Our order was incorrect, so I mentioned we were missing one combo meal at this point he was very rude and very disrespectful. I've been to this location twice, & i had 2 very different experiences.. The 1st time is the reason I almost gave this location 5 stars. I was helped by a hispanic older woman and hispanic older man. Forget about using the MOBIL APP for CURBSIDE Service at this location. I used the CURBSIDE APP when I have things in the truck bed I don't want stolen and/or since it's a diesel I avoid the drive thru so I'm not turning the truck on and off to order. After waiting 20 minutes I went inside to check on the order because I got an notification that the order was completed. I showed the girl at the register my order on my phone. They said they didn't get it. So after going around and around with her any longer I asked her to reverse the charges. She told me that I would have to contact my Bank and file a dispute. That's weird . . . though Yelp has designated this restaurant as CLOSED, I was there yesterday. They were very helpful in filling an order for 17 meals. Normally they would package several burgers and fries in one bag, but I asked that each meal be packaged separately so that they could be dispersed easily to the gaggle of teenagers that I was chaperoning at a business competition. Every time I come here it seems like the employees hate their lives. They always have the worst Customer service. The food is a hit & miss and yes I know (then why come back). I only do because it's the closest to my home , But after today it definitely is my last time. I came here at around 11:30pm Friday night 12-4-2020. And the lady seemed bothered that I had added that to the order. So I go up to the window and some Mexican lady not sure if she was older or younger tbh, but she was so rude. She took the card just handed it back and I said Thankyou and she just closed the door. They had me park for my order which wasn't that big but alright I did so anyway. When I got home the chicken on the mcchickens were as flat as a tortilla , fries were cold. & to my belief considering the commercials show that the glaze on the cinnamon roll is supposed to be melted it was full on white and still cold like they didn't even bother to heat it up. All this especially after waiting? Like ladies remember YOU signed up for this job. At least try to make something good out of it. If not look on indeed trust me there's plenty of jobs hiring. First off, we had a big order and so when leaving, I checked the bag to make sure all of our food was there, & of course (from past visits) we were missing 2 apple pies. My girlfriend asked for a bag so we could get some ice to ice our necks since we got some whiplash and proceeded to tell us he wasn't allowed to give us a bag of ice and proceeded to laugh about us being in a car crash with his coworkers.
