Our waiter was Rodney I'm sure he wasn't too excited when my daughter and I walked in with her twin two year old boys, and her 3 year old son, but he couldn't have been nicer. Not only the waiter but the cashier and two other waitresses came to help us clean up , after having the "smiling face pancakes" which the boys dove into, literally, and enjoyed a great deal. The food is IHOP food. It's simply just good breakfast food. I've had better, but I've had a lot worse. But the service here is usually awesome. I went this past weekend for breakfast and had a delicious meal and enjoyed some of the very best service I've had at a restaurant in a long time. The waitress was extremely attentive, she had suggestions about meals, she even complimented what we ordered. She also never let our drinks run dry. Beyond that, she was wonderfully friendly. With the exception of the heavy duty waits characteristics of Saturday and Sunday mornings between about 10:30am and noon, this is a solid choice! read more

While I do love IHOP, this location is always a let down. I've been four times, at different times of the year, and with the exception of one visit, after waiting a long time during non-busy hours, the food is always delivered to our table cold, not cooked properly, and/or soggy. read more

My service here was fantastic. Our waitress Ariel was very polite and compassionate. She checked in on us several times and even made friendly conversation. I have been to this IHOP many times and enjoyed the food and service, however my experience has only been "okay" the last few times. I think the location has new management. The servers seem unhappy and have started being fairly rude. The food is still okay, but the atmosphere just isn't enjoyable anymore. read more
